The alternator on my 2005 VW Passat Diesel stopped working. I wanted my alternator rebuilt instead of trying to buy one off of the internet. I called Hans Auto Electric and told Marty what I had. He said no problem, bring it in and we will test it to make sure it is the alternator causing my problems. I dropped the alternator off on a Monday, received a call that same day saying it was the alternator that was bad and they could fix it. I gave the go ahead over the phone. Marty called me on Wednesday saying my alternator was fixed! The charge was very reasonable and it works like new! It also looked like new when I picked it up! I would trust these guys with any alternator or starter motor that needs repair. They are honest, reasonable, and do quality work!

They were highly recommended and did not disappoint. Marty and the crew saved me over $60 with their rebuild on my starter. It works better than new, serious.I found the customer service to be polite and well informed.Turnaround was impressive to me. About 4 hours in my case.Will absolutely use again.

Marty is a genuine down to earth gentleman. The faculty is clean and up to date, product was refurbished perfectly. It was my first time visiting his establishment and I am more than impressed. Keep up the good work!

just got off the phone with someone at Hans and they no longer deal with wiper motors because parts are not available. because of the age of the motor and the difficulty i"m having finding a replacement they will take a look at it for me. What customer service! Wish I could give them 10 stars just for offering to look at it.
