This family owned business has not been pushed out nor have they ever overpriced their inventory. Do I know them? Yes. Jamie is a very important person to me and a great friend. But if she sucked at her profession she knows and so does anyone else that knows me would agree I d tell her she did. She doesn t. She finds high quality, one owner, mainly Ford vehicles. She also sponsors many youth sports programs without the big advertising budget of Shaheen or LaFontaine who don t do anything of that sort. I didn t plan to buy a truck when I was in the area, I live 40 miles away. I stopped in for a hug and to see her mom and her daughter. I bought a fuggin truck. In roughly 45 minutes on a Friday at like 415. So the d bag whining in reviews about three visits to make up his mind, bro, be a big boy and decide. They can t hold inventory forever. And the Richard review sounds like he doesn t listen very well and seems to live up to his name. Is the showroom decorated in ornate glass sculptures and are you greeted with a frappe mocha chino and 8 pushy salespeople breathing down your neck, No. You re left alone to check out a smaller inventory of some great researched vehicles and most of the time they know the previous owner that traded or sold it to them. Do yourself a favor and trust in my friend. But trust in one of the last bastions of small town honesty and common sense.

A BIG shout out to Red Cedar Auto Sales in helping my daughter find her dream vehicle a Ford Bronco Sport that she could afford! After dealing with a few different dealerships and coming up dry I was out in Williamston and it hit me to ck out and see if Red Cedar could help. They said these vehicles are VERY difficult to get but would look into it. Within 2 weeks we got a call.. they could get exactly the color and options my daughter was looking for!! Jamie and the whole staff were AMAZING to work with!! They were very knowledgeable as to the Bronco she wanted and any other vehicle we asked about!! The whole process went smooth and perfect and especially a price that beat others for what we were looking at!! They are definitely worth checking out!!

I am very happy with my purchase from Red Cedar Auto Sales. They were all a joy to be around and made the shopping experience pain free. Ryan took good care of me and provided a great customer experience. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process, they are truly a great group of people. I will definitely buy from Red Cedar again and would highly recommend them to all!!

Hands down the best experience I ve ever had at a dealership! Jamie and Ryan are very friendly and help you get what you want. The atmosphere is very comfortable and not your typical pressure sales type like at other dealers. They re straight forward and honest with you. Can t say enough about how great my experience was YOU GUYS ROCK!

Over the past few years my family and I have bought several vehicles from these guys. I've bought two cars here myself and I highly recommend doing business with them. Both vehicles I bought were very clean and ran well. I actually just sold the first car I bought from them about a year ago to my cousin (a '98 Honda Accord) with over 200,000 miles on it. I'm in the market for another vehicle and even though I currently live in Louisville, KY, I plan on traveling to Michigan to do business with Red Cedar. They are fair, honest and up front with you and you know exactly what you are getting when you drive off the lot.

Found a truck I have been looking for at this place "Red Cedar Auto Sales" in Williamston Mi and called to see if I can set an appointment. A guy by the name of Rick answered the phone and told me that the vehicle was available. Rick assured me that he would call me if someone else was interested in the vehicle.To be proactive, I called my bank and was pre approved for the vehicle and I had my bank agent contact Red Ceder Auto Sales for the sales agreement.I never received a call from Rick so I assumed we were still good for our Wednesday appointment. I took the day off from work, drove 45 minutes out there only to find out that they sold the vehicle out from under me with no call and no email. For a bonus, I lost a $3,000 sale on a vehicle that I was trying to sell because these people cannot communicate with their customers.I would not do business with this company as they seem to only care about how much money they can squeeze from their victims.The only positive thing out of this was the owners daughter apologized. Unfortunately the apology will not make up for the time and money I lost.Buy here at your own risk. Hope this review helps. Thank you for reading.

Ryan Oesterle was very attentive and thorough while we discussed a particular vehicle I am hoping they will be able to locate. Very knowledgeable and well informed of current auto sales market conditions, is straightforward and did not hype or attempt to oversell or make false promises. My car had died on me and I was in desperate need of a new one. I went to Red Cedar Auto Sales based off of some references and was able to drive it off the lot later that same day! They worked with my tight schedule and let me test drive multiple cars to help make sure I got the one I loved. I would recommend this dealer to any one I meet. Great service.

My sister bought a beautiful used car from here. The owner, Joe spent well over an hour with her. Jaime was very accommodating with financing and getting plates. A very satisfactory experience. Highly recommend them.

