Very quick and professional, and the tech here Dan is great too. I m always in and out. I recommend this location and Canton for all your smart start needs.

Yeah, under the circumstances of having to get a breathalyzer in the first place I m just gonna say the overall situation really does suck let s face it.. however, the guy that was in there was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable of what he was giving me and turned. What was a very negative ordeal into BB something that I didn t mind doing it all and it was a very comfortable atmosphere when you got to talk with him if there is anything good at all that can come out of being forced to have a breathalyzer you want to be dealing with him in Wixom that s for damn sure.. I would drive miles and miles further just to deal with him than the other idiots that work at the other places.. he was nice enough to take me in for an appointment during his lunch break of all things, and he didn t have to do that, but it saved me from a lot of trouble as well, and I think he understood that and that is exactly what separates him from the other people in this business. Thank you again.

I absolutely recommend Smart Start services as they are efficiently streamlined and helpful as can be! The tech named Dan at the Wixom location provided particularly prompt and professional service today as always. Thank you for that!

Dan was efficient.In response to your response.Mad profits are your top responsibility, not the health and safety of the people, otherwise this government sanctioned racket would be affordable to those trapped in the system despite 17+ years of sobriety. I have learned that the only way one cannot be an alcoholic is if they can afford the system, otherwise those of us sober individuals will always be labeled alcoholic due to our low incomes from being trapped without "privileges".This device prevents nothing and helps no one.

Got straight in for my appointment at Wixom location. I am sorry I can't remember the installation techs name but he was working alone and had many customers while continuing to get mine done at the time estimated. He kept me updated on progress, walked me through the process and was very customer oriented. Thank you for the great customer service.

Of course my day could be way better than going here, or anyone's for that matter, but it is not their fault by any means. I was nervous and worried about what I would go through when I walked through the door. However, the employee, who I believe is James (?), was super helpful. I wasn't looking forward to coming to this place, but I felt more comfortable about the situation after I left. Very understanding, very responsive, and great service. Thank you :)

This place wouldn't honor an appt for my family member because she was going to be 10 mins late due to a highway accident in a snow storm. Her device needed the maintenance and this was a GIANT inconvenience. She also works midnights and tried to drive straight there from work and is driving through this on no sleep and now facing a possible violation.

Having an interlock device is nothing to look forward to. However, James made the experience a pleasure. This man deserves a raise and promotion. I have 12 months left of monitoring and so far I ve experienced above and beyond excellent customer service!

My Lake Orion location closed so this was the next closest. The guy here is really nice and personable. Had me in and out in maybe 10 minutes and was easy to find the location.

Every time I had it calibrated my speedometer would stop working I mentioned this only to be told it was a bad sensor well today i had it removed and guess what works? But now the brake light won't quit beeping. Having a speedometer is very important
