Worked with Cedric and Riley. Awesome customer service. They appeared to work together well and also other clients as well. Got me in for a tire and oil change quickly. Didn't try to over sell me. Great experience.

Came to get my oil changed and tires rotated with plenty of time before close and the employees were slow and denied to do it and then finally called management and a very rude manager named Stacy came over and was very rude refused to help and she should not have a job. And the auto center should learn what customer service is and how to do their jobs.

I called to make an appointment and specifically asked that they check the fluids and tire pressure when I bring the vehicle in (I'm disabled and can't do it myself). When I got there, I confirmed again that they would check everything and put high mileage oil in my vehicle.The oil change took FOREVER and when they called me back, I asked AGAIN that the tires and fluids were checked. They said "yes" that everything was done as requested. I asked about the oil and they said they just put standard oil in my vehicle, even though I asked for high mileage twice. I had to run to pick my kid up and I was already late since they took so long, that I couldn't do anything about the wrong oil.I got into my vehicle and the tires were all incredibly low 18-19psi with warnings blinking! I went back and asked why my tires were so low if they filled them. Only after he got caught in a lie, he said they checked them, but didn't fill them. Then he said he was training someone and that's why they didn't get the oil, the tires or the sticker (that they never put on) correct. Shouldn't it be the opposite if you're training someone? My tires were critically low, that's dangerous. And why lie about it? There were 3 employees working in the bay and zero customers for the two hours I was there. They were sitting on the curb outside talking when I drove back. I asked about the tires and high mileage oil THREE separate times. I've been to this location twice and both times have been bad experiences. I want my money back.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Ordered tires online called to change appt for tires to be installed.get there at appt.time and get told they are not going to install tires.still dealing with trying to get refunded for the tires 1.5 weeks later.the tire center is a joke and the manager and employees are very very rude.Service: TiresService: Tires

I ordered tires online and went off the great reviews, assuming they were good tires. I had them installed on a Friday afternoon and my car shook so bad once I left. I called back to talk to Sean and he said bring it back Saturday and they would balance them again and apologised. This went on 4 times until we determined it had to be the tire I bought. Sean handled everything for me with patience and communicated it all to me. We put a name brand tire on my car and it runs smooth again. Sean went way above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! He got me in as quick as he could, did the paperwork, and got me back on the road. Thank you so much Sean and all the guys who worked tirelessly to try and get my car right! You guys are awesome.Service: Tires

Thought we just had a slow leaky tire that needed to be remonted only to find that the tires were all weather cracked to the extreme on the interior side of the tire. The technician helped pick out a good price tire and even though we changed our minds several times on the best course of action he worked with us and never got impatient. Thanks for all the help.

Good prices but used wrong wheel weights and had to come back after they came loose. This is second and probably last time Ive gone to Walmart Auto (first at this location) and at least this time they did not snap my brake lines!

Left phone on counter and the staff went through all of my phone, called people, tried posting pranks on facebook, changed settings on my messenger instead of returning my phone to me when I was still in the shop, refused to let me know when my vehicle's oil change was done, did not answer my calls when I had a question. Overall very disrespectful and unprofessional and I will not be returning for any future car repair needs. Calling someone in order to let me know my phone is left is one thing but to go through my phone to intentionally mess with me is incredibly unnecessary

At first it was only a "1" star; they damaged a part changing the oil in my car. But upon approaching management, they reimbursed me for damaged part but they had to send my car and me somewhere else to repair. They paid for it all. So Walmart ended with "5" stars.

I have one day off a week I come in at 4:25 to get an oil change when it is clearly marked on the door and online they are open until 7- and she tells me that they are on their last car for the day and I can t get in til Monday at 9 am when I will be at work again. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me at this same location. It sounds like lazy employees to me. Get it together for real. I won t be back here for an oil change ever. You lost me as a customer.

I went in to get my oil changed and was approached immediately by John, who was extremely courteous and professional. It was misting, so he told me to stay in and he would get the information he needed from my car. My car was serviced quickly, efficently, and they even vacuumed my mats. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

They said the had some oil they did not for my oil change but they were quick to make things right so I am thankful for their service and would recommend. I d give them 4.5 if I could.

Got there early with a 12:00 appointment for four tires. Was done in about 35 minutes. Nice smooth ride home

The entire store is having a staffing issue so they have had to close the auto center until Monday. They had to reschedule my oil change.

Don't bother bringing used tires to have installed, they will always find a small problem to refuse installation. Also watch the tires on there website, no warranty on tires bought from there online store.... Which in my experience need it the most.

Poor customer service. Would rather ask for directions in the Muskegon heights at 11 pm than have to deal with those you tube mechanics ever again!
