I expected quick service as that s how it was perceived over the phone. Called to get my work scheduled, they had to order the windshield took about 4 days. No big deal.They scratched the tint so they held off for an additional 2 days. Not a huge deal accidents happen.They finally come out for replacement and Gino almost broke my center console, coughing all over my dashboard, console, radio area. Tried to put that aside.Very aggressive tactics for OEM windshield removal. Used no special tools or tactics. Seemed unprofessional.Asked ME for MY vacuum to clean THEIR mess. Didn t have the audacity to at least wrap up the cord.Installed a trim panel incorrectly. (They re impatient) cannot fix unless windshield removedTold me to take the car to the dealer to glue a door mirror on. (They already had the adhesive so why couldn t they) I did it myself They charged me 3hrs labor but only took 40mins for the windshield install. I understand flat rate pay but at least do quality work.Went back for a single window to be tinted. Didn t even cut the tint properly, still installed it.Didn t know how to remove the door panel Chewed my trim up with picks and pry toolsCross threaded my screws with an impactHad to spend my Friday night fixing the threadsWent to pick up the car and they didn t install the door latch cable correctly so when I tried to get out of the car the inside handle didn t work. Mind you I was still in the simbol parking lot had to climb through the passenger seat To get outGino says it s Friday he wants to see his family. Ok. Blows me off and never returned my phone calls. The youngest worker there was the only one who was understanding and wanted to fix their mistakes. Gino and his right hand man didn t want to do anything about the situation just tried to defend their low quality work.Look at the pictures of how I got my car back. Look at the messed up threads compared to after I cleaned them up.Look at the gouge marks and broken plasticLook at the gap of no tint on the windowThe young kid worker is the only one who cares about the work he does. Gino and his buddy don t care. Just turning numbers.Very unprofessional overall10 out of 10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.Went inside 4 times to get the issue resolved. Nothing even tried to use their restroom on one of those visits at 930am and the toilet was clogged as can be a nasty mess.I should ve known they were unprofessional when they had broken glass on their own building for over a month lmao. Shop was a total mess dusty as the Packard plant. What a joke of a facility. This location is a disgrace to auto accessory installers. Hopefully the young kid takes his job to the next level by working for a quality shop. I wouldn t even bring a winter beater to these guys. Let alone a daily.

You want the best tint job in the downriver area? Go see my guy Gino and friends at Simbol in Wyandotte! Hands down the best tint job I ve ever had, and I ve had prob 20 cars tinted in my life! They also fix chipped or broken windshields and even install alarms and remote starts! Ask for Gino! Guys are amazing!

Gino did an excellent job tinting my 2019 Hyundai Veloster N. He also seems like a great guy with a good sense of humor. I would highly recommend this place for window tinting in the downriver area.

Used Simbo Auto Glass in Wyandotte again for about the 7th time. I took both my F250 and new Blazer in for window tint on the same day (12/23/20). As usual, the guys did a great job! They're not only quick, but they're also the most polite and professional in the business!

Very polite experience fantastic, very professional and felt good about leaving my car at Simbol to be fixed. even cleaned tape markings of my car. That was a double plus. It was a notable experience nice friendly down earth reality people. That's AWESOME in my book. Been going to Simbol for numerous years. I would not change anywhere else. Because they r Top Notch..

Simbol Auto Glass hosted a barbecue for a hate group last Sunday, in their parking lot. I think that the people in this neighborhood and future customers should know, so that they can make informed decisions about who they spend their money with. I can say for sure that I won't be spending my money here, or at any other business owned by John or Reiman Samano.

This place is extraordinary. Fast, friendly service. They were recommended by the Ford dealership for windshield replacement. Got a quick appointment, waited while they worked, and was out in less than an hour. They exceeded my expectations. I give them my highest recommendation.

I received excellent service from John (who answered all of my questions when I called in). Geno, the service technician, was amazing! He was very professional and personable. I got my window replaced during the pandemic. He wore gloves and disinfected areas. I was VERY pleased with his knowledge and service. I would recommend John and Geno anytime.

