Had my Impala in just over a week after my estimate for front end damage, and although they estimated 4 to 5 days to complete, they had it done in 3! They even cleaned my floor mats for me while they had the car. Great work guys!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Lady on the phone wasn t very welcoming and quite snappy. I called about an insurance claim and she stated in a rude way that they already had a bunch of people in line ahead of me. I went to Nelson s in Fowlerville instead and got my car towed there as soon as the phone call ended. Highly would recommend Nelson s.

TL;DR I would be cautious about their abilities to deal with the little things: paperwork, timelines, and associating a customer with their car. But our car was eventually fixed to our insurance company's satisfaction.I was only ever able to pull information when I called them. And when they say they'll call you back that afternoon, no they won't. The estimate was incredibly long for standard parts and a pretty normal supply chain, but they still couldn't meet that.When they did leave a voicemail to come pick up the car, we were then told in the office "no, I didn't leave you a voicemail, why are you here" and then days later, got a call "why haven't you picked up your car yet" referencing the date of the original voicemail. We were told it was because my husband's hat confused Wally.

I took my car to have it fixed after hitting a deer in November. When they finally got parts in I dropped it off to be fixed and was told it would be done in about a week. I didn t hear anything after about a week and a half so I called them. They were apparently waiting on more parts but hadn t called me to tell me that. Weeks went by and I had to initiate every phone call asking for updates, not once did they call me on their own accord to provide me with any update. The last time that I called, I was told once again that the parts weren t there yet. This was about 5 weeks in. The receptionist, who lacks basic customer service skills and is quite rude, put me on hold and came back to say that the parts just came in. Finally, it got fixed. A piece was missed and so we took it back and dropped it off to be repaired while we were on vacation. When we returned to pick it up 10 days later, the piece wasn t repaired properly. We were also told that the car hadn t been washed because they didn t have time. They had it 10 days. The inside of my car was also completely covered in primer and paint dust. Highly disappointed with the whole experience and would not recommend them to anyone looking to have work done.

I took my car in for an insurance claim to get the hood and side door repaired. I had a 3M film on the hood and fenders that had to be replaced. Two and a half months later I still have no appointment or any idea as too when this film will be replaced. I had to call them. A simple phone call to keep me informed would have sufficed. I'm very disappointed with the customer service at Graff Collision.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Insurance scheduled an appointment for a damage assessment and then Graff called me days later to tell me I couldn't come in for another two months. Not sure if they're just trying to avoid customers or what but they're wasting everyone's time with poor scheduling and communication.

They did great work for me when someone had damaged my vehicle and left the scene. They let me know when it was ready for pick up and was done earlier than estimated. Appreciate their professional service.

So far so good I have to wait 2-3 weeks to get my truck back. At that time I will. Give a more detailed description of the quality of workmanship and customer service. Here's to hopefully a amazing experience

Dealt with guy named Jason who took really good care of me. Helped me get a part for a rental last minute and did a real good job for me. A + service! A company well worth dealing with! Had to replace a part on a 2018 Toyota sedan that had the passenger side mirror cover disappear during one of my girlfriends outings with the vehicle. They were able to get the part within a day so I could turn it in complete. Part came in pre-painted.

My truck is brand new, but was received with a scratch in the driver's side front fender. The scratch was thin but about 3" long and down to the metal. I just got my truck back after having the scratch repaired and now instead of one defect there are three. There are what appear to be dirt inclusions in two spots and at the top of the fender there are two parallel runs in the paint that are 2-4" long. This quality of work may be acceptable for a collision job, but certainly not for a repair on a brand new vehicle.

The Graff Collision Center in Williamston was the best part of the entire insurance process. They provided a free rental and were very easy to work with. They also did a great job with my vehicle!! They are a preferred center through Progressive Insurance. I'm dropping Progressive but would recommend this center day in and day out.

Let me start out by saying I've bought 6 cars from Graff and on occasion have used there body shop. I WILL NOT BE BACK FOR ANYTHING!!! I wish there was a lower grading than one star!! Over the years I've only had one bad experience when they said something was covered under warranty. Then a couple days later they called and said it wasn't and I owed $300. The problem was resolved and life moved on. My most recent experience with the body shop was on 10/12/16. A person backed up into my parked truck and hit the side. Thier insurance was liable for the damage. I went into the shop and asked for a estimate. I was the only customer at the time. She went into the back to get someone. A gentleman came out and said let's look at vehicle. No hello, thanks for coming in, first impression was that I might be bothering him or I interrupted something. The damage was at the front bottom of the wheel well and above the fender. He put his hand under the wheel well and said there was rust and he would not be able to fix. I told him I don't need the rust fixed just the two dents. He then accused me of trying to get rust fixed and getting other insurance company to pay for it. I told him again that it wasn't the rust I wanted fixed just the dents that were a foot and a half away from the un visable rust. I've never went into a company and have been treated that way. He was so rude! I couldn't believe the way I was being treated. From start to finish. After telling him what I thought of him and the experience I went to another local shop. I was greeted like a valued customer and was taken care of like you would expect. Now I know where to go next time. Definitely not Graff!!
