When Mike got there, it was such an absolute relief! A great guy, extremely careful with our vehicle that had it's driver rear wheel assembly( front shock and all) blown out of the unibody, kept us entertained and happy the entire ride back home, after waiting for a bit it was definitely a fine tow job and an excellent driver. keep it up Ya'll!

Had totaled my car over the weekend and they were closed the next day (Sunday) and I didn't make it until Tuesday afternoon after work in that time frame someone managed to steal everything worth value out of the car even change. Then proceeded to park cars so close to the doors that I could only open one half an inch. I know things are stolen because I had tools in the hatch that you could see through the window and it was completely clear when I got there, also I managed to squeeze my arm in enough to try and get my $89 bottle of cologne and it was missing. I mentioned that I was unable to get into my car and the front desk lady acted like I said nothing. I didn't feel like pressing the issue because I already read the reviews here and knew what I was getting into. Don't give this place any money if you can help it.

We went there for the auction that they have on the third Tuesday of every monthWe got there at 10:45 a.m., the auction was supposed to start at 11. After waiting for about 15 minutes for somebody to help us a girl working there finally asked me if she could help me I asked her about the auction and she said it was already over. What a waste of time.

12/27/2023Westland towed my car recently after an rear end accident. The driver was very polite and the process went mostly smoothly. The only complaint is that they were supposed to drop off the car at the body shop on Monday (the accident was on Friday), but it didn't happen until Tuesday. I had to call Westland to figure out what happened, only to be told that they were slammed on Monday (poor communication).

I have AAA they dispatchedWestland Car Care.The woman asked me questions I answeredI am annoyed with my situation!She has the nerve to say "watch your tone with me I will cancel this tow so fast!"Wth I had choice words for her!How dare I act human in a situation that's upsetting! We always talk about bad experiences. I had a GREAT experience and want to give them a shout out!!! I have no affiliation or even know this company or the people associated with it BUT They were SO kind and fantastic I need to let EVERYONE know. And Thank you Doug!!! (The owner)WESTLAND CAR CARE TOWING on Hicks Rd AMAZING!!!They were very involved in making sure everything (just for a tow) was taken care of!!!They called when they were dispatched, when they got to the vehicle and once they arrived at the location THEY WERE TOP NOTCH!!!AAA messed up, but, they made sure to make everything right !!!

Using AAA to get my truck towed back home after a starter went bad. They were updating and letting me know everything. They asked if the vehicle was accessible I let them know it was. But it s in a tight parking lot on the phone conversation. Next time they called - we can not reach your vehicle with our flat bed. So now I m frustrated after waiting 2 hours for them to even reach my vehicle. And when they do they would need to get another tow truck with the right equipment to get it out. So the lady tells me she won t be getting it and is sending the call back to AAA. So here is the bad review for bad customer service and not listening I clearly stated it s a tight parking lot.

I have had to have my car towed twice in the last several weeks. I want to thank Westland Car Care for a great job. The driver was very kind and friendly. They know what they are doing.

I had a worst experience on 12/05/23, my wife s car stop on the road due to mechanical fault, i called for towing service on the phone, after getting info about car, make, model, pick up location and drop off location (just one Mile away) the guy told me the charges $90.00, i agreed.The tow truck showed up after 40 minutes and the driver loaded my car on the tow truck and asked me to go to the mechanic shop and he will follow me. I drove my wife in my car and tow truck followed us to the mechanic 's shop before dropping the car at mechanic shop the driver demanded to pay $120.00 instead of $90.00 with an excuse that i put a strap to lock the wheels of your vehicle. i called the Westland car care towing company again, talked to the same guy i called and he also told me to talk to the driver and pay whatever amount driver is asking and it does not matter what we agreed upon, so i had to pay extra $30 otherwise he refused to off load my car at mechanic's shop.I will Never recommend any one to seek their services as i had very bad experience with them, it was unprofessional and unethical.

At first I though this place was awesome since they had me hooked up and towed out of a busy intersection within 15 minutes, drove me back to my office, then dropped my truck off at home and put bricks on the wheels so it wouldn't roll (my drive shaft had broken a U bolt). Come to find out they backed my truck into my tree and didn't say anything even after I called to commend the driver on his prompt arrival and for dropping me off at work and blocking my wheels. Filed a claim with AAA, they said I should hear from the tow company within a few days. Haven't heard from them in two weeks and now they won't return any calls or emails from AAA. If your tow service sends them to you request someone else!!!EDIT - It has now been three months since they damaged the bed of my truck. Westland Towing is disputing the well documented evidence of the damage and refusing to work with AAA (not my favorite organization at the moment, either). I got two estimates from their biggest competition and they now say that the prices are double what they would charge. REFUSE SERVICE IF THEY ARE SENT TO TOW YOUR CAR AND NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE FOR SERVICE.EDIT #2 - So just met with AAA and the Gaspar Fiore wannabe owner of this fine establishment. He threatened me in front of the AAA adjuster and field rep. Tried to deny AGAIN that his company is at fault. Then started yelling like a child and sped out of my office's parking lot after I brought up his Google and Yelp ratings.EDIT #3 - After taking this all the way to the regional management AAA finally got me a resolution to this claim after over 4 months since filing. AAA is making this joke of a company pay full replacement cost to fix the damage to the bed of my truck. They are also going to be auditing them to see if they want to continue to use them as a towing contractor after seeing their piss poor online reviews and the number of complaints they get about Westland Towing. Doug, I hope this is a wakeup call for you to start being a decent human being and not screwing over almost anyone who is unfortunately sent your way but I doubt it because you are a true POS. I also filed a complaint with BBB because somehow this place has an A rating.

