We had a mishap and visited here for an estimate. Felt it was more than fair and scheduled the repair. Fortunately, parts were readily available, and it was in a few days later. We thought it might take a week, and it was just a few days.The work was perfect. Paint matching was perfect. Work was completed quickly, and we were kept up to date on the status.Very, very happy with the results.Highly recommend when you need body repair.

I just had an excellent experience with Kar Kraft Collision and would highly recommend to anyone in need of top-notch auto repair services. From start to finish, the team at this shop were professional, polite, and incredibly helpful.I was impressed with the frequency that James communicated with me throughout the entire process. He kept me updated on the status of my vehicle, provided me with clear timelines for the repairs, and were always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. Their attention to detail and customer service truly sets them apart from other shops I have worked with in the past.When I picked up my vehicle (finished earlier than quoted), I was blown away by the quality of the repair work. The shop had taken the time to ensure that every detail was perfect (using only Honda parts), and my car looked (paint matched to perfection) and drove like it had never been in an accident. I appreciated their commitment to providing high-quality service while still getting the job done in a timely and efficient manner.Their exceptional service, clear communication, and dedication to quality work make them a standout in their field. If I could give this shop 0 stars, I would. I selected this particular collision center based on the positive reviews, I wrongly assumed that this was a top notch facility. When I dropped my vehicle off, I was informed that the repairs would take "up to 3 weeks." The reality is that it wasn't completed for nearly 8 weeks. With the exception of two times, there was zero communication from them. When I sought answers about the completion, I was treated rudely with excuses or told that they would return my call. It is important to note that everytime I spoke with them, regardless of whom initiated communication, they stated that my vehicle was "just now getting started." This statement continued well into the Thursday of the 6th week after I dropped my vehicle off.This facility is located near my home and I pass it often every day. The same day during the 6th call, I drove past on my daily drive to work and noticed that my car was still in their back lot, in the same spot that it had been since the day I dropped it off. My vehicle stayed in this spot until the Tuesday of the 7th week. Between the Thursday conversation and Tuesday, my calls were dodged and inquiries went unanswered.I finally received the call that my car was finished. However, even Stevie Wonder could see that this was just another lie that they were spinning. The clear coat had obvious orange peel in it. I immediately told the worker that I was not satisfied with this. I pointed this out to him and he said, "you are full of $hit" then tried to convince me that new cars look like that from the factory. He had zero argument when I showed him the "factory" paint job on the other side compared to their paint job. To his credit, he did attempt to repair this defect terribly since the orange peeling is still noticeable, just less noticeable.I suspect that my car was driven by personnel at some point because my gas gauge showed less gas than when I had dropped it off. Also, at one point, out of frustration, I walked back to retrieve my vehicle after hours and noticed that the shade to my sunroof was open and the sunroof itself was opened a few inches. I decided to leave it since the roof was open incase any damage was done. I mentioned to the worker that my headliner had water damage and they attempted to gaslight me, despite my photographic evidence to the contrary.In short, the owners/operators of this facility are rude liars and thieves. I wish that I would have done my due diligence and researched them more because I would have seen the 2.5 rating on Yelp and would have passed them by.Attached is the evidence that my sunroof was left open. Before I hear comments that the sunroof was broken or part of the repairs, this shows the lack of care that they show for their customer's vehicles since they took zero precautions to protect the interior of my vehicle.Save yourself the huge headache and pick another repair shop, unless you want to walk away less than satisfied.EDITED FOR RESPONSE:1. If my insurance was to blame for the delay in repairing my vehicle, why wasn't this conveyed to me when I had inquired about the completion? Only one time during the first week was insurance approval mentioned. I will not fault you for any delays with the insurance. However, I will fault your lack of communicating this to me so that I could make the necessary calls to my insurance agent.2. I will admit that I was negligent with photographing my own milage to properly document it when I left the vehicle in your care. However, I always verify that the shade on my sunroof is fully closed. This ensures that my sunroof is absolutely closed. There is water damage to my headliner. And you have not properly addressed this issue. I will therefore be discussing this further with my insurance.3. As far as your plethera of 5-star reviews on Google, I encourage you, as well as your potential customers, to read the reviews on Yelp. Your Yelp rating is 2.5 stars.4. I will address my quality concerns with my insurance as I don't trust you with my go-cart.Service: Painting

Welcoming when first called, provided clear expectations for repair completion, so many variables in today's market, so a range of time was provided. Always felt like ensuring the end product was most important, even if more time was required. Am extremely satisfied with the end product, the communications, and experience as a whole. I'll never take my vehicles anywhere else! James kept in contact with me through out the whole process of fixing my jeep. I couldn't be happier with the amount of work they did to my jeep that they didnt have too, they seriously go above and beyond!

