I moved to wixom just under a year ago and I've been searching for honest mechanics that are going to be honest and charge me fairly. I found these gentlemen Mo & AL. They were honest and they even helped me change my headlight. Great guys, great service, great price. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you for a great experience. I will be telling friends about you!

WOW! THE BEST SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED AT AN OIL CHANGE PLACE!!!These guys are so sweet, friendly, and involved. They go above and beyond and make sure you know what they're doing. They are extremely honest and I will be sure to go out of my way to come back.Got an oil change, engine filter, cabin filter, and wipers for a great price

What a fantastic experience! Quick, courteous, professional. I'm not at all surprised since it's just behind the nicest marathon station in the world. They cleaned a rodent nest out of my engine block and gave me a prevention tip (moth balls) and even cleaned my windshield! Slightly cheaper than a big box company- but I would have paid extra for the premium service! Thank you so much and I will be back in a few thousand miles

Great oil change: fast and friendly service and reasonably priced. I appreciated that they took the time to troubleshoot and grease the latch of my hood that was sticking. I'll come back.

Quick, easy oil change!! They were willing to help and over extend their helping hands with filling my tires/patching them up. Even cleaned my windshield for me. I got to sit in the car during the entire thing and I felt safe!! - as a women that s important to me. Quick, clean and excellent service. All workers were friendly and knowledgeable. They informed me of future services for my BMW, without being pushy, unlike other oil change places.This is my new spot to take all of my carsI felt extremely secure and well taken care of.

These guys are good. Friendly, professional and did a great job. They checked all fluids, tire pressure, and even cleaned my windows! I will definitely go back and recommend them to my friends.

I recently had my oil changed at Wixom Oil Change, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure all my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable with the service. Frank was very kind and gave me a great deal on my oil change and transmission flush. He was informative but not pushy. I was in with no wait around 830 on a Friday morning. I went in for oil change last month. I've used them once before on a old vehicle, but I should have known better.On the old vehicle I started experiencing issues right after that oil change, but I thought it was because my vehicle was a bit older and a short time later my engine blew out on me. Now I know why for sure.After two weeks, I started to hear a noise with my new vehicle when I would turn it on, after this oil change last month.I went to look at the paperwork again and noticed that they have the old vehicle on my paperwork and it does not take same oil.Here I am in front of you and you managed to get info for an old vehicle and not the one I'm in. Putting oil of old vehicle into my current vehicle. The vehicle I'm in shows what oil it takes.They didn't even bother to put the new vehicle on my paperwork neither did they put the correct oil.After 6 weeks my oil is already dirty again and I drive no more than 20 miles in a week span.Is almost as dirty as when I brought it in.I've tried calling but the number listed on the paperwork is out of order and the second number listed on the receipt does not answer.Now I will have to go elsewhere and get another oil change in less than 45 days. #UNREALExtremely upset.Do not go here. Ali is awesome. Great price on the oil change but he is very nice, doesn't pressure you into other services at all, and is very thoughtful! He remembers me every time I go. I only want to come here for my oil changes now!

Great prices for the service, didn't feel pressured to buy anything that I didn't need. Oil change and air filter replacement was fast with welcoming workers. Garage is small and you may have to wait, but it's worth it.

Absolutely love this place. Couldn't ask for better service from these folks. They have the cleanest storefront I've ever seen, the most friendly staff, and best quality products at reasonable prices. Definitely recommend you bring your business here.

Technician used a screw driver to pry my hood open resulting in the paint chipping, which wasn't even the worst part. The fact that he forgot to install a new filter is ridiculous. Will never return and warn others about going back
