Great stuff! I needed an easy flat fix. Jerry's took care of it for 25 bucks and took my donut off and put the original back on. Took them 3 minutes to swap tires and about 20 to fix the flat. Would have taken me 30 just to switch tires. Everybody was helpful and pleasant. For a shop like that, it was clean and well organized. I've seen WAY worse. I'll definitely be back when it's time to replace my tires. Maybe sneak an alignment in there.

Admittedly misdiagnosed my vehicle, replaced a part I didn't approve of, and tried to charge me for their mistakes.Replaced a tire sensor, said the dash light would turn off after 20-30 miles. It didn't. I called and was told over the phone it would be a free repair. When trying to leave after my second visit he was trying to charge me for another tire pressure sensor and said they didn't notice more than one was bad the first time I brought it. Didn't even ask to put another one on. I refused to pay so they took the sensor back off. The guy working the counter raised his voice saying we're not getting a free sensor. In the wrong and then rude about it? Will NEVER return

I had a flat tire on the freeway and was helped by Freeway Courtesy Patrol (thank you MDOT!). He recommended I got off at 44th at to find a tire place. I rolled into Jerry s Tire at 4:50pm. Seth and William went above and beyond. They evaluated my tire, and found a used one to replace it and had it back on my car in less than 15 min. The service was exceptional and they had a helper attitude rather than ugh, it s almost 5 I don t want to help . It was amazing and refreshing. Highly recommend the team at Jerry s Tire. Thank you Seth and William!

After my new tires were put on they did not clean up or wash them. They were covered with a lot of dirt, maybe from shipping, but it doesn't matter. I have never seen such filthy, NEW tires installed on my vehicle in my life. I was pretty disappointed about that. I mean if I'm paying $450 for tires, I don't expect them to look like I went four wheeling down a mud road immediately after installation, not to mention my expensive, solid lug nuts were switched out with some cheap, mismatched, rusty "cap" lugs that did nothing but spin as I tried to see if I could get them off! On top of that, I bought new lugs and had them switch them out. Ya know what they did as another f/u to me for their trouble getting the crappy lugs off that THEY switched out in the first place? Destroyed my $50 Lock-Nut key so I can't get my tire/tires off if I needed to. Oh yah...and now one tire has a slow leak... Seriously?And Who in their right mind thinks a customer isn't going to look at their wheels? Who steals lugs during servicing a vehicle and replaces them with the left over, hodge podge ones you all probably left off several customer's cars. And the deal with my lug key?I'm very disappointed with my first time experience at Jerry's Tire.The management, however, is excellent and accommodating as they did reimburse me the cost of new lugs. As far as the lock key and leaking tire, well, I'll just take the loss and take care of elsewhere.What a bullcrap experience and all round hassle.It's the garage personnel I have no trust in. A shame that one or a few bad employees cast a shadow for the whole business.P.s.The wait here is ridiculous too, so expect to wait a minimum of 2.5hrs for 4 tires to be installed.Tip:Take photos of each wheel and compare them before you drive off their lot. It couldn't hurt.

Jerry's is a great place to get your tires. When everyone else was a week out to get me in, Jerry's got me in the next morning. I waited 30 minutes while having a good conversation with the gentlemen at the front desk. I'd recommend Jerry's to anyone and everyone.

They took our truck right into the bay and we've been sitting here for over 3 hours now. They should have just told us there was a wait, but I now missed my last job because they took so long. It was a simple 4 tire swap and balance. Can't believe I'm still here.Edit: they gave me a good price and threw in new valve stems. Took forever, but everything is correct.

Great customer service and communication but I was told why my car was making rattling noises spent $500 to get it fixed and now I still have the same rattling noises.

I want to thank the employees at the Clyde Park store. The service was excellent. I ran into issues right at closing time on a Friday night and the service team went above and beyond to fix the problem. They ended up staying an hour and a half after closing. I can't give them enough praise. I recommend everyone go there.

I called and the guy who answered never said his name but told me I could drop my car off and asked the make and model of it. I arrived to drop my car off and the clerk basically just looks at me as if I was lost and I told him , I was there to drop my car off for a wheel alignment I wasn t given a name but he did ask about my car . He still just looked at me as if I was speaking another language then caught an attitude when I said a second time I wasn t given a name of who answered the phone. He went to the back and found out who it was when all he had to do was that in the beginning. I work with people for a living and if my customers service skills were like his I d be out of a job, do better fellas. The mechanic was very professional 5 stars to him !

The guy name Seth.was ok from the beginning. But i had several questions .He snapped on me about asking him 3questions cause i had been there 3hours for 3 lugg nuts .I been in the Hospitality industry for over 25 years..The guy next to him was working had nothing to say..He should told him to Chill out or calm down....I definitely was treated terribly he raised his voice..told me he dont noe what i didnt understand.Nobody in town going to give me this price..I can leave he will put my car bck 2gether. I had been up at the desk to many times..He was very RUDE..& Out of order...I will never step foot in there again..Hes a PUNK for treating a older lady like that..Very Disrespectful..

I had an 8 appointment. Then put another truck in front of me. Said I had no appointment. But, I did. I guess it just did not get passed on to the man who does alignments. Really don't know. But it all works out for the good. My load I needed to pick up had and 11 appointment. So all is good.

Rude!!! Called with questions about tires that we seen on Goodyear website. The guy gave us a price of $220 more, then we asked why online they were so much cheaper snapped back we ll order them there. Horrible service. Called discount tire price matched the tires came with free installation, rotation and air when needed for the 50,000 mile life of the tire. Don t be a victim.

Amazing experience. Didnt even know of this place until a cousin told me about it. We were desperately looking for a place to get an alignment on our tow truck, and this place got us right in.....and we were quoted an end price of 125, and that was with a rear break inspection and upon paying it was just a tad over 85 bucks! We will definitely be coming here to help maintain our what we hope to be our money maker!

I had to get new front control arms and alignment and they saved me almost $300 and i went back for a quote for my power steering leak and instead of paying $360 at tuffy im only about to pay $200. These are the only mechanics that arnt out to get you and give you the run around. Super friendly staff and a cute dog in the lobby. :)

Real nice place to get some work done went in for an alignment the mechanic was kind and professional he was very helpful and understanding whenever I told him that I was low on hours and was very mindful and didn't do a road test which I was fine with

They swapped my summer to winter tires on and off the rims very quickly. No appointment was needed, everybody else was 1 to 2 weeks out. I will definitely be going back.

Had 2 seperate blowouts on my 5th wheel. They put my rig inside overnight while waiting for new tires to come in. Good prices and service. They've got a new customer for life.

Went there early for 6 tires and they told me that it was going to take an hour and a half to be ready so o decided to wait. Well after two hours I ask if it was almost ready and they told me 1 more hour. And after four hours they told me that they forgot about the truck, but they should have it done in half an hour and they keep saying the same thing over and over. Wasted all my day waiting there, more than 6 hours. Need to be more professionals

Worst customer service I came there in the past to have work done decided to stop in and inquire about some things, the guy at the counter was rude didn t look up not one time when talking stayed typing on the computer made me feel like because I was black I wont come here again
