This store needs to hire in costumer service employees whiling to help to costumers . Today I was looking for a part for my car and he was unable to find it so I did ask the employee to look on my purchase records which part I bought last time , because I need it again and he toll me, can not do it. I do understand if he does not know how to look on the system but he had more resources . He could ask his co-workers for help or store manager ,which never did.

Bought all new pads, rotors, and calipers/pistons. When I went to bring the pistons back they didn't issue the full refund and when I brought it up they said it was a system mistake. After about an hour the manager came over and tried to help. They said they would issue a merchandise gift card. After trying to figure that out for another 30 minutes they basically said I was out of luck. Not acceptable. I'm out the core charge and Auto Zone has my cores which is outrageous.

Came in to get my battery replaced and installed, talked to Dawt Len P, she ended up helping me take out and install a brand new battery for my 2017 Chevy equinox, she did quick work and knew what she was doing, thanks again for the help!!

Went in to buy a new tail lightbulb. Staff were very helpful by suggesting I should replace both at once to prevent the bulb from burning out again soon. I went back to my car to replace them...and one fell right into the lightbulb housing. I couldn't get it out. So I went back inside, and right away, Lopez and her assistant were able to help. Not even 15 min later, the bulb was salvaged and I was able to finish the replacement. It would have been trouble if I wasnt able to get that bulb out. Lopez and her team truly went above and beyond with helping me!

Always very helpful if I have any questions. My husband sends me up there a lot with no idea what I m getting, and they are always happy to help if I need anything. I had to bring a part back in exchange for a new one, and they quickly helped me figure out which part I needed, and were very friendly.

Looked up the part I needed online. It didn't tell me if it was a front or rear wheel speed sensor so I called to verify it was a front and that it was in-stock. The parts monkey I got on the phone verified it was a front and they had 3 in stock. So I made the 45 min. drove to pick it up and it was for the rear. Of course nobody knew who I talked to on the phone and they were "sorry about that." which gets me nowhere and now I don't have time to get the part elsewhere. There's no chance I'll ever use this location for any reason. I'd rather call my ex-wife for help.

Found the part I needed, which I appreciated since the previous auto-shop I went to was out of stock. And Logan was helpful checking me out and answering questions on replacing that part - he is very knowledgeable!

Don't even want to check when you call if they have parts on the shelf for you because they're "too busy", but when you show up and they don't have it they just shrug. They also make you wait in line even if it's 30mins long and you're not buying anything just to drop your used oil.

Very professional, clean and organized store. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful every time that I ve come in. I was especially blown away by the manager Sang for taking so much pride in this store. We need more longevity and commitment of employees Autozone has modeled this just right.

I just had the best time at AutoZone thanks to Lopez! She helped me out big time with changing my car battery. Right from the start, Lopez was super friendly and knew her stuff. She walked me through all the battery options with a lot of patience and made sure I understood everything. When it came to putting in the new battery, you could tell she was a pro - careful with all the details and even gave me some tips to make sure my car problem is fixed. But what I really loved was how she treated me like a friend, not just a customer. Lopez made the whole thing feel easy and fun. If you're heading to AutoZone and want a smooth experience with a side of awesome, ask for Lopez!

Staff unhelpful and rude. Seemed to only care if it was time to lock the doors (15 mins prior to closing). Possible visit a different location, the staff couldn t possibly be worse.

Don't order online from autozone. They don't update their website almost ever and hire incompetent individuals as customer representatives. BUY FROM ELSEWHERE!

Friendly staff, fast service. I went to 2 other auto zones previously and ended up walking out after about 20 minutes waiting. All I needed was a check engine report.

Sadly yesterday I went in to have a code read and was told no. I had to buy a scanner. So I did but not from auto zone. Got the scanner for about half the price on Amazon. scanned got my code found the part for 29.99 only slightly higher then double Amazon. so I went in to the store and the guy seen my phone and still tried to sell it for 69.99 same exact part. Said it was online only. Went and got it for 24.99 at there competitor. Sadly I was a long time auto zone guy but I guess they don t care about customer service. Would give zero stars if I could

I would like to say I really appreciate Enrique . He really went out of his way to help make my trip to this location quick and easy and he was working alone in such a big location but he did handle myself and the customers in front of me with a decent amount of time for being alone he is really fast I don t know how he does it but I do appreciate it . I ll definitely be returning . I seen the QR code at the counter and thought he needs recognition for his work .

1st time visiting this location and I must say it was a good experience. Everyone was very helpful in finding a battery for my old food truck and very personable. Store was clean and the employees where keeping the line moving well for the amount of people in the store. Management had a handle on things when cashiers had questions and I was in and out rather quickly! I will definitely be back!

So My wife and myself have been traveling over the holiday weekend (Memorial weekend) . And we came into trouble with our SUV . Stopped into the Autozone in a strip mall hopefully this is the right location We are not from Michigan so hopefully this compliment make it to the right person But I truly want to thank a young man by the name of Enrique I believe he help Us get our truck back on the road home and I woke up this morning still thinking of the experience thank you so much young man .

Employees are always rude here and they always ignore customers. Go the extra mile to Avon and 28 instead.

So far i love this store. I went to do an online store return. The man helped me in 5 min. This same return i tried to do on eastern and 28th st by the old hot and now (restaurant) kept me in there for about 30 minutes because they didn't know how to do the return. I even had to call corporate while i sat in the store. The customer service lady on the phone was even annoyed by their inability to do this simple return.

28th and Michael location. There are several employees in the back doing nothing and walking around talking. Only one person is helping at the counter. This line hasnt moved in 20 mins and it will likely be an hour to get help. 6 people in line waiting for parts, phones not getting answered, no one at checkout. What a waste of time. Go elsewhere. Very unhappy.

Ordered a part, was told it would be there the next day that it needed to come from the Kentwood store. Ended up being sold the more expensive part, and they actually shipped it from IL. No one told me, and I went looking for my part.Not my first issue with this location. The first time I went into this store, the employees must have had some bet going on to see how long they could mess with customers. As the CSR sat and continued to talk to me about mundane things, I respectfully listened. That is until the employees in the back could no longer contain their laughter and burst out. Causing the employee who was holding me up with his meaningless chat also burst into laughter. Not very professional at all.

I came to pick up parts for the company vehicle. The man that helped me was kind enough to look things up on his computer but that's as far as he would go. I had to search for them myself. You would think the store was busy as noisy and boisterous as the people were yet I was the only customer there at the time and all I could hear were the sounds of a social club, laughter and revelry. Not exactly where I want to get my car parts from. Looked like they were having fun though.

First time visiting the store. Needed help returning a clutch kit that was ordered online. The store manager and another young lady manger helped me out and went the extra mile sorry I couldn t remember names but very professional and very helpful. Super clean store. Keep it up guys
