This place is the best! I hate to be this way but sometimes as a woman I feel like I am taken advantage of at certain auto places because I don t know a lot about vehicles but NEVER here! These guys are the best!! Always take good care of me and my family, and are priced fairly. Al is the best!! Can t say enough good things.

Al and the guys at Big Rays are awesome! They always go out of their way to help me! I bring my work vehicles here as well. I changed cabin filter and air filter. Al was extremely helpful and outgoing! I would recommend Big Rays with an all star rating!!!!!! Very happy customer.

I ve been getting my oil changed here for years and have actually compared pricing and really appreciate the offers they provide. They have a great team as well. This is my second time I have gotten my transmission flushed and many oil changes. I really appreciate their honesty and efforts to show their work as well. They show you the actual oil and transmission fluid and have no problem explaining any questions.

Al and Gabe took great care of me! Gave me 50% my transflush when my fluid was black and way over due! Came back the next day because I had a hole in my battery and they hooked me up and replaced my cabin filter as well. Super nice and quick. Will definitely be coming back to them for all of my car needs in the future

Came in for an oil change and ended up needing my filters and transmission fluid changed. Al helped me out with everything I needed to know, he wouldn t do anything until we got an okay from my dad. Definitely would come again

Al made me aware of an issue with my battery. He was very respectful and helpful, took photos and videos of the problem, and explained what I was looking at. Him and the rest of the shop immediately went to fix the problem (pictures included, the chunky light blue stuff is battery acid! The dark blue is a sealant to make sure this doesn't happen again). I have never had a bad experience with this shop and only come here for any routine maintenance (oil change, batteries, etc).

I had been going to a different location that would offer a similar oil change package free car wash and checks of my system. I had been recommended to come here from colleagues and they did not disappoint.Al and Jeremiah took care of my car, were upfront with pricing, and replaced screws that were stripped at the other location. I will keep coming back here.

Hands down the best guys to work with! They are honest and fair and always happy to see whoever comes in (especially if they have four paws and a tail) Couldn t recommend another place to get your oil change and everything else!

Great experience. Al was great. I came in for an oil change and while I was there they discovered the transmission fluid was bad. No other place has ever told me anything about that. He hooked me up, and showed me how to do it because I don t know a lot about cars. Thanks you so much!

I brought all four of my service vans in and AL was prepared to take on the task. Not only did he do an oil change but he also made me aware of other service items that needed to be checked that I did not know about. I had a few tires that are low on air and he filled them to the correct psi as well. I would take my service vehicles here EVERYTIME!!. Thank you for your knowledge and hard work this morning allowing me to get back out on the road so that I can help people too!

Came in for oil change told Al that my windshield was cracked. He referred me to a person that he knew that charged me half the price of the dealer. I highly recommend these guys? They are knowledgeable in every aspect.

I have been bringing my van for 3 years. Excellent service! The staff is incredible and I never feel like I'm being up charged for any service. Any questions I ask are explained thoroughly and with kindness.
