I waited a full month to write this review, waited for paperwork to go through, drive the car for a month, etc. I'M FULLY IMPRESSED. This was THE best experience I've ever had buying a used car. The car was beautiful, in excellent condition, the price was a good deal, got a LOT for my trade. Most importantly: They got me the BEST MONTHLY PAYMENT. Beat my local credit union on rate and better term for a lower payment. Shane was great to work with, helped me find the right car and was super responsive. Excited to work with them again when I'm looking for a new Ram.

Shane was my guy! He made the car buying process very smooth from beginning to end. Shane was genuine and a gentleman, true professional! His approach was quite relaxed and I felt NO pressure to buy like other local dealerships. Mostly importantly, Shane went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible!!! EVERYONE at Wixom Motors made me feel like family. I will definitely be back again with my family and friends!

Great communication, Great personalities and customer service skills. Dino and Ghaith are in my opinion two of the best salespeople there!! The process was very straightforward and quick. They are very professional and patient with their customers. They continue to assist me with any issues I have had with my vehicle and I purchased it a while ago. It was a pleasure working with them!!

I had arrived thirty minutes before close thinking I was much too late to even test drive a vehicle. Gabi had no issues staying to get me in a new car. Least pressure I ve ever felt looking at cars overall, all the staff seemed interactive with the deal and made the process beyond smooth. Thank you Gabi and team, loving the Mustang!

Gabrielle Gabi was absolutely amazing!! I was a very challenging customer, changed my mind on three vehicles, my last change was after the paperwork was completed. She didn t hesitate to accommodate my requests and was a great pleasure to deal with. The entire staff was extremely courteous and welcoming. Honestly was the best car buying experience I have ever had. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, I d go with Gabi! I certainly will purchase from them again.

Bottom line if you re looking for a solid preowned vehicle, don t hesitate to come here. Very relaxed environment, great inventory. Had the pleasure of working with my boy Ghaith. He was super easy to work with, very accommodating, didn t force anything, made me feel confident and comfortable with my purchase. Absolutely love the car! Note is right, this is the place to be if you re looking for a solid used vehicle at the right price. Was in and out for the most part. Very smooth buying experience. I highly recommend.

Wixom motors has been an amazing experience. They approved me for a car in one day and I was able to get everything done and take it home. Thank you to Dino for being so pleasant and taking his time to help us. Dino also stayed over to help us make sure everything was okay with the car before we took it home. Gabi was amazing!! We were going to go look around at other car dealerships but we didn t have to look any further as soon as we stopped at Wixom. She helped us through the entire process and made everything extremely smooth and comfortable. Honestly one of the friendliest and most involved salesperson i ve met. I ve been searching MONTHS for a car, but today I got my 2020 RAV4 delivered. In a day I found this car with the help from Gabi and Mike. In two days (today and yesterday) I got my car delivered. I am a mother of 2 under 5 and I WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT go anywhere else. The efficacy, the knowledge, the endless options for payment made my life SO SO SO much easier. Highly recommend Gabi or Mike. They genuinely know how to help you without just telling you what you want to hear!!!

Wonderful experience and Shane was amazing at helping my Fiance and I of getting the truck of my dreams. Thank you so much! You are all wonderful! Everything went smoothly! We didn't feel pressured into anything like other dealerships and we didn't get bombarded by a bunch of salesmen when we first walked through the door, lol. I definitely recommend Wixom Motors and having Shane Wackro as your Salesmen. He's very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He answered all of our questions that we had and never once rushed us. I had a friend who bought a car from them. Two weeks after, it needed a new engine. $10000.00. It also needed new back tires, the windshield washer pump was bad, a seatbelt wasn t working, and the brakes were squeaking. Also there appeared to be a crack in the transmission housing that had been welded. The fact that they sell a car in these conditions to someone is atrocious. I told my friend she should sue them. It s criminal. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Went to get an estimate on my Blazer and Ben, Gabby and Josh were very kind. They were honest in what I could get for a buy out, and directed me to another dealer that would benefit me better. I was very impressed and if I was buying a used car they would be my #1 choice!

Very transparent selection process with free servicing record at hand and patient team. Had the pleasure to work with Shane, he catered to my very short budget and mileage range and we were able to easily find me options where I found THE ONE. All vehicles go through a long servicing process before even hitting the stage I was told and looked for myself to find it very true. Well maintained inventory. Very excited to drive my new baby!
