Never bring your vehicle here when it comes to transmission work they do not do it in house they always Farm it out and it never comes back right good place for an oil change

Amazing service and repair work from the Owner, to the Manager of the Business, to the Manager of the Repair shop.Thank you for making my 2022 Highlander look brand new again. I highly recommend for all your car repair needs!

The part for my truck was back ordered, I understand they can t control this and is a direct result of Covid.However, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.They wouldn t go through my truck to find all the damages because they were concerned they couldn t get it back together. They did a walk around of the truck to assess the damage (told me not to pop the hood).They first looked at my truck in October of 2022 and I called about once a month to get updates on the part. Almost every time I called I was met with a we will call you when we have an update without getting any of my information .After an interesting string of phone calls to/from the shop (Brandon) on March 10th, 2023 I decided to go with another shop.If they can get the part they probably do good work, but don t expect great customer service.Service: Auto body & trim repair

had to have a gasket replaced and new spark plugs. got my car in and out but they didn't refill the oil that was needed because of the faulty gasket. didn't know it was completely empty until I checked it 2 days later. I mean come on, isn't that something you should know to do

So far so good Dean and Branden are very good at making sure the service is impeccable, if the quality of work is just as good as their service I will have NO concerns... definitely made my life easier and would suggest them to anyone just based off of their customer service.