Not sure why they only have 3.3 stars ... they brought 2 trucks out to where I locked my keys in my vehicle . I thought , "Oh no, I hate to see this bill !!! " & here , they were just being kind ! ( but it WAS late & rainy out ...) BLESS them for their kindness ...I feel unworthy !

This towing service was very good. The dispatcher was polite and made sure I got speedy service. Mike the tow truck driver came in a timely manner and was very pleasant and knowledgeable as to what was wrong with my vehicle. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

They lie been waiting 3 hours on the road I called them again they said they can t come to my location.5 years with AAA and that s my first time call them for service I paid $100 every year. That s $500 in 5 years waste of moneyService: Car towingService: Car towing

My wife's work van broke down today. WCC, was the first tow company she called. They couldn't help because her van supposedly too tall and couldn't go under any overpasses. There were no overpasses between the pick up and drop off point. My wife then asked if they could recommend anyone, they replied, "Google it". That and the fact she was repeatedly put on hold.Very bad customer service.Won't ever do business with WCC again.Magnum towing totally helped us out. Give them a call.

I've used their services twice now about a year apart. The first time was my brand new Ford fusion and they did amazing! The second time was my F150 and the showed up within 30 minutes. Gave me an estimate over the phone and even gave me a great deal! $75 for tow set up and $6 a mile! Cannot beat that! I've called at least 10 other places all charging me roughly $175 for the same service and they were closer to my location. Thank you guys! Heather helped me so much over the phone and was very understanding !! My driver was patient, listened and even calmed me down!Service: Car towing

After we hit some ice and had a single care accident, our vehicle was not drivable. AAA sent Westland car towing out twice (once after the accident to home and then again from home to the repair shop) both times the service was prompt (within 30 minutes of initial call!). The first driver even apologized it took "so long" for him to get there, even though he arrived prior to the estimated arrival time! Both drivers were efficient and friendly!Service: Car towing

My car was ransacked through. Went to garage (they were closed till monday) because I forgot something in car. They are complete thieves because you can t point finger at them. Never again will I use AAA or Westland car care . They definitely DONT CARE

Called AAA roadside assistance after my car didn t start. Westland Car Care called me while I was still setting up the service. Exceptional customer service from Heather (who was on the call with me), and Mike - who came with the tow truck. Mike was so polite, professional, and extremely helpful in ensuring I was safe and taking time explaining exactly what could ve caused the problem with my car. He actually fixed the the issue and waited till I drove back. This is the second time using AAA roadside assistance, and my first with Westland Car Care - they are indeed hands down The BEST!! Thank you Mike!! We need more people like you, everywhere.Services: Battery service, Car towing

Doug was absolutely wonderful! He was actually there helping someone else, but when he saw me stranded, he got in touch with AAA right away to get my claim transferred to them, saving me from an estimated 2 hour wait! I also received a follow-up call shortly thereafter from the company making sure I was satisfied. I will absolutely be requesting them in the future!Service: Battery service

The owner has a major attitude problem, they made a mistake and then failed to apologize or even make right. Instead he attempted to buck up & bully me.When he got shut down he had his guy just drop my car on the side of the road.The owner is what the French call Les Incomp�tents .He can pick up his fat behind off that office chair, run his mouth and put it back down, but he has a problem picking up cars and putting them down.. Shame AAA was always the go to until they started working with this company.

Highly don t recommend. Went to pick up my car only to be quoted something totally different in person vs over the phone. Front desk guy Bob or whatever his name is was extremely rude and said they only accepted cash. Literally tossed my keys through window slit. He was so tough behind that bulletproof window, real tough.After I paid cash I seen another gentleman paying with his credit card and no questions asked. I know Bob or whatever his name pocketed the rest of the money I gave him for himself and I m sure this is what he does all the time. Even refused towing services after he took my money. I had to call for my own through AAA because he sent them a message denying service. Bob or whatever your name is .your customer service is horrendous and I can tell you get get a hard on just giving people a hard time. Bob or whatever your name is, you are a coward and how dare you try to be nice to me after you charged me too much and was a total grump from the jump! Avoid this place if possible. This place is a fraud and they will either damage your vehicle, belittle you or charge you what they want. Absolutely horrible and I will NEVER be returning. I know I can get treated better elsewhereService: Car towing
