I went in with little idea of specifics for what I needed, just that I wanted a tractor to help maintain my property. Jonathan Smith sat down with me and walked through what I had, and what I expected to do, and patiently went over options. He made suggestions for implements and build-out, and helped me reason through my own ideas. After the deal, he kept in touch over details, and he and Ginop stood by me when we had a minor hiccup with a Kubota promotion. Afterwards, he made sure I had what I needed, and they worked to squeeze me in late on a Friday for delivery so I could work over the weekend. Exceptional customer service, attentiveness, and education. You can't go wrong shopping at Ginop. Ask for Jonathan!

This is the second tractor I bought from ginop sales and could not be happier. If you re in need of a new tractor go talk with Jonathan at Ginop! I told him all my wants and reasons for an upgrade and he helped me figure out the best tractor for me! He was super patient with all the changes I made and helped me get to a price that was well in my budget. He is super fair and friendly and not pushy at all. He went over all my options and gave me multiple quotes and let me take them home so I could think things over without being on the spot. Once I made my decision he kept me updated on the build through the whole process. Even sent me photos of the tractor so I could personally see the progress. Ran into a few issues during the build that were completely out of anyones control and Jonathan went above and beyond to get my tractor done and make everything right. He even stayed late so I could come pick up my tractor since I was to inpatient to wait for delivery to my house! He gave me a complete run down of the new tractor in their shop and answered every question I had. Even the service after the sale has been amazing. He has reached out to me to make sure I am enjoying my new unit and made sure there was nothing else I needed. If I ever run into issues I would not hesitate to reach out to him day or night I know he would be there doing anything he could to resolve an issue. If your on the fence about buying a new tractor. Go see Jonathan you will not be disappointed!

I ve bought a large tractor and a track loader from Jonathan Smith. He s a great salesman and always takes care of what I need. He s the reason I will continue business with Ginop.Overall Ginop has a great selection of machines and attachments. The rentals are fairly priced also.

Ginop sales is an incredible dealer, and Jonathan Smith was terrific to work with!! He spent hours answering my questions, and even ended up staying after closing hours to finish up working with me. My purchase went seamlessly, and Jonathan even went out of his way to stop by my farm and bring some coolant for me when I needed it!!! That s above and beyond service! Highly recommend Ginop!!! I bought my kubota here. They were very precise. And helped me deliver and show me everything I need to know. It s my first tractor. I also broke a part that was my fault and they ordered one and delivered to my home.John was super helpful and so was servicing.

I recently purchased an L4060 Grand from Jonathan Smith @Ginops sales and I couldn t be happier!!! 3years ago I spoke with John to get an idea of the whole process and he still remembered me from that brief 30min meeting. Before coming in I checked out 3 other tractor sales places in northern MI and non of them compared!!! Some were cheaper but so we re the warranties and service Jonathan explained and broke down all of the details on paper so I could look it over not flustered at home. I asked him for multiple quotes on diff size tractors and he did it all without breaking a sweat!! Once I decided which one I wanted all I did was put in a call and he processed everything over the phone to get the ball rolling!! No wasting time or gas! When my tractor came in to be assembled I got a call and came down to sign papers and checkout my new toy I was told 2-ish weeks for assembly and delivery but the guys in the shop had it done and ready to be delivered in 10days!!!! I picked it up early(to excited to wait) and was given a thorough tutorial from one of the lead techs and he even let me video the whole thing to review later when I calmed down from beginning to end I couldn t be happier with the entire ginops team but can honestly say if it wasn t for Jonathan Smith and his exceptional knowledge and customer service I probably would have bought a John Deere Ive had my tractor for a few weeks now and couldn t be happier with the performance!!! Wanted to wait and use it for a while so that I could give an honest review

I just dealt with Jonathan Smith buying a commercial zero turn mower. I haven t felt like someone appreciated my business like Mr. Smith did in a long time.Jonathan exhausted every discount for me, was very patient, and was always collected, even during a rush of customers in the sales office. He was very knowledgeable of the mower, so he demonstrates a broad range of farm and garden related equipment,I am very satisfied with my experience. Apart from our farm land, this was our first major purchase for our farm and first tractor. When we started looking for a tractor, we spent countless hours researching and looking at different brands. We finally narrowed it down to Kubota since we both have had experience with machines. When we arrived to Ginop the first time to check things out, Jonathan went through everything with us and awesome. We went home we a ton of information and when the time came to make the final decision, Jonathan was there to guide us through more decisions and went above & beyond. We were shocked and amazed on how awesome he was. We are thrilled with our new baby and can t wait to see everything she can do. We highly recommend Ginop Kubota and Jonathan! If I could put 0 I would haveExtremely poor customer service. Rude, unhelpful. We bought our Kubota elsewhere when we lived downstate, so anytime we need parts even if its just a shear pin they are annoyed that we didn't buy the unit from them and become unhelpful at this point. Sorry, but people move. Get over it and do your job please. Not sure if the Alanson store is as bad but Williamsburg store is rude

I purchased a BX2830 in Feb. from Johnathan Smith my purchase could not have gone any better Johnathan knows the products and is great at explaining what's the proper equipment for your tractor. There was one thing I didn't follow his advise on so today Oct 19th I brought the tractor back and got a snow blower installed thanks Johnathan your a great guy.

Stopped in to Ginop to look at potentially buying a small kubota and was greeted by Jonathan Smith. Jonathan was great! We spoke about my needs for the tractor and he set me up with the right machine and implements to tackle all of my jobs. The entire process of purchasing this tractor was quick and easy, probably the easiest equipment purchase I have ever made. Because of Jonathan, and my new awesome Kubota tractor of course, Ginop has gained a lifelong customer.

Excellent service all the way around. Johnathan stayed after hours with me on a Saturday making sure I got the tractor I wanted. Sorry for being a little late on this review.Purchased a L2501. John the sales rep was one of the most helpful people I met there. He quickly figured out what I needed that is making my life easier on my property. Had an extra option added (rear hydraulics) which they came right to the house and installed. The field tech was awesome and knowledgeable. When finished he walked me through the new option. He didn't stop there, he literally walked me through many of the options this tractor has and did a quick inspection even through I only had like 3hrs on it.I was correct to go with GINOP SALES.Thank you.

I had been watching a used L4479 snowblower after the purchase of my new Kubota L5460 since May. When I was driving by Ginops in Williamsburg one day I stopped to inquire about it. That s when I met Jonathan Smith. We had talked about the snowblower and he informed me that I would need a adapter kit to fit my tractor. As the summer flew by and fall was quickly approaching I knew I better give him a call. Not only did he remember who I was he actually still had a file on the things we discussed. After the agreement of the purchase he would call/text me even after hours just to keep me in the loop. Jonathan went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed and printed off the manual for me. I would recommend seeing him for all your Kubota needs.

We worked with Jeremy to buy a new Kubota zero turn mower. We had great service and he made everything very easy for us. There was a small glitch when picking it up that was not a big deal, and they immediately fixed it and took care of us. They have a large warehouse with all the parts needed for service and we definitely recommend them to anyone.

Jonathan was a class act to work with. Told him what I needed and he told me roughly 3/4 weeks. Had my tractor in my driveway less than a week later delivered by Jonathan because delivery was backed up! Thank Ginops and Jonathan for a fantastic smooth sale!
