I Have had Nothing but good and fast service from Automotive Emporium. Kent has worked on 4 of my Volvos and 2 of my Mercedes and the diagnostic and service was efficient and done properly. His prices are very fair for the types of cars he services. I recommend Kent to anybody I know that has a German, or Swedish or British that needs work. I would give him 5 stars except for I believe he stretches his front office person a little thin, so every once in while it can be hard to talk to someone. Which in my opinion is a very small issue with what I consider a first rate import car service garage.Todd B.Grand Rapids, MI.

Kent is the man! Installed a performance cold air intake on my Mitsubishi Eclipse GTS (when another shop turned me down) and tuned up the engine. Fair prices for work on foreign vehicles. Better than going to the dealership and spending $100+ per labor hour. Your car is in good hands here!

Faster more friendly service than my Mercedes dealership. Ken replaced my starter recently at a lower cost than my girlfriend paid to have her starter replaced on a GMC Acadia. Mercedes are not expensive vehicles to maintain or repair if you know where to take them.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

I ve been doing business with Kent for north of 12 years now, he s been taking care of my last three or so (had a couple cars that I didn t own for long) vehicles , and he does it very very good, and I always get the straight truth, and a very honest price to go with it!! It s hard to find a great technician but when you do you stick with him, and that s what I ve done with Automotive Emporium... do yourself a favor and try him out, you definitely won t regret it!!

My experiences with Automotive Emporium have been nothing short of top-notch. Kent is a highly capable mechanic who has gone out of his way to make sure that I understand exactly why he recommends particular repairs. And when I choose to have him work on my car, the service fees are always far below anything that BMW quotes. I had an oil leak on my 2005 BMW 525i. They were great in determining exactly where the oil was leaking and solved it. Relatively decent price for their services. However, when I went to pick my car, the battery was dead, and in an attempt to jump-start it they remember they broke one of the hooks that connects to the battery. They connected the battery with a bolt&nut temporarily and were going to get me a proper replacement. That never happened up till today, after several calls.Service: General repairs & maintenance

First i want to say that Kent, who is the owner of this shop gets 5* in terms of his character and experience/skill; he is very honest, gives fair prices, and really knows how to work on older german cars, and really seems to care about his customers- that can be the hardest thing to find sometimes in a repair shop. So its important anyone understands that about this shop - your dealing with a Great guy - Kent talks to you and he is the one doing the work on you car most of the time. But only 3* overall because the customer service here is not top notch. I think Kent has a hard time finding good help. first - its very hard to find a place to drop your car off here, every time you will see there is 15+ cars outside, some look like they have been there for months, and im lucky that there is always 1 spot available when i drop my car off. 2nd - many times i dont get a call after 1-2 days for a status update on my car, i always have to call and try to find out whats going on and sometimes nobody answers and they dont always return messages. One time my car had been finished for 1.5 days and nobody called to tell me it was done, and then i went to the shop during business hours to pick it up and the doors were locked, nobody answered the door and nobody answered the phone (i did talk to them and pick the car up the next day, 2 days after it was finished). Lastly - my car is always more dirty when i pick it up than when i drop it off, mostly because his shop is close to the road and everything gets very dusty, but ive picked up my car with the interior more dirty than when i left it a few times. again, i think its because he does not have enough time or help to clean the cars when they are done. i have 2 older mercedes that usually i take to another shop where i pay more, but location and business hours are much more customer friendly and overall customer service is top notch compared to Automotive Emporium. so you have to decide what is more important. I will keep bringing my car here from time to time, but with a busy life the sub-par customer service causes me unnecessary stress - nobody likes having to get their car fixed anyways.

Extremely pleasant experience. Very professional, fair, and efficient. A squirrel had eaten its way through a big chunk of my wiring and they fixed it beautifully and quickly for a very fair price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

My wife and I both drive Audi A8 cars. They 23 and 15 yrs old respectively. These cars can be a money pit with high maint costs.. I accept this and when I need something done, there is no place I'd take my car to other than Auto-Emp. Kent knows what he is doing and is fair.I live in Holland and utilize a local shop for brakes, etc because I know the owner For big high tech Audi specific items, it goes to Auto-Emp. In 26 yrs of owning Audis, I've used several local service shops. That I drive to Wyoming to have Kent service my car, speaks volumes.

I had trouble with my headlights, so I took my car here to get fixed. They found the problem and repaired it quickly. Very reasonable pricing here. Highly recommend!! 5 stars all the way.

This shop has the most important quality of all-Honesty-Kent's ability to troubleshoot difficult problems is second to none-we have had work done on several cars-always satisfied-plus cute grandkids and dogs-who could ask for more
