My van was running poorly and they got me right in. An assessment and estimate with all necessary (fluid connectors, oil change, wheel bearing fix) and all advised fixes followed with pricing and timing. I chose all the necessary fixes and, as we waited for the new tires (very competitively priced) to arrive, I took the van home overnight. The next day I brought it back and had it back within a couple hours. Just as promised.I am very pleased with the service and pricing and I will definitely use Elsesser s Auto in Williamston again.

I brought my vehicle in to repair a broken door handle. They noticed a problem that I forgot to mention with my steering mechanism and called me about it. Then they fixed both problems for me the same day. They also ordered parts for my exhaust system that arrived to days later. It took them a little over half a day to install that for me. I feel that they did excellent work in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to others who need automotive repair or service.

Whenever I have any issues with my vehicle (which is a little too often if you ask me), they are always able to get me in in a timely manner, sometimes the same day I call. They are super nice and very easy to work with. They usually turn my car around the same day they start looking at it and their prices have been very reasonable.

Repaired my exhaust manifolds back in 2021 for broken bolts and still holding up. Today fixed a brake line and both jobs was in and out, very pleased. Thank you guys

Great experience and customer service. Muffler fell off on the way to work. Called and got it in first thing in the morning, picked it up in the afternoon. Highly recommended

Took my van there last October, was told it needed $2100 in work. When I picked it up it was squealing under the hood the mechanic said he got a little coolant on the belt and it would soon go away. An entire year later it still squeaks. I recently sold the van but before I did I took it in to have it tuned up and was told by another auto mechanic at a different place that the parts I had replaced the year prior were bad and likely were NEVER replaced.They are crooks. I wouldn't trust them with a bycicle.

I drive from Bath to Williamston because I can get the appointment time I need, the Service is great. Jason had my problem diagnosed within 15 minutes and had my parts ordered and repaired within a few hours. Love this place!

I've been working on cars for more than 20 years, and sometimes you run into a repair that you just need to have a shop take over on. I was extremely satisfied with the speed and quality of the repairs done by Elsesser Auto. Brent was polite, easy to work with, upfront and honest about the initial estimate and the work that might be involved. I dropped my car off, and the repairs were completed in 1 day and under the initial estimate amount. Will definitely keep you guys in mind in the future for any repairs I don't want to tackle on my own. Thanks again!

Once again! After a dealership was given an opportunity to resolve my issue due to vehicle not being in our town. I once again had to go to where the Professionals are. Due to the fact the dealerships idea of repair didn't agree with the car! After only 20 miles issue had returned. I explained what was going on, what was done and left it in their hands. It was ( as I suspected) handled immediately,and with the correct result. They took the time required, to assure there would be no further issues and explained the cause and proper remedy which was, what dealer said. They however, took the time and did it right. Should be the "go to" shop for anyone who wants it right. Best Mechanics by far. Very professional operation.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Requested an appointment for next day and was able to drop my car off. Diagnosed and repairs recommended with pricing. Very accurate and up front. Not pushy on forcing anything. Simply provides accurate information and makes timely repairs. Great service all around, wouldn't hesitate to come back next time.

I've been taking my Kia to them for over a year now and have been happy with the service every time! They take photos of the work and give very clear recommendations. Prices are fair and work has been quality I'll definitely keep coming back! Elsessor's was able to get us in right away. They texted me a detailed report of the inspection they performed, and what it showed. Communication was excellent. All of my questions were answered, and the pricing was clear. I took my vehicle to Elsesser's after being told by another shop it needed over $1,800 in work. I had taken past vehicle's to Elsesser's and was impressed with their service, and felt comfortable with the work performed. After checking out the issue they told me the fix was actually less than $200, and that none of the work suggested by the other shop was even remotely necessary. I appreciate having a shop like this in Williamston and will definitely use them in the future!Service: Vehicle Inspection
