Nicks not only saved me once, but twice. My car was stalling and nicks was able to get me in right away to look at it. Ended up being a big repair (timing chain), but nicks was able to order the parts for me and get me back in to repair. They were able to get it done in 8hrs. No missed work, no rental car and no stress!! Crystal is amazing and walks you through everything. I took it back thinking I had a muffler issue, but it was discovered that there was an issue with my resonator. Nicks replaced the pipe and didn't charge me. I can't thank them enough for all of their help. I won't take my car anywhere else!!! Very honest and they do their best to get you the best outcome.

My Truck needed over $5000 in repairs. But it was quick and easy with Nick's auto repair. We were sent to this location by our car dealer. We initially thought it would take a week or 2 but nope. They got our truck in and out in a few days. And The truck rides great. They were professional and kind. Great business.

All I can say is that this shop is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! Nick and Crystal are exceptional people, honest and trustworthy. From the first moment I called and spoke with Crystal- she was extremely thorough and asked all of the pertinent details about my vehicle. She was extremely welcoming and friendly. My car was repaired quickly and the price for all of the work that was done was a huge relief. I needed to take it back a few weeks later and again, the same excellent quality of service. Nick went over and above. I ve never had this kind of service at any other shop before. All the folks at Nick's are fantastic. They repaired my truck quickly and at a very fair price. Googled "repair shop near me," and this 5 star gem appeared. Would highly recommend. Honesty and integrity are hard to find, but I did at Nick's. Thanks again!

This is my 3rd visit to Nick's Auto. I cannot say enough about the great service I received. They do great work are very thorough and reasonable. The office manager Crysti is just wonderful!. I highly recommend them.

I want to give a huge shout out to Nick's Auto Repair! My daughter is a single mother of my two grandkids, and has had many challenges in life due to some of her choices. She recently bought a used car from a Used Car lot that totally took advantage of her. within about three weeks she ran into problems with her new used car and brought it to Nick's Auto. When I got involved Nick took the time to work with me and my daughter to troubleshoot the issue and was able to get some of the issues covered under and extended warranty that he found out about! My daughter didn't have rental coverage and Nick was able to get her a loaner that the warranty picked up! Nick put in extra effort to solve the problems with her car and said he wanted to keep the car until he had the piece of mind knowing that it would be ok for her to drive! This type of vale and service is very hard to find these days and as a father he gave me the assurance that it would be fixed the right way! The Staff was very helpful with researching every option available to my daughter so that the "out of pocket expense" was as minimal as could be. I highly recommend if your having any type of issues with your vehicle that you have Nick take a look at it! He and his staff go above and beyond to get the repair done right!

I thought I needed new wheel bearings. Turns out it was a damaged dust shield that would come in contact with the rotors. Nick's bent it back into place and refused to take any money for the repair. I am thrilled with their service.

Nick was great! I had taken my vehicle to the dealer earlier in the day for an oil change and they said I had an oil leak that would cost me $5000 in repairs. I called Nick's Auto Repair and spoke with Courtney (who was super helpful and friendly) and she said to bring it in so Nick could look at it. Not only did Nick stop what he was doing to look at my vehicle, he showed me himself that there was absolutely no issue or oil leak. Saved me spending $5000 on a needless repair. He replaced an oil filter for me that the dealer didn't install properly and sent me on my way free of charge. It was an awesome experience and I am recommending Nick's Auto Repair to all my friends and family.

Nick is the best! I have a 2005 Corvette C6. October 2022 the plastic bushing on the automatic tranmission linkage broke. This is a common GM problem. I had it towed to Nick. Guess what, the GM part number 10352529 was available nowhere and I mean nowhere. We tried an aftermarket product, no luck. Nick called me in January 2023 and said he had the part. Towed back in May 2023 Nick replaced the aftermarket part with the OEM part for no additional charge. Conclusion, Nick is honest, professional, knowledgeable and timely. Nick's Auto Repair provides exceptional service to his customers. I bring all of my cars there for repairs. Nick and his team went above and beyond. Rather than pay the dealership the $4k they quoted me to diagnose and repair a small oil leak, Nick found the leak was much simpler than the dealer made it out to be and fixed it on the spot. I recently moved to Wixom and I needed a repair done for my car because of some electrical issues. The lady that runs the lobby made everything very easy and smooth. Had 0ne of my fuel injectors o ring leaking gas wasn't seat properly in fuel rail!! They fit it within a half hour!! They were super friendly.! Got the job done I'm so grateful for there service!! Customers are always first. !! They will have all my business from now on. Thank you so very much nick and staff!!!

Definitely went above and beyond to fix my front braking system. Saved me over $500. It was one of the only places that accepted my warranty. Will definitely recommend him to my people.

My car was having an issue that 2 prior places couldn't diagnose. Those places suggested we go to a dealership, but the dealers didn't even return our calls! My in-laws referred Nick to us, and he not only did the diagnosis quickly that day, he got a complex repair done the same day and returned the car to us. It's been working well since.Very pleased with his fairness, his up-front discussion about potential cost, and his professionalism. Recommend highly.Service: Brakes

I needed a patch put on my tire and called Nicks after finding him on google for places close to my work. He was able to take me in right away and fix my tire in under 10 minutes... on top of that he didn't charge me anything. What a great guy and great service, very friendly. I will definitely be going to Nick's again and recommending him to anyone who needs their car serviced.

My son's taillight was out. He was leaving to go back to school and needed it fixed. We called around but everyone was booked up. Nick's said to drop by and the mechanic stopped what he was doing and took a look. They changed the bulb and got him on his way at no charge! We were so grateful! He was so nice, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Nick is a very nice guy and is very honest. He was recommended by my aunt and cousins, and they were absolutely correct. He fixed my moms Mercedes ML350 and it works great. The dealer price for the job was close to $7,000 and he did the whole job for $3,800. We spoke for a while when he dropped the car off and he is very down to earth and was willing to answer any questions about the car. Take your car to him for a repair and you will be very satisfied.

Traveling for work, being on the other side of town with car issues, I was able to get ahold of Nick within the first call. Customer Service was the best, they dropped what they were doing to diagnose and fix the problem all at a super reasonable rate and within the time frame needed. I was quoted from another auto shop $1100 for a heating core replacement on my car. I called Nick to see how much he would charge for the same service. He was very skeptical about the core needing to be replaced and asked me to come in so he could give me a second opinion. He made time for me the next day and had my heat working within 10 minutes. I had a broken water pump and it basically disabled my vehicle and I'm a cargo delivery driver and I was on my way to New York I was stuck in Michigan in a place I know nothing about thank God that this repair shop not only took me with no waiting. They did my repair in a couple of hours the mechanic and the owner and the front desk girl Courtney are all absolutely imazing I wish there was a way for me to come to the shop all the time but it's so far from my house.
