Posting on behalf of me and my boyfriend (Malik) I would to love recommend this place for great service. We were in a tough spot and we came in met the team and Rob helped us seal the deal. All before our bundle of joy would arrive. He was very nice and was straight forward and an all around honest man. Put us in our family car and on the road we were. You deserve all your flowers Happy 3rd year anniversary and to many more they are very lucky to have you .

Drew is literally the best. Got me in a car with a repo on my credit (at a decent rate) and stopped at NOTHING to keep me in it. I mean really go out of his way, more than once, to help me out. Fast forward to today; my credit is reporting 100% on time payment history, jumped several points and gonna go up even more now that my loan is basically paid off. This made purchasing my first home a reality for me, and helped immensely. These are good, genuine people. Thanks Drew!

Rob at Byrider went over the top for me and my family today ! Since we first walked in the door he greeted us and sat us down and went over everything detail for detail about everything I needed to know. He gave us a choice of cars to pick from and let us test drive them to see which one fit best. Also went above and beyond making our daughter enjoy herself while we did the process . If you ever need a car go to Byrider and speak with Rob!

These people really do what they say. They actually go out and beyond to try and get you into a vehicle the same day. The process is not too bad but it's definitely worth the wait. Good credit or bad credit, they'll work with you . shout out to the people who dedicated their time to make things happen. Cj -sales associate awesome guy, was a huge help. Rob-sales manager, he really does work things out and get it done. Dru-finance manager was really hands on and self explained every information that you need to know

These guys are awesome! My wife and I bought our first car from these guys and they made the experience so easy. 3 months in we needed another car and they did everything they could to get us the second vehicle. We just happen to be there when Drew brought lunch and they even shared their lunch with us. They really do treat you good here. 10/10 Would definitely recommend.

Excellent services. I was able to choose the automobile I wanted without being pushed into something they wanted sold. Then provided carfax. After a test drive everything fell right into place. While paperwork was being drawn up, I looked around and noticed a very upkept garage. They work why high standards and was clean and professional. I could see myself going back. Great jobs guys.

Rob and his assistant were perfect. They got me approved over phone mostly via text. Which I really liked. Next problem was I couldn't find anyone to bring me to dealership. They told me not to worry about it and came and picked me up. Got me in a car same day. The car fits my family, is safe, good on gas and affordable. Rob even helped me get a great insurance rate even without having insurance for a few years. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a car.Just FYI they also work with people with bad and no credit!

My husband and I are very thankful to have such a wonderful crew help us. This is our first car. We were overwhelmed by the whole idea of it but as soon as we got there, everyone was super nice and down to earth. They thoroughly explained the entire process from start to finish. They were all so patient and helpful. Rob was especially easy to talk to. He s a regular guy that understands regular problems. He s a family man with integrity. Rob and Drew were amazing to deal with. My niece got a beautiful car and these guys were so nice and patient with us. Explained everything throughout the process and helped ease anxieties over being approved. No shame on past credit problems or concerns with feeling like we didn't have options!

Robert Urie was a fantastic salesman! Honest, earnest, and his energy was fun! There were no hidden fees, everything was explained to me thoroughly, and I was able to get a car within a couple hours of me showing up! Highly recommend shopping for a vehicle here!

Very nice guys dru and rod were very honest and open and it didn t take long at all and I was approved and they got me in and out very good hospitality they offered us water and coffee while we waited. I left with a smile on my face. If you want great service go to rod and dru great guys.

First off, I am pleased and satisfied with my car buying experienceThe atmosphere at this Byrider was remarkably refreshing.Their entire sales staff was very professional and pleasant.The vehicle that I came in to get, I change my mind and decided on another. So if you're shopping online as I did, you'll be surprised with their selections of cars.You must come in to see for yourself.I also didn't get that high pressure sales that generally come with Buy Here Pay Here dealers.I had some concerns about the radio when I left, But before I could get home the service manager called me to say that a new system had been ordered and she would call when it came in...I can't say anything other than my car buying experience with this Byrider was Upfront, Above Board and Fair.So if you find yourself in a situation that you need a car and help reestablishing your finances, I would recommend this particular Byrider....Byrider of Wyoming, Two Thumbs Up.

Chris was absolutely amazing and so down to Earth. He was willing to answer any questions we had, and was quite talkative and friendly. They even treated my kids wonderful throughout the long process. I highly recommend doing business here, and I will be referring as many friends as I can. Drew was wonderful as well, helped us and gave pointers to raise our credit in just a few simple steps. All around great service here. It was a fantastic experience!

Byrider has been absolutely amazing to work with. They have been knowledgeable and helpful when I was dealing with issues with my vehicle. They were also very helpful with getting me back on the road with reasonable payments and in a reasonable amount of time. All in all a great place to work with.

Customer Service is great!!! I was approved right away!! They took my car that is in bad shape smoking and all as a trade ..... Rob is the best and he won't sell you a bad car or give you bad advice!!! They also give you the best deal compared to anyone else around!!! Impala is what I got and the van was my trade

Rob Urie was really helpful. I don't see him as a man just trying to make a sale he was there help me out every step. Then they fixed everything I noticed during test drive. I will highly recommend. I know if I ever need another car I am coming back here. It is a big difference when they look at you as a person not just money.