The worst experience at a car dealership I have ever had.I was looking for a decent used car, and they had one that was in decent shape. The lady I spoke to first was very pleasant and helped me with any questions or issues I had with the car. I was able to take the car for at test drive, and I liked the car. When I returned I went into the office to discuss the test drive with the woman at the front desk (different person from before). We began discussing my issues, and I brought up that I wanted to take the car to my mechanic. They told me that since the car was old, they would not allow me to do that! They told me I could bring a mechanic, but would not allow me to take it to get it checked out. I know the mechanic would probably find something wrong because it was an old car, but I just wanted to make sure there wasn't something that would end up costing me an arm and a leg to get fixed. I told them that I would not buy a car without having my mechanic look at it, and the owner chimed in and told me that "You shouldn't buy this car then". I understand they work in a business where "time is money" and the profits on the car are probably slim, but to flat out turn away business is extremely unprofessional. You should never go here to buy a car! I will not be looking for a car here ever again. I hope in the future they are more friendly and maybe I would be willing to go back there. Just awful.

I was going to buy a car from a private owner, and went to see Joe and Jamie to see if they could buy my car outright to get from under the loan i had on it. Although they would have only made a couple k on it, they would have bought it. The deal on the other car fell thru, and Jamie was more than understanding! Don't miss your chance to get a great car at a good price from a very well respected dealer! Thanks again Jamie and Joe!

After searching high and low i came across the truck i wanted and only 10 minutes from home, they had it, the hole team there from the owner to the sales manger was more then helpful. They did not try to cover up or hide anything they were honest and up front, once i need another car or truck i will be stopping there again ive drove past there dealership a million times and never stopped but now i will refer ever one i know the purchase was easy, and timeless could not say better about them, thanks again for my new truck i am overly happy with your company

I called about an f 250 they have and spoke to the owner. He said the truck was great and said he added a bunch if parts to it like fender flares. Red flag because people use these to cover fender rust which I asked if it had and he said it had no rust. So I drive forty minutes there and the truck had a lot of rust on the inside of the fenders and the whole bottom foot of the body was painted over to hide the rust. Parts were badly covered with body filler and sanded. Total opposite of what he told me on the phone. Truck was priced at 15900 but wasn't worth 7000.

Bought a truck as is, had a rear end issue a couple of weeks later. Called up assuming they were going to throw the book at me, but ended up paying for the complete fix. Ownership is awesome, I will most likely buy my next truck there. Thanks again!

I can't tell you how helpful the people are at red cedar Auto Sales they are very good at their job if you are ever worried about a used car salesperson this is one place you can go and feel confident! I've known these people for many years and they've always been reputable

Good selection of vehicles and they are very easy to work with. I always buy used and I will definitely check here first when I need another vehicle. I would recommend for anyone to check here when looking for a used auto.

Angie was the sweetest most accommodating person in the building. The owner, I'm assuming, an older man with white hair, upon my first day, directed me inside to look for Angie, but didn't walk me in nor introduce himself. The lady at the front desk- much less keen on customer service.Day one of three I could see the forced smile. Day two of three, she was okay, though it was after hours I gave the benefit of a doubt as Angie had been willing to let me look at a vehicle for a second time. Day three, she was very impersonal, and certainly caused me to not want to return ever again.They seem to have a rotation of nice cars.I was looking for something well underpriced and they had a vehicle I was specifically looking for. Though it took a couple days, Angie was able to have a few things looked at and allowed me to have dibs on the vehicle as I was 30 minutes away and could only arrive after work, 30 minutes before the dealership closed.I put some cash down to hold the vehicle over the weekend. Unpleasant lady at the front desk insisted on knowing for sure that I was going to purchase the vehicle on Monday, as were my intentions, after having my wife look at the vehicle Sunday in the lot. An emergency arose over the weekend which caused me to pull out of the sale(and will prevent me from any purchase anywhere for the next few months).When I called to notify my decision to pull out, the unpleasant front desk lady immediately took offense and questioned my reason. While it was certainly none of her business, I amused her with my reason. Her barking reply was asking when I'd return to pick up my cash.When I arrived 30 minute prior to close, the whole family(I'd assume), was sitting in the front, no one spoke a word upon my entering; I announced I was pick up my cash on the vehicle, and the attitude from the unpleasant lady was unnecessary.I was hoping to keep this dealer in mind when I resumed my search after replenishing my money, but the stale experience of the two overpowered the awesome personality of one.

Bought 2014 ford f150. Looked it over test drove it everything looked and ran good , Bought the truck and drove towards home wich is about an hour drive, 3/4 of the way home check engine light came on , put scanner on it and catalyst below threshhold, i.e plugged catalytic converter, now im not accuseing anybody but im sure it didnt just plug on my one hour drive home , a little advice always get used cars checked by a good mechanic before buying , especially from red cedar auto

Joe and Jaime are bosses of all bosses. In English that means they are the best lot in town and even offered to pay for any further repairs needed following an inspection AFTER PURCHASE of my vehicle. I ll be sending my family here next time they need a quality used car that is backed by Joes word.
