A softball smashed my windshield, and they were able to get me scheduled in for the day after I called (I have a basic windshield, no fancy features which may effect wait time). The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the staff were friendly. Took 3 windshields to finally get it right. First 2 came in flawed and were installed anyways. While waiting on the 3rd to be installed I walking into the garage checked my pinch weld which is where the glass sits when they took it out only to find it rusted from corner to corner across the top from the knife scratches from last time they did it and failed to prime it. To top it off as i was inspecting it the tint guy hollers from across the shop that i have to go outside!! Had we not made them change it a 3rd time and had I not caught it. All that rust that they caused would have spread causing leaks and eventually becoming visible on the roofline. It was all hidden behind the window trim. Bottom line if you like and want to keep your car long term don't come here. If you want to get what you pay for the first time around also not the place. At least not in our experience.

Picked up weather guard visors for the suv from the man .the legend himself ..Ronnie. (Actually Mike ordered them). But go see the guys. They ll take care of you and the ride right.

Mike and his crew fit me in for a window tinting appointment to get two front windows done on 24 hours notice. They did an awesome job and were great guys. Very competitive pricing but top notch work. I would highly recommend them!

I had them replace my windshield 2 weeks ago and today April 1st 2023 I came back to have a strip of window tint put on my windshield. The installer brought me back and asked how far I wanted to come down. I told him to cover the dots. Guess what ! The dots didn't get covered and I'm not happy about it. Picture shows dots not covered.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I was very pleased with Auto One. I called for a quote late one afternoon, loved the price they quoted, was in the shop the next morning. They finished the job in the time promised. I had my windshield replaced and tinted and I couldn t be happier with the outcome. Mike handled the replacement with my insurance with no issues and the tint guy did an excellent job on the windshield. Definitely recommend going here for your auto glass needs. Price is great, service is even better

Did a good job on The glass replacement but the tint is cut all jagged around the edge. Broke a few plastic trim pecies and the plastic hose for the windshield washer fluid since it sprays out of the wippers, they then tried to cover the broken trim up with rtv they seal the window with by putting 3 big globs on the plastic trim to hold it down. Called and told them what i found and the guy on the phone said it was like that but the rtv was wet and all the tabs on the plastic were broke which if that were the case the trim would have blown off while driving before they touched it, and the washer fluid was used an hour pior to dropping the truck off i know for a fact the hose wasn't completely broke in half. Should of went with the more expensive quote at a different shop. You get what you pay for

I had my Jeep Wrangler windshield replaced by auto one. Their price was reasonable and was actually lower than the price their website quoted which was nice. There were a few issues after installation but after sharing the pictures with them they agreed to correct them no questions ask which I appreciate. I would recommend them based on the service they provided.

Tristen is a great young guy willing to help and get you in and out fast. I've had my windows tinted and car remote start installed and each time the service was great. I'd come back for detailing and any other work they provide if I decided to.

Had a windshield replaced in my car this week and couldn't be more satisfied with the product, pricing, and customer service. I was offered same day replacement but opted for next day. I couldn't believe that they could get the windshield and fit it into their schedule so quickly. I use Auto One in Wixom for our business vehicles and now for my personal vehicles also. Mike and the team do great work!

Auto One is hands down the BEST area glass and accessories shop! They offer fast professional service , while-you-wait and the results are Top notch. I take about 2 cars a year to Auto One for tint. Fast efficient and the cheapest around. I have never had an issue. Also they sell weather tech floor mats for the same price as the factory store, and you don't have to pay for shipping! Great deal.

Got our windows tinted and windshield replaced they quoted us for $260 for windshield and tintAnd schedules appointments. Made us pay $260 for windshield after the work was done. And then had my fianc�e pay $245 for the window tint they did not apply the sunstrip on the front window and there are bubbles on the windows and The back window and it s blurry and the driver side corner is creased can hardly see through the rear view mirror. Called at 5:40pm to complain about the Poor quality job For the over priced payment and drove up there at 5:55 I live .06 miles away. Just to find out they closed early. Have a receipt for the poor quality job will be looking to get my money back.

I had many little car upgrades and they are fair prices and quality work.-Installed radar detector on mirror-Tinted Windows On 2 vehicles-installed heated seat in work van-installed power inverter in work van that is very powerful-installed new dvd radio in my old truck- service any of my issues even when it was my one fault-installed cruise control in my work van

Picked up car and was told I was all set. Found out up north when I went to tow my dirt bike trailer my right turn signal activated both right and left tail lights. Returned the car to Auto One and was not impressed with kid who worked on my car. First he drove and worked on my car with no mask. I had returnable cans in 24 pack cardboard containers in the car which he threw everywhere when he lifted up the spare tire deck. He found the harness was incorrectly wired the first time. Then he jammed all the packing materials that he removed from around the spare tire back into the car and shut the hatchback door. I had to take everything out again and repack it so the rear deck closed properly. I will not use them again!

Had My Truck detailed at Auto One's Facility yesterday and it turned out great! Ron and his staff are excellent and do excellent work! I have had many vehicle serviced here and will continue to come back!

Got windshield replaced in a timely fashion and windows tinted had a problem with the rear window tint they scheduled me to come back and have it fixed (2 years later and the tint still looks great and is holding strong quality job and quality product

The whole team at Auto One did a fantastic job replacing my windshield on my 2006 lincoln Navigator. Not only that they ended up getting my insurance to cover oem replacement when originally they wouldnt. Great place!!! Will refer to everyone

Do not get your tint here! I picked up my car and there were bubbles all through every window. Wich right after its done there should be a few here and there until it dries. I told the manager and he said "Have you never gotten tints before? Wait 4 days." I have gotten tints before and I understand the process. Now, 3 months later. There are bubbles in every single window and scratches in the front windshield window tint, and on the front passenger window there are small bits of particles inside the tints making it look horrible.. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Recently took my new Ram Rebel for bed liner, rust proofing and running boards and couldn t be happier. Great place and great customer service. Highly recommend them!

Wixom location is a joke. Had estart for one day doesn t work on my pickup got it on my wife s Jeep same thing is junk. Contacted them got told I could bring it and they would look at it. Forwarded them a video of it not working they said I held the button two long. Wouldn t work no matter what unless I was 10 feel from my pick up. Would like a refund. Won t be back. Thanks mike

Appointment to get my Windows tinted was at 9am arrived about 8:55 and my car was taken back, completed in about 45 mins at a fair price.
