After I got into a car accident I had my car taken to Wixom Collision and Mechanical. Wow!! Ray who is the owner there really took good care of me. I didn't have rental car insurance and he really helped me out with an AMAZING deal on a rental car. The whole experience from the staff to the car getting repaired was 1st class. Now I have my car back and it runs and looks like a brand new car. I would recommend Wixom Collision and Mechanical to anyone and everyone for Body work, engine repair etc. Thank you again Ray!!!

Omg what can I say , I literally just got my car back from them and they worked with me so well, I don t want to go anywhere else. The first collision shop barely wanted to help me but here .. I even had a ride home when i first dropped my car off free of charge. They fixed problems that weren t even related to my accident. Also put windshield wiper fluid without being asked omg this by far the BEST SERVICE AND THE BEST HOSPITALITY I m so glad i did not go with the first collision shop. Thank you all so much I appreciate it especially ray!

I was referred here by one of my friends and I was very pleased with my service and outcome. Ray Shamoun was helpful and kept me in the loop throughout the service. I was provided with a rental car and he eased my stress throughout the process.

I just picked up my Silverado from Jack'son's. I couldnt be happier with the repairs. The truck looks awesome. I hope you necer need a collision shop....but if you do, CALL JACKSON'S! Great people, great service! I give them 5 stars only because google wont let me give them 10

I would not think about taking my car anywhere else! Ray and his entire staff took such great care of my car and offered every service possible to make my life easier after being involved in a car accident. Jack'son's does great, quick work at an affordable price. I always hope my cars stay running 100%, but when they do break I wouldn't hesitate to bring them here.As a bonus they didn't even make fun of my car, so that's nice. I think the guy at the desk right as you walk in was secretly jealous.

I had an emergency repair. Walked in without an appointment and my car was ready the same day. The price was fair and I couldn t be happier with the job. The staff was friendly and did a great job communicating. I would highly recommend to anyone

I may be hypersensitive to this as my independently owned storage facility I was a customer at was purchased by a big corporate chain and the butt pains that came with it, as well as immediately loosing that feeling of being a valued customer through the many layers of corporate inefficiencies and redundancies completely not needed to run the not so complicated storage facilities lot.I m posting this before Jack sons has finished my car, however during the drop off process Ray took the first 5 minutes spending time getting to know me and asking about me. He immediately established rapport and a customer relationship . You don t get to have this these days with the corporate monopolization of every service people need. I m 100% confident that this shop understands me, my expectations and is working hard to exceed them. I appreciate how you guys do business and conduct yourselves. I damaged the front end of my car and there was a very good chance I would not have made it to any of my sales calls and certainly not back to Ohio. Ray was incredible to work with and made me feel like I had known him forever. If I ever have a problem with my car I would absolutely go to Jackson's. The Service and Quality is 5 Star. Thanks again to Ray and Mike for helping out.

Ray refused to repair less damage than the full amount of the insurance estimate. He said it d be unethical to pay some of the insurance fees back to me, and told me the insurance would pay him. However, it s no problem to have the insurance reimburse the owner, when there is no lien holder. Ray did not volunteer this option. It s up to the owner to decide what damage they want repaired! Of course, insurance will not cover those items if they suffer damage in the future.

Ray and his business were referred to me by a person I trust, and I'm very glad I came to him. Ray is a down-to-Earth guy who keeps true to his word, and the employees I met during my brief visit were just as polite and helpful. This won't be my last time coming to Jack'son's Collision Center.

Ray got my car in on time, provided a loaner (not always available), did a wonderful job and even (due to extenuating circumstances) dropped my car back at my house. Awesome service, and am hoping not to have to use it again...at least not for a lot of years :-) Thanks, Ray!

Ray and his team always take care of me. Anytime I have an issue, whether mechanical or cosmetic, I bring my car to Jack'son's Collision and the job gets done properly, at the right price, and faster than expected. Highly recommended!

Very nice and professional done. Had some hard times with insurance but ray took over and had everything taken care of which is very reasonable and beyond his part . Thank you for your service not once but twice and + more .!!!!!! First thing first, they repaired my Jeep as expected and as asked. Happy with the end product.The reason I am not giving 5star is I am not happy with the way Ray dealt with my insurance case.He charged the insurance for a lot of things which he didn't work on my car, like he charged for new spare parts which he didn't replace on my car.I asked him to give me that money (atleast a part of it) but he refused to give. He simply ate a lot of free money from my insurance.Overall Good work but Bad work ethics!

I came to the owner Ray of this shop with a seriously tough situation for my 2003 Chevy impala in terms of car collison Rosie. It wasn t so much an issue of technical problems, but financially he worked with me and figured out a way to repair my car for a very reasonable price and was more than helpful and accommodating. Seriously top notch service, would recommend this shop to anyone!

We were frustrated because of the damage on my mom's car. We took it to Jackson collision and they (RAY) treated us like family. The amount to fix was settled on and Jackson Collision did everything as promised and even cleaned up more areas than we ever dreamed. I felt the need to write a very positive review - My mom was so happy which is priceless. She called me three times after picking up the car to tell me how she was still so happy. I brought my car here on a Monday morning, by the time I got here, there was a rental car waiting for me, easy in and easy out. A week later, my car was ready, perfect is can be, I would definitely recommend Jackson's collision center to anybody that gets into an accident

The team did a great job. Noone wants to have their vehicle damaged but it happens. They gave me a time to come in for the repairs that worked with my schedule and it looks like it never happened . couldn't ask for more

Wow is all I can say, I have taken 2 of my Jeeps there for repairs and the owner Ray went over and above to make sure they came out as good as new. I loved the work so much and I am forever grateful.