I took my car in after a small accident. The staff was courteous, professional and prompt. They did their best to accommodate my situation and make the process easy. Once my car was in the shop, they turned it around fairly quickly and got it back to me in like-new condition. They have an easy to use system to track repairs. If you just moved to this area, and you don't know which collision center to trust, Kar Kraft is the right place for you. The owner Mike and all the employees are very nice and professional. They provide very good service, and did an excellent and efficient job by fixing my vehicle with a reasonable price. I really appreciate that Mike and James putting extra time to communicate with me, and the suggestions that they provided. I could feel that they really care their customers from the service that they have delivered. They work on your true needs. I highly recommend Kar Kraft to everyone who wants a good care of their vehicle.

James at Kar Kraft is excellent about keeping you informed with what's going on with your vehicle. My Jeep came out looking and running great after I took it to Kar Kraft. If you're like me and usually dyi I would recommend this shop for the times you just can't get it done at home. This shop does good work.

These guys are the real deal! 3 weeks after buying my dream car (Jeep SRT) I was rear ended. I was very upset and thought my car would never be perfect again. I was wrong, these guys turned around my vehicle in a short amount of time, and did a phenomenal job. A few weeks later I scratched a wheel on a curb. Called these guys right away, and they had it fixed within a day. Can't even tell where the damage was done. Great customer service. Great workmanship. All around very positive experience. Thank you guys. Keep up the great work!!

They took about four weeks to figure out the car was totaled. The whole while they assured me the car was likely repairable and the damage was at 40% of what insurance would pay. Getting information was difficult. James hung up on me, which was rude. I cannot recommend this shop.

I recently took my Ford Fusion here to have the front bumper facia replaced. I am very particular about my car and who works on it and was pleasantly surprised to deal with the shop. I initially spoke with Mike who got back with me in 10 minutes regarding a spot on cost to repair the car and later brought it in that day to book an appointment as I wanted it in and out in one day to minimize rental car costs. This shop ordered the bumper, painted it and had it ready to install the day I dropped it off. Delivered when promised, excellent workmanship and they tracked down an additional part to deliver on time. Very impressed and would highly recommend this company if you have body or paint work to have completed on your vehicle.

I recently got into a car accident and needed a hood and grill basically the whole front end of my car.. they gave me a quote and the next day they had my car in the shop! 2 weeks and they kept me posted on everything and sent me emails! There was a problem of parts getting sent and he called me and said no worries we re ordered and my car was finished at the date they said!! Amazing job!! I think my car works better now then before!! I ll recommend Kar Kraft to anyone!!! Thank you so much

We were very happy with the work that was done on our truck with lots of dents from hail damage. The staff was very polite and professional, and the car was even detailed when we picked it up. It was a good experience working with this shop. Will be back if we require their services again.

I came here with a insurance claim, and after they were done, you'd never be able to tell that I had any damage to the car in the first place. They were amazing all around and had great communication with me. Fixed all my issues and were very helpful!

Very happy with the work and customer service. Jim called promptly with updates on parts availability and was able to secure factory items at no additional cost over oem equivalents. They accommodated my schedule to get repairs done quickly and the whole process went very smoothly.

Had a damaged bumper cover that needed to be replaced. Sent a request with pics to four different places. All said there could be hidden damage behind the cover. But these guys were the only ones that gave me a price on that too. So I got pricing for the bumper cover replacement and a worst case scenario if there was hidden damage. The others just said they can't tell until they remove it. Kar Kraft responded fast, acted very professional through the entire process, my car is like new now, and it didn't hurt that they also offered the best price.

I do not recommend this place at all!! My car s trunk and dumper was damaged due to collision and took my car there to get it fixed. He quoted me $4200. My truck lid was good he unnecessarily put things and charged more. He made me wait like half a hour to give the quote. I took my car to another collision center on 8th mile and he gave me a quote of $1246. Look at the difference!!! Horrible place.

I have had a lot of experiences with various collision shops in my years. They will all repair your car, but they don't all put quality into their work, stand behind it, and ultimately their lack of customer service skills becomes a BIG issue if you run into a problem with their work.I recently had a silver Ford Edge Sport in for 2 separate repair jobs in the last 12 months. The first was last year due to a rear-ending and another was due to theft/vandalism. I've bounced around the areas repair shops until I found this place. First and foremost, I can't begin to say enough about their customer service. I had a couple small requests that they gladly took care of without hesitation or incurring additional charges. In once instance, there was a problem with some 3M adhesive, and without discussion, they took the car back in provided me with a rental while they repaired the work. In another instance, I had concern with the coloring of the BASF paint on my car. The silver was just a tad darker than the rest of the car on cloudy days. They repainted and still had the issue. They didn't feel comfortable turning the car over and brought in a guy from BASF to ensure the paint mixture was correct. After a couple attempts with BASF, it was resolved and then they ready to return the car. All the while providing a rental while I was out of a car. This is just a testament to their quality and care for excellence. I just feel that they have delivered much more than anyone else, especially in regards to service, than what you are accustom to finding these days. I will be back without hesitation if I need any future repair work. I cannot give a high enough recommendationThanks Mike and James!

Best experience ever at a collision shop. Blew away two other estimates and did a perfect job. To top it off.....THEY CLEANED THE INSIDE OF MY JEEP AS WELL!!!!!! I could not believe the job--top to bottom they did an awesome job.
