Overall a good experience. Had my car from Jan 2nd - Feb 4th. A bit of a long time in my opinion, but the quality of work and the communication were exceptional. Had a few hiccups, but I am happy at the end of the day. Thank you!

Had an excellent experience at Varsity Collision in Wixom. Carl was very helpful when I brought my vehicle in for an estimate. The 2 receptionists were also friendly when I dropped my car off for the repair and picked it up. I was able to secure a loaner car but didn t need it much as the repair was completed in one day instead of 4. It was a nice feature to get text updates as the work progressed.My car was returned to me cleaned inside and out! Would certainly use them again.

The recent paint job to correct some paint imperfections on my 2023 Corsair were completed to perfection. I was also provided above and beyond outstanding customer care by Erica with frequent updates. Thanks to all that touched my vehicle!

Complete joke!! I had my vehicle there for 20 days. They replaced the front facia. I took my vehicle in for an oil change through my regular mechanic. They alerted me that my front facia is not attached properly along with the underbody shields. It could fall off at any time. HORRIBLE!!!!!

After my vehicle was stolen, it was sent to Varsity. They did a great job on my repair. Amy and Dominic were very helpful and provided great customer service! I would recommend this collision shop.

Great and reliable service! Dominic was extremely helpful and caring throughout the process. He helped me understand the estimate and kept me informed on the progress! Amy is the most informative and helpful person to work with at Varsity.Every question I asked, she new the answer. I enjoyed working with her.She is the type of front person every business needs.Taylor, who also works with Amy is also knowledgeable about the repair work going on. Lincoln Varsity Collision Center repaired my Chevy Traverse after a run in with a deer. My vehicle was towed to the center where an estimate was made and my insurance cut a check to give them once the car was ready.SUV was dropped off on November 10 and repairs began on November 15. I received numerous updates throughout the process. The vehicle was promised on December 8. It was ready four days early. The repairs were well done and made quickly.Taylor and Amy , at the front desk, made sure the paperwork and pickup process went smoothly. Rick made sure we were happy customers.Would definitely recommend this Collision Center to family and friends.

Carl worked diligently to figure out why on of my key fob wasn't working. Ultimately, Carl replaced it. Very grateful for his outstanding service and support Amy, at the front, was so professional and very patient with my questions about my services rendered on my vehicle.Varsity Ford is the place where you are treated fairly and with respect!!!

I recently was referred to varsity Lincoln collision from my insurance company to have some repairs done. I received my vehicle back and it appeared as my Had never been involved in an accident first let me stay. The customer service was top-tier. Communication was well through the whole process, and the service that was provided for my vehicle was over the top. The work: seems pretty good. I don't know how complicated my job was, but work seems clean and basically like-new perfect. Car was cleaned and everything feels good.The experience: was...weird. They knew I needed a loaner car, which is why I went with them. On the first drop-off date, they didn't have one. So I rescheduled. On the second drop-off date, they didn't have one, so I complained. They said they didn't have a loaner for another week. Which is weird, since how does that do me any good if you don't have one the day I drop mine off? Also, they just stated the problem as if it's my problem and not their mistake. Luckily another lady at the desk realized they had a car they could clean quickly, so they set me up and all was good. They told me 7-10 days to complete, most likely.At 8 days I called to check in. This was a Tuesday. She said "it's in painting, scheduled to be done by Friday". I called Friday, she said it's in cleaning, sorry, but will be finished "first thing Monday morning". I said no problem, I will come then. Monday morning I arrive and of course it's not finished. And again, they look at me like I'm the problem. "We call you when it's finished", as if someone hadn't literally told me that it would be done that morning. But again, I complained, so they pushed it into cleaning and within an hour I was out of there.It would be one thing if each time they made a mistake they said, "Sorry sir, our bad, let's see what we can do to make it right". Instead, every mistake was my problem. No offers to fix. No apologies...until I complained. My recommendation is that their work is fine and they're worth working with. But don't trust what they say to be true, and if you run into a problem, you'll have to find your inner Karen and complain to get what you want.

I ve taken any collision repair to them and they have been great from start to finish. The ladies who always help me are amazing and so helpful. I appreciate them all and all their hard work and service. Definitely recommend.

Took care of my Mustang Mach e front end damage. Took less time than expected, only 10 days from drop off to pick up. Looks brand new. Even the inside was cleaner than the day I drove it off of the lot. Very satisfied.

Great experience all around. The staff was a joy to work with, work was done quickly and the vehicle looks new! Interior looks to have been detailed or cleaned very well, I didn t expect that nice perk. Would definitely do business with Varsity again in the future no doubt.

Went through Varsity as a preferred Collison Shop for Progressive. To speed up the process for myself and my Hyundai SUV. They were efficient and had great communication with their customers. From their text updates to calls. I was always updated and in "the know" about my vehicle. Plus, to have Enterprise there, too, was super duper helpful. Sean was great! Overall, it was a great experience, considering it was a crappy situation that brought me there. My SUV looks brand new! Everything lines up nicely. No gaps. Quality work. Highly recommend. The only issue is that the interior was pretty dirty. My windshield was all smeared. Whatever they wiped my infotainment center and gadges with smeared it with some liquid. The doors and dash weren't wiped down all the way. So I'm paying to have it detailed. I'm unsure if it is normal to get your vehicle back like that from a collision shop?

Taylor and Amy are awesome , always professional and polite. Dominic by far is the best estimator I have ever dealt with. He is professional, and spot on with his quotes, he always goes way beyond what is expected. I wont go anywhere else for my collision needs.

Amazing office staff! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I had to wait forever for my cars part, which is not their fault, and they were willing to give me a loaner car for two months. I will definitely be back.

This is the forth vehicle I have brought to Varsity collision for body repairs and I can't say enough good things about this place. Everyone is professional and courteous, starting with the minute you get in till the minute you pick your car up. My thanks go out to Taylor, who handles all my insurance and rental car needs. She is amazing and very knowlegable in the business she's in. I will highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

Can't get it together even as a preferred option with Progressive insurance. Staff blamed Progressive for not confirming our appointment that our family spent considerable money and time to get to. Now we're out of a usable vehicle for another couple of weeks. Not sure why Progressive would have to double confirm with a "preferred dealer"...

I have been taking my cars to Varsity for YEARS. They normally do a great job. However, this last time.... HORRIFIC. I sent my grandmas car in and had $12,000 in damage so I knew it would take a while to be repaired. They told us repeatedly it would be ready in four weeks. Perfect, no problem. It ended up taking almost a week and a half longer... Not the end of the world but wasn't thrilled. We got the car back and I thought that was the end of it. Nope. The AC no longer worked, the transmission was slipping, and they put two DIFFERENT headlights??? I understand mistakes can happen, but the customer service side of it is what is truly appalling. Can't get a straight answer or anyone to return a phone call. They just keep giving the normal run-around. VERY frustrated.Services: Transmission, Body & Trim

Had my equinox fixed at Varsity Lincoln Collision and the staff there was amazing and had my car fixed and back to me in no time! Great experience and would definitely recommend!

I chose this facility because of the proximity to my home and the Enterprise rental office on site. Although the repair took a couple of days longer than expected, I was very pleased with the work performed. As you can see from the photos, they restored the front end to excellent condition, even going so far as to remove some preliminary rust on the hood's edge and repaint, which was obviously unrelated to the accident. I would return to Varsity's Collision Center in the future but I hope I won't need to!
