Went in with 2nd failed battery in less than 2 years and remarkably my sales record showed a part for a type of car I don't even own instead of the defective battery. Taking my business elsewhere.

I had a headlight out on a borrowed vehicle. My friend said go to O'Reilly's because the truck is on the computer from buying the headlight there. I walk in and there are 3 people behind the counter, 1 said "Hi, I'm going to lunch so you have to deal with her" and pointed to a girl and left. The other guy was chatting with friends as no purchasing was going on. The girl I had to deal with asked what I needed and I told her and said the truck should be looked up with a phone number. She sent me outside 2 times to find out what the truck was just to say it wasn't that headlight and basically she was done with me. The other guy didn't want to help me either, so I went to Walmart. He said being a Saturday they were booked so they couldn't do a walk-in but took the time to come out and at least look to find out it was just unplugged with a broken clip that he zip tied in under 5 minutes. Sorry to waste your time people of O'REILLY'S. You suck! I won't go back! Over priced, useless & rude.

The people are helpful and most times they have the parts that I need. The prices are on par with everybody else in town. I pick them over the other auto parts stores in town

Not only did they have what I needed, but the knowledge showed. When I ask questions. The price was right and the individual who helped me was very customer friendly. I will definitely go back for anything I need for my 2016 Jeep Patriot.

Great staff! The store manager went above and way beyond her way for me today! My truck stopped running on the highway and I was able to get a tow to the O reilly store on Colby rd. After a battery and alternator check turns out I needed a new alternator! It was a Sunday with not a lot of places open and my mechanical ability is very minimal! Well the store manager basically talked me into doing it myself (with all her help)! An hour later and my truck was up and running like new! She completely went out of her way to show me how to do it from start to finish!! The feeling of learning and saving $$ on a mechanic is amazing. I m forever grateful for a stranded driver not knowing what else to do!! Thanks so much.

Depends on what you need. Some parts are Great... sometimes you buy 3 water pumps, because the first 2 were faulty on purchase (actually, had to return 2, for a total of 3 water pumps, before we got a "Good One") Rawk Auto is better, if you've got 48 hours to wait. That incident lasted a week!

Ordered my brake parts online.. picked up parts next morning... returned home and found wrong part.. returned and received the right one.Caliper brake line bolt was for different than the original one causing a brake line leak...used old bolt and then returned the old caliper for exchange not having the debit card as it was compromised only allowed gift card... ..I spoke with the manager extensively and he never apologized for the bad service and looked at me with .. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

was snowing hard and very cold - 1 wiper broke off. the service person found me the right wiper, and went out in the cold and installed it.awesome customer service and thank you!

Went there a few days ago to buy a bulb for my headlight. I have no idea how to put the bulb in. So i asked the guy that was checking me out, if i could pay extra any have a worker put the bulb in for me. the old man looks around the store and says they canr because they were a little swamped... there was 2 other customers in the store besides myself. i was like oh ok. he hands me my change and say good luck. PATHETIC! wont be going there again. Also still havent got the bulb put in. smh

Raymond at the counter was extremely helpful and even though the store was busy he made sure I received the free battery analysis I stopped in for. Great Service!

Great prices and great staff. I only buy old cars so having to buy parts comes with that. The staff are always so helpful and I appreciate that so much.

Horrible place. Almost always get the wrong parts. Staff is rude except the old guy which i havent seen in a while.

All the staff have been great. I can usually get what I need same day but working on older vehicles I have to wait for parts often.

Autozone exchanges warn brake pads no issue under liftime Oreilly will not even if you spend extra for life time pads.