Gino was thorough in explaining the windshield replacement process both on the phone and in-person. It was nice to see a large, clean waiting room in the shop. Simon was polite, friendly and professional when at my home. John was courteous when he took my credit card information over the phone.Well done, men! I'd be glad to recommend you all to friends and family!

I just wanted to thank Gino for being so helpful and professional! Simbol autoglass replaced my husbands rear window and my front windshield in a timely manner and at an affordable price. Brought my car to get my windshield replaced. The gentlemen at the Front desk was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. My windshield was ordered and installed the next day. The installation was less than 2 hours total. I was also quoted the best price on tints for my car in the area.

I had Symbol replace a windshield for me. They were very fast and did a great job. They were extremely professional and their prices were really good. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and most certainly use them in the future if I ever crack my glass again.

John I think was his name stayed at the business late for me two days in a row. One to drop off and one to pick up. So professional and a great job done setting my windshield. Cannot recommend enough!!

The window was busted out and the frame on the right was pried up. They ironed it back down to the best of their ability, and tightened the inside of my door which was loose from years of use, at no extra charge. They also removed all of the broken glass. There was so much glass in the interior of my car I thought it would never all come out. It took a few days for them to locate a window for my old car but it was worth the wait because it looks brand new. The price was very reasonable and I will be back if I need any work done in the future.

I called about 10 other places in the area and this place came out the cheapest price for my new windshield. They took only 90 minutes to put it in even though I showed up 15 minutes late to my appointment. They were courteous and the windshield hasnt cracked so I'm happy.

I just got a stone chip and I went to safelite and they were going to repair it. I was paying cash and I just wanted it done and none of my info put into the system. They refused to do it because of it. I went where I should have went in the first place! Simbol was honest and willing to make the repair. They also informed me that they could not do it either. They refused to take my money because they are honest people! My windshield has tint on it and they would have damaged it trying to make the repair. Symbol has replaced a number of my windshields and I will always go there regardless of convenience.

Excellent work. Finished up a winshield and my back sliding window on my Ranger in 2 hours plus fixed my remote start. Excellent work and a great cost. Would recommend getting any window or remote start work done there.

Make sure you tell your insurance company to use these guys!!! Unlike Safelite who might seem more professional, they don't care about you for a second. Gino at the Wyandotte location will take care of you and will stand behind the work he does. Simbol is a preferred network provider for windshield replacement for USAA. I'm sure they are also for other auto insurance companies. Safelite is the "preferred" company USAA uses, but after the last time they replaced my windshield and it leaked and before I had a chance to get it back in to make a warranty claim (2 months later when it really started leaking), I got a small chip in the window, so they refused to replace it and told me I'd have to file an all new claim for a new windshield. Never again Safelite, never again. From now on I'm taking my cars to Simbol. Safelite also wasn't willing to cover any of my deductible, Simbol covered $100 of my deductible, which left me paying only $50 for a new windshield.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I needed a back window on my work van. It wasn't a really common window to need replaced I found out, by calling other places first. They had the best price, and were able to get the correct window to their location And install it on my lunch break.A1 Service. I'll always call these guys first.

This place is amazing! Geno took care of my back windshield and side mirror in no time at all. He was also super friendly and went above and beyond by cleaning up the glass from my broken back windshield. By far the best place around!

I just bought the car , it was clean, when I got it back, dash was dirty, floors were dirty, where they stood on the kick plate was dirty whit boot prints. Not happy.

Replaced the windshield, came to my work to do it and everything. Saved me $40 from what I would've paid with a more well known company, and got it done in 45 minutes. Simon was very polite and friendly, and the job looks great!

Was not at all satisfied with their service. I had my windshield replaced, which not the issue. After my windshield was replaced I found that they had done a piss-poor job of reinstalling the outer weather stripping. I took my car back to them twice asking them to fix it properly. After all was said and done I ended up losing one of the weather stripping pieces and the other had to be taped down to stay in place. I ended up having to pay another shop to do the work Simbol couldn't or wouldn't do right. Will never take my car to them again.

Geno was amazing at helping me today with some insulation tape that was popping out of my dash. I have been getting my glass replaced at this location for 15 plus years. I will HIGHLY recomend Simbol over the all the places that come to your house.Victoria S
