Called for exhaust repair. Next day service and out the door. The team is honest with repairs and great at looking around to see what else needs to be done or fixed and lets you know before it s a major problem. Honesty. Integrity and great customer service. Thank you. God bless

We bought a used car that had an undetectable camshaft issue that required the timing chain to be replaced. They did a great job, but unfortunately, there was an undetectable oil blockage that caused damage to the new timing chain and necessitated a complete engine replacement. Viking was able to find a used low mileage engine that our extended warranty would cover. What was really fantastic is that Viking covered all the costs of the replacement that the warranty didn't cover. We are now Viking customers for life!

Viking Garage provided outstanding service for our vehicles at a fair price. First, our Honda CRV needed some expensive work done to correct problems which could have lead to some for of catastrophic failure. The dealership's estimate was approximately $400.00 more to fix the problem than that provided by Viking Garage. You may wonder what additional work the dealership was providing for that difference in price, The answer was clearly, none. We decided to go with Viking Garage. The got the parts in a timely fashion; did the work quickly and flawlessly; and actually test drove the vehicle to make sure that everything operated as expected. We were more than satisfied with the work provided by Viking, and with their follow-up to make sure we were satisfied. Second, I had ordered two, important to me, dongles which would substantially improve the functioning of the roof controller on our Mazda Miata. We asked Viking if they could do the installation. I stopped by to talk with them about the installations which required some trim removal to get at the wiring to which the dongles were attached. They were able to expertly install the dongles, and together we tested them to make sure they worked. What a joy.Give Viking an opportunity to service your vehicle. We believe that you will appreciate the experience, and that you will be more that happy with their work.

I happened on this place accidentally and thought I'd get a second opinion from them. They confirmed the needs identified by my dealer repair shop, but their pricing was considerably less. Their facility was spotless and their customer service was very friendly and accommodating. I will return.

We visit the area every year. This year I ignored the signs that my tires needed replacing. We made it up here on the spare. I called and asked around for service with no luck. While driving by I decided to see if they could help. With gracious smiles and courtesy they had the tires there the next day and in less than an hour we were back on the road. The viking garage is a local service providing wonderful mechanical service. The staff is always friendly and really listen to your car issues. They are very helpful in trying to resolve the issue quickly and with very reasonable cost. I will continue to use them for all my vehicle needs.

Always fast, good quality service here. Simple billing that doesn t include a bunch of special charges like some other places. My only wish is that I lived closer.

I had a very difficult situation with my car.Viking Garage mechanics went way beyond trying to fix my car. Because my Warranty company had many restrictions that could not be performed by them.All they work they did do , they never charged me for their service.I appreciated all they tried to do.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning

I give them a five star review for three reasons. One, when communicating with them they are prompt and the information is useful and direct. Two, when I thought I needed some work done that didn't need to be done they said so and saved me the money. Three, when a part didn't work so they weren't able to complete the repair in the time that they expected they arranged for me to use a loaner car to get to a weekend event I had scheduled.

Very professional and reasonably priced. I moved away from family to Muskegon and I work near the garage. They were able to take me to work and pick me up from work after my car was done! Definitely will be getting future work done here.

I dropped off my son's car with the check engine light on but no other symptoms. They replaced the sparkplugs & it ran perfectly home. After a couple of days it started running rough & the check engine light came back on. They got me back in & found a faulty coil pack. They only charged me for the coil pack. I am so impressed by the courtesy & professionalism of the staff & skill of the mechanics. As a retired technician in the USMC, I know how difficult it is to troubleshoot & diagnosis intermittent problems. Thanks for a job well done!Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic

Re: Repair ExperienceBrought vehicle in for repair of windshield wiper transmission. Was without a vehicle for a week, paid $600 and my wipers still do not work.The wipers are in WORSE condition as the wiper motor that worked when I dropped the vehicle off, no longer works.10/10 would not recommend.

I love Viking Garage,my work schedule is always different so it's hard to schedule an appointment, but I called as soon as I knew I had a day off "short notice " I needed brakes done,but Viking got me right in and out in a day. Viking Garage is awesome!

My trail blazer has drove sloppy since I have gotten it. After purchasing some new tires I went to Vikings to get a front end alignment (all something I ve done since owning this vehicle). They contacted me to let me know my car needed new tie rods and barrings and without them doing an alignment would be a waste. We have them the go and sure enough my trail blazer is running better than it ever has!Service: Wheel alignment

Replace a chassis harness and electrical harness on top of my battery. Very professional, personable and reliable. It's nice to see business that haven't lost the human element to the process. Just exceptional customer service, reasonably priced with repairs and the technicians actually took the time to explain what the problem was and how they fixed it (Really appreciate being able to understand the process). And they all seem quite honest and understanding. I will be using their service from here on out.
