5/5 StarsThis is absolutely one of the best Belle Tires I have ever gone to. They get you in quick, super friendly and helpful staff that do everything they can to figure out what you need. Plus the most important part, they do excellent work. Brought my car in for a tire rotation and an alignment, and they did it in good time and the steering wheel is dead center like it should be. Cannot say enough good things about this location! Highly recommend!

Amazing service! I recently bought a set of 4 new tires online for my 2018 Mazda CX-5. The installation appointment was at 12:30 today. Check-in took less than one minute. They had me back on the road in 35 minutes! The BF Goodrich Advantage T/A's feel well-balanced and the car tracks perfectly straight. Highly recommend Belle Tire!

I had a great experience at this Belle Tire. I got a same day appointment to put new tires on and they did it in less than an hour with a wheel alignment. They also explained how to do the mail and rebate and they bagged up my winter tires nicely for me to store at home. Highly recommend this location!

Great group of knowledgeable guys at this location. If you need an alignment, ask for Stephan. He s been awesome to work with, makes sure I m happy with the work done before I leave. Been back several times this year after installing new parts and he s been my go-to every visit. Highly recommend!

Marc at Belle Tire is awesome! I travel alot in my work, my car is very important to me. I, unfortunately had a blow out in one of my tires. It was nor fixable. My car is an AWD so all the tires have to be replaced. I was very stressed out about finding the time to get my car in, a place that had all 4 tires and getting the best price. I called one tire company and could tell I was immediately placed into a call center. I was to stressed to talk to someone who was NOT local. I immediately called Belle and got Marc. I am not sure if he heard the stress in my voice, but he knew how badly I needed my car. He was able to get all 4 tires in, have them on my car, and get me the best price in less than 24 hours! I feel he went above and beyond to help me. I am a Belle customer for life. Thank you!

I would not recommended Belle Tire at the Clyde Park location. I had a terrible experience with horrible customer service. Took almost 2 hours with scheduled inspection time to change 4 tires on a malibu. Would have probably exceeded 2 hours if my wife didn't remind them she was waiting. I rarely give negative reviews but this was well deserved.

I had such a great experience. I called about a leak in my tire and they were able to get me in less than 2 days later. It took only 40 minutes to fix, and they didn t charge me either. The staff was super friendly in person and on the phone.

Easy, immediate scheduling when we had an emergency. Thorough explanation of work recommended and costs. Prompt at getting the work done. All the agents were polite and friendly. Will not be taking our cars anywhere else!

Needed my tire patched, you don t need an appointment they got me in right away. It s also free! Nice little waiting room to hangout in while they are doing the work. Thank you for the help and fast service.

We had an efficient and pleasant experience at this location. I bought the tires and booked my appointment online. When we arrived, we got right in and within two hours everything was done. What I particularly appreciated was that they checked our alignment, but said it was perfect and didn't charge us for an unnecessary service. That builds trust and future customers.

They appear to be dishonest while recomending replacing front end parts that after being inspected by another licensed mechanic were perfectly fine

Great place. Sales staff are knowledgeable on many different questions and very friendly people. Originally chose this location due to the store being close to work. Always fast and professional service. When I have questions I not only get an answer to the question but they explain why with great detail. They will even store your seasonal tires for you. When finished my truck is always clean. The store as well is always neatly organized and clean. Bought rims & winter tires. Thanks guys!

Went in for an alignment. Came out needing replacement parts, that were damaged by the tech, another alignment and two tires that developed uneven wear due to mechanical negligence or incompetence during the alignment. I m out of pocket on two tires and two extra visits deep at a different Belle Tire.

Had an appointment at 8am to get my 2 front tires balanced on my truck. The gentleman at the counter said 45 minutes to an hour, and after 1 hour and 45 minutes my truck hadn t even been pulled into the shop.No communication and not even an attempt to get me in sooner. Waste of time

Brought my car in for an alignment because I had just had front end work done and the car was veering to the right heavy and they gave it back to me exactly the same. Still veering heavy right, thanks for nothing!

They installed the wrong tires on my truck and scheduled me 5 weeks out to swap them free of charge according to the sales rep I spoke to about the issue. Which was great, until I got to the store today to have them swapped. Marshall the sales rep I spoke to today tried to blame me for their mistake of installing the wrong tire size, he then told me because of how long it had been I would have to buy the new set of tire in the right size. Keep in mind the guy I spoke to weeks ago knew the issue and made this appointment to resolve it. And assured me the amount of time was fine and was not going to be an issue. I ve used Belle tire plenty of times in the past and haven t had an issue but this will make me look for other tire shops. I wouldn t recommend belle tire anymore especially if you have to deal with Marshall.

Super nice and fast to fix my tire. They even gave me a quote for a crack windshield replacement they can do that too, not just tires. Great team!

Brought the Jeep in because it was making an unusual noise in the front. Was told it had a brake caliper froze. Long story short it was fixed but was not shown the problem or the parts and then told the noise was still there after an $1,100+ bill. Then was told that the drive shaft was bad and cost $ 1,300. Sent a bad review and was contacted by Marshal and explain how it didn't look good in my eyes. Got a call a couple of days later and was told that they had a new drive shaft for me and to set up an appt. for repair at no cost. The following Mon. I had a new drive shaft installed all at no cost. THAT'S what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thanks Belle tire I'll be back.

Used to just come here for alignments and they did a good job. However greed took away my business as they tried to quote me for 2 new control arms and couldn tdo the alignment without them. As I always do I took the quote to 2 other more reputable shops and both found no issues with the control arms. They even set me up with another more ethical shop to do the alignment. I won't be coming back here ever again.

Got 2 tires patched and plan to come back for to get a sensor replaced. Customer service was great, clear communication, and it done in a couple of hours. It was a great first time experience with belle tire.

Top notch service. Took my CRV in for brakes. Team was clear in communicating what was needed and was fast and efficient with the service. Avery was wonderful in checking us out after and took great care of us. We will be returning customers.Thanks again!
