I've never had a bad experience going here. Staff is friendly and they usually have the part I need in stock, or they can have it ordered and there quickly.

In 2017 we purchased an X750. What a pleasant experience with Andy the salesman.He explained all tractor s functions, delivered as promised, nice and clean. He even volunteered to come to my house to help me install the mulch kit.The owner was also very friendly and nice and I invited him to my house for a mulch kit installation party .Fast forward September 2020. I m not sure if Andy is still there because every time I asked for him he was not available.We purchased a different house with an wooded lot.Consequently we started looking around for a larger tractor for other needs not only cutting grass.Based on our previous experience with Classic in Williamsburg we went there to get help.We talked to Tim Drake, sales manager.He seemed to be very nice and knowledgeable, recommended an used X738 with a snow blower.We went back and forth with the negotiation and finally we have agreed and sealed the deal.I asked if I should give him a $1,000.00 down payment until he delivers the tractor and takes my X570. He said that it was not necessary.So, he promised to deliver the tractor on September 10 or September 11 2020 after prep it as agreed.After we left my wife told me that we should have asked about the VIN to check the tractor s history.I sent a text message early Tuesday morning September 8 2020 but Tim was totally silent.Next day I sent another text asking for VIN as a condition to buyIng the tractor. We thought it was not a big deal to text that information.The salesman became very belligerent stating that he will not sell that tractor to me. I apologized for being perhaps a little impatient and he promised to deliver that tractor on Friday September 11 or Saturday September 12 for sure. I was stranded 2 days waiting and waiting. Not even a short text message with an update. At this point I don t know what is going on, I am not sure if someone else came after we sealed the deal and offered more money.A totally unpleasant experience.

Zero stars wasn't an option on the rating or I would have chose that.After calling 26 times trying to reach someone during business hours, no one would answer the phone. Just and endless recording saying how much they value my time. WHAT A JOKE .So I wont waste another second of my time calling you to hear lame excuses. I have already purchased the same machine from a dealer that was happy to have my business, and almost $1000 less. unlike Classic who seemed like they couldn't care less about making a sale.

Great Experience! Tanner helped me out over the phone to get parts lined up for my John Deere mower and had them ready to pick up for me the next morning. He even had some parts dropped off from an different location to save me a trip. You guys are great!

We took our ranger in for a new clutch mid july . Will they ordered one they got it . Guess what wrong one . So they ordered a different one . Will got that one but then they found out the spring was to weak. Had to order a new spring when I would call nope not here yet So it took them from mid July to first week of October to get our ranger fixed .so very disappointed.Think they better fine some new place to get the part that won't take a month to get a new part

Great little shop. Very helpful staff. Did some repairs for me and price came in lower than quote. I recommend them. For both new purchases and repairs.

I stopped in for some information on side by sides. Their salesman wasn't there (slow winter hours) but the guys from the parts department were as helpful as they could be and answered most of my questions. I'll be going back for more info when I'm closer to buying and they said I could take a couple for a ride to see what I might like to look at most seriously being as I've never driven a side by side, only quads.

Excellent service. Answered all my questions and was very polite.I came here after going to a different John Deere dealer that was not so helpful.Classic is the dealer for me!3 hours approximately and got my new mower. They even filled the fuel.

Stopped by there to have them look at a part couldn't take 2 minutes out of there day to give me the help I needed I chose M&M powersports in south boardman helped me no problem will be referring more customers to M@M Powersports.

This business is the model template for other businesses. The team at Classic power possesses a CAN DO attitude & other business should take note! Customer Service Extradinary - looking for a place to buy your snow blower your garden and Lawn Equipment this is the place folks check them out.

The used equipment is in an overgrown field, flat tires, just about like a salvage yard and the prices are high to the point I was not going to bother negotiating.
