YOU BE THE JUDGE! Took my truck in to get rad flushed, power steering fluid flushed, transmission filter and oil changed and rear end oil changed. Truck came back with multiple scratches and a couple of small dents, no fluid in power steering reservoir, and engine coolant is dark and dirty. Now I question if the transmission filter and oil and the rear end oil was actually changed. Called the shop, left a message, no one followed up. I will not be doing business with Nates s ever again ..YET IT TOOK YOU OVER 2 MONTHS TO RESPOND TO MY POST AND YOU RE CALLING ME A LIAR !!!!! IT DID INDEED HAPPEN AT YOURE SHOP. I M CONVINCED I PAID A BILL FOR WORK THAT WAS NEVER DONE.

Tried Nate's 2 years ago when I moved here from southern Indiana. Was impressed!! I would say we are close to $7000 spent at this shop since then. Made them my mechanic. Since then the service has really declined. Last time there, I had them replace 2 headlight assemblies. It was suggested by Nate. Bought the assemblies and took to Nate's for installation. Charged me $350 for labor only and installed the right headlight assembly with zip ties. That same vehicle had them do engine swap. Spent over $3500. Had them test drive the car. They said everything was good to go. Drove car home with horrible brake sound and pull. Called them to ask about it, was told it was rust on the brake pads. I knew better. Took to tuffys and the calipers on the back was bad. $1300 to get repaired. I am doubting very much that they inspected my car at all . Will never return

Overpriced & rude. Was charged 23.99 for using my debit card. Took half my social security check to replace a water pump. No other auto repair close by so pretty much gotta eat it or do without.

Been going to Nate s for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. Nate and his crew are always helpful friendly and ready to help figure out any problem. Nate has on many occasions diagnosed the problem and came up with the best and cheapest way to get us back on the road. My wife works down the street and they regularly change her oil and service her car as well as let us know any issues that need to be addressed in the future . Most times the estimated repairs come in under his estimate. That in itself is hard to find nowadays! I have been doing business with Nate's Auto for quite some time now and I have not met a more honest and caring person than Nate and Melissa, I have never had to take any of my vehicles back a second time for the same repair they are fixed the first time and every time. Nate and Melissa will always offer to pick my vehicle up and deliver it back to me and not charge me a dime more..Keep up the good work Nate your Honesty, Kindness isn't going unnoticed at least by me it isn't..Thanks Nate For Making our Life A Little Easier.Gary & Annette Pinks..

Completely satisfied with Nate's Auto. They are reasonably priced and do the work on time. Excellent service. They swapped an engine for me, exhaust repairs, brake line repairs, seal replacements. All excellent work. Great quality work with keen eye for detail. Nate is a very knowledgeable guy knowing what parts are needed to fix my vehicle helping me save money. honest and trustworthy mechanic. Friendly and let me know when my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Highly recommended I won t take my vehicles anywhere else.

Repaired front axle seal and looked things over on 2017 JK Wrangler. Awesome, most helpful and knowledgeable, on time service and not over priced. I would revisit if needed.

Nate is a pretty nice guy. If a price is high he'll give suggestions on what he would do if he was in that situation. I find him to be trustworthy and has been a reliable mechanic. I recommend him if you're unsure where to go. Try to set an appointment ahead of time if possible. He's a busy guy.

Nate is great! Hes done all the major work on my cars and always in a timely manner. Has even dropped what he's doing before to do a quick fix that could have been a major problem! I'll never go anywhere else!

I can not thank the staff enough at Nate's for bailing me out. My car broke down on the Indiana turnpike (broken pulley/belt and nearly overheated). After several miles of turnpike I was able to get to an exit and after a brief stop at a local tire dealer to identify the problem I was directed to Nate's.In dire straits, I pulled up and explained that I was out of town and needed to be somewhere that afternoon. The staff promptly looked at my car, made a phone call/ordered the necessary parts, installed them, and had me on the road again in less than an hour! TALK ABOUT SERVICE!!Without a doubt, they were one of the best auto service centers I have ever encountered. Given my situation, they could have easily taken advantage of me. However, they were professional, courteous, and extremely efficient. I could have not asked for better service. If I lived in the White Pigeon area, I would have no doubt where I would take my car to get serviced. Thanks again, you guys were a life-saver!!

I have a 1960 Chevrolet Apache Pickup that is a vehicle that I and my family love. (We call the truck Henry) Henry broke down and myself and a mechanic friend could not figure out the problem. I called Nate's and he was kind enough to arrange towing from my house with a great tow service. I was not charged for the tow until after the work was completed which I thought was great customer service. Nate fixed Henry and even set the timing that needed to be done. Would highly recommend using Nate for your car service needs.

Nate is good place to take your vech.'s, if you want good work. He has worked on my Durango and i am pleased with the service i got. They are honest and trust worthy.

They were able to find and fix what the ford dealership couldn t for over 2 weeks and going back twice! They were busy, but the repair was well worth the wait. They were communicative, friendly, and very professional. The repair was successful and I have had a problem since, it s been over a month now. Very happy customer!

Battery light started coming on and I figured it was the alternator. Stopped into Nates at around 3:45 to get it checked and get an estimate. He ordered it and the job was done by 5pm. Good service!

This place is HORRIBLE! THEY CHARGED OVER $500 BUCKS TO REPLACE A FUSE FOR MY FUEL PUMP AND SOME CONNECTIONS AT THE BATTERY! AND THEN IT DIDNT EVEN MAKE IT OFF THE LOT! HAS SOON HAS I GOT IN IT AND STARTED IT THE BATTERY LIGHT WAS ON INDICATING A NO CHARGE FROM THE ALTERNATOR BUT THEY CHARGED ME FOR A DIAGNOSTIC AS WELL AND SAID IT WAS FINE. I GO INSIDE TO INQUIRE ABOUT THIS AND THEY WOULD NOT EVEN LOOK ME IN THE EYE! I SAT OUT THERE FOR AN HOUR TRYING TO FIX IT WHILE THEY JUST WATCHED KNOWING THEY HAD JUST CHARGED ME OVER 500 BUCKS. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED YOU NOT GO HERE.

Called for a quote over a week ago. They said we get get one for you called me back and asked if I still needed the quote? Really!!!! Then said ok will call you in the morning. Three days later still no call. If you don t want to do the job then say so!!! Guess my money isn t green enough???

I want to let everyone in need of an auto mechanic or just maintenance, Nate is EXCELLENT, HONEST, PROFESSIONAL, WILL NOT RIP ANYONE OFF! HE COULD HAVE MADE COUPLE THOUSAND DOLLARS OFF ME RECENTLY. I PREPARED MYSELF FOR BLOWN HEAD GASKET OR EVEN NEW ENGING.NOPE, NATE CHECKED ALL OUT, NEEDED NEW THERMOSTAT. HE IS EXTREMELY HONEST.FEW MONTHS AGO MY SON BROUGHT HIS CAR IN. SERIOUSLY THOUGHT A TRANSMISSION PROBLEM.NOPE, ONLY A MINOR OTHER PROBLEM!!!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NATES AUTO IN WHITE PIGEON.YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.
