When you ask if a 24h round trip to pick up a vehicle on a really good deal is gonna be worth it? Believe them! The sale was smooth and flawless! The truck was perfect with loads of pictures upon request! Worked extremely well with my bank! I was in the market (2 months)looking for a specific, somewhat hard to find commercial vehicle , traveled to many dealers and privately owned used trucks without much luck finding anything decent. I ran across highland by chance and they had what I was looking for. They were HONEST about what they knew about the truck and its minor needs. The price was fair, they were patient with issues I ran into with my bank. I purchased vehicle, had it checked out by my mechanic and put it to use right away. I am very happy with the vehicle and dealership I purchased from. I highly recommend them and will use them again.Mark

My experience purchasing a car from Highland Auto Group was excellent. We worked with Matt through the entire purchase. He was fast to answer all our questions. I was a little skeptical at first because I have always purchased cars through large dealerships. I didn't need to worry, as he made the "boutique" service even better than anything I had experienced. He sent us to the local credit union nearby, which gave us a better interest rate than my own bank! They vouched for him as well.Matt made the car purchase easy by offering a complete walk around of the car and pointing out blemishes to make sure there were no surprises once I received the car. I would highly recommend working with him to purchase your next vehicle. I enjoyed working with Matt on my car purchase and appreciate his candid no-pressure style. He's a car and family guy and relates with the auto enthusiast in all of us!

Completely by chance my husband and I came across this small dealership looking for a car identical to one I loved and recently totaled. Not only did we find an awesome car, but a great dealer and sales team too! Matt at Highland was friendly, professional, responsive, and incredibly pressure free unlike any place we have gone to in the past. Definitely worth the drive!Unfortunately I have had to update my review due to multiple post-purchase problems. Matt was still great to work with, but it seemed as soon as we bought the car responsiveness dropped way off. The biggest issue is it has been almost exactly 3 months since purchase and I still do not have my title, after being told it would be 30 days max. I was repeatedly told it was on the way, only to receive an application for title in the mail dated for 7 weeks after my purchase. At this point I am tired of reaching out and driving my new vehicle without an up to date registration, so I m just going right to buy a copy at Secretary of State.

I just bought a Ford Transit from Matt, i just want to say ive owned many cars and trucks and bought and sold many as well. Matt was by far the most helpful sales guy ive dealt woth he guided perfect through every step of what we had to do to get the deal done and he pointed me to a fantastic group for financing! I would highly reccomend Matt and Highland auto group!
