My experience with CARSTAR Auto Care Experts was good. The repairs were done ahead of schedule. They keep me informed of the progress. I picked up my vehicle yesterday, so far no problems.

Best service I have had with vehicle repairs. Carstar called me twice to provide updates while under repair. Cleaned my car in and out. Body work was done very well. I had a very good experience with them for body repair. Not just like the damage never happened , but because the staff was professional and likable. I appreciated the occasional texts about the progress of the repair. Lastly my vehicle was detailed 100% when I picked it up. Good job!

This Carstar shop did a wonderful job of repairing my Jeep! They were concerned about doing an excellent job for a fair price! Joel called me twice to inform me of what was happening with repairs and Kevin was conscientious about making sure the repairs were done correctly! The paint match was flawless! Both Joel and Kevin spoke to me when I picked the Jeep about how repairs had gone and assured me that things were done correctly! I also received my 10 year warranty on the work done! So happy with the work done and to have my Jeep back in my garage!!

Very professional and easy to work with. Their team is efficient and fast once all parts are ordered and received and your appointment is scheduled. I have used them 3 times for auto body work, painting as well as part replacement. I can't recommend them more highly!

They did a great job on refinishing my 2017 Cadillac.We had a water issue that caused the ceiling in our garage to fail.When it fell, the plaster finish ground the paint right down to metal.And ruined several components that required replacement.They did a great repairing and replacing all areas.Car looks great!

A great service and worked well with my insurance along with awesome staffs. When I got my truck back it was a lot cleaner than when I dropped it off. Definitely recommend them!

Always friendly, professional, accommodating. Competitive prices. John checked out my car on the spot, got it in the next day & Quick fix only took a few hours; out in time to do school pick up.Auto Care Experts are the BEST What a way to start the new year;( car wouldn t start. Got a tow to ACE on Sat. Talked w/ John Mon 8 AM. Journey needed spark plugs. Done by 1. Bak on the road by 2. Can t beat that! So gr8 to to know I can depend on ACE!11-22-2023Back for body work. Genuine group of people, brought my rig there for insurance claim, they were quick and got back to my insurance within a week and worked with my schedule for completing the process. 10/10 people there.

I was referred to Auto Care Experts and they have done an outstanding job on my Jeep! Not only did they make my baby look brand new, they got the job done 10 days ahead of schedule. I cried when I saw how beautiful they made my truck. Amazing place to go if you want the job done right! 5 stars no doubt!

AFTER my car got hit heading to physical therapy by someone with no insurance but that's ok my guys at Carstar Auto got me together. Their on point, they communicate with you by phone and by text, very professional. Located off 44th/Clyde Park check them out. Thank the man above I have full coverage & rental insurance

Y all gave me the appointment for a month, when the day arrives, September 25, they can't do anything, and no one has the part. When I went to make the appointment I explained to Brandon that it is a lick near the catalytic, I asked him if they could inspect it because it is just a lick and you can see where it is, he told me that they are very busy, they can't do it right away. Since I had been a client of yours for 10 years, I said 10 years, I wait because I trusted you. I wait a month and they coldly tell me that they can't do anything, and after y all make me wait a month, y all charge me for waiting a month and y all uselessness 36 dollars to tell me about the seizure, when I told Brandon about the lick. I put my car on ramps in my house and I saw the lock, I worked for 30 years with NAPA, I know how arrogant shops can be, but I didn't expect it from you, I think you should be the ones paying me for making me lose a month, plus 6 hours of September 25. Brandon's attitude is cold and disinterested, and why talk to the manager, his attitude is arrogant. Leaving you, I went to Tuffy, they inspected the for free, they got the part the next day, they put the car on the lift and showed me the leak, they solved the problem in less than 24 hours. You were very good, when money interested you as much as clients, now it's the opposite, shame on you.

Had a repair done a short time ago and had an electrical issue show up. I didn t think it was related to their work but wasn t sure. They got me in right away and took a look. Joel and his team are fantastic to work with. 100% recommended

Beyond happy with the work Auto Care Experts did on my car after it was rear ended. They thoroughly examined the car when estimating what it would cost to repair & fix it (like kept it a couple of days) making sure all damages were included in their estimate and worked with the insurance company. They did an amazing job repairing the body (it looks & drives like a new car again) & returned my car spotless inside and out. They were so courteous & helpful throughout the whole process. Thank you Joel & staff for your care both for my car but also for me working through a not so pleasant situation. One happy customer!! ELService: Body & Trim

So I hit a deer and the same day got the vehicle in for repair. They worked directly with my insurance and saved me a lot of time. It looks fantastic well worth going here.
