This is the worst place ever. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP. On 2/20/2024 I went in with just smoke coming from under the hood of my Volkswagen from a leak. My car was shifting fine. It sat in my driveway for 2 days. I went outside and started my car. I pulled my vehicle forward and put in reverse and moved it back to its place. I do this when it s really cold in Michigan so my battery doesn t die. On 2/23/24 I was told my car was fixed. I went there to get my car, it went into reverse so I can back up and would not shift into any gears even reverse. The owner says I don t know what happened and has been talking to me nasty every since he messed up my car. I have to come out my pocket to repair his damages. He took $950 dollars from me and my VW is broken. I lost my job behind this because I did not have any other means of transportation to get to work. DO NOT LET THEM REPAIR YOU CAR. YOU WILL BE REALLY UPSET.

Took my truck up there and needed upper and lower control arm ball joints and struts done. It was squeaking really bad while I was driving before. I spent $1,200 on them to fix it and the truck still squeaks the same noise as it did before which people have told me they think it's a bushing on the control arm. Took it back up there two times. The guy drove it around once and said he didn't hear it. Then drove it with me in the truck and I could clearly hear the noise in the passenger seat and I told him to roll the window down so he could hear it. He told me he can hear better with the window up. Still says he can't hear it when I can clearly hear it. I don't suggest going to this place

Cherry Cherry Hill Auto tech is a professional and amazing place. They take their time they fix your problem. They make sure that you go home, happy and good and if your problem is not solved you can bring your car right back and they'll saw the problem and it won't stop until they do. They do great professional work. You won't find nobody more humble great than anybody like Sam and and the rest of his amazing staff there Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust

I took my car to get fixed and they didn't fix the problem took my money then i took it back because the problem wasn't fixed then they said it was something else so they called themselves fixing that and they didn't so my car was never fixed overall they say after all that my engine was going out so if that was the case why do all these things in the first place that you said needed to be done if the engine was going out. They was on all bull**** scamming me out of my money and i feel like they took advantage of me. I'm very upset and want my money back

BEST SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I was banking across the street from this auto shop. Came out to my car after I was done banking and when I went to leave my car would not come out of gear. Not being from the area I was not really sure what to do but then remembered seeing their shop across the street. So I called them and explained my situation to Casey and he offered to walk over to the bank to see if he could help me. After looking at my car he said it was my shifter cable. He would have to have my car towed to his shop and would get it fixed for me the next day. Not knowing the area or his place of business I was reluctant to just hand over my keys but he assured me i was in good hands and that he would take care of my car. He definitely did take care of me and had my car ready the next day as promised. I am forever grateful. Thank you Casey!!

09-01-23 Professional staff. Oil change was done quickly at a very competitive price. They have worked on my cars over the years. Would not go anywhere else. Two thumbs up. Highly recommended.Update:10-04-2023. I changed all the four tires on my car. This place rocks. I saved tons of money on the price of the tires. The installation was amazing, they even changed all four air stems on the tires. They also changed a fuel filter for me. I was very happy with the service, the price, the professionalism of the mechanics and their respect for the customer. I will highly recommend Wayne Cherry Hill Auto.

They wouldn't listen to me. Kept fixing things that I didn't bring it there for and telling me it was fixed. New plugs and coil packs..$565 and it didn't fix the problem. $775 for a new drive shaft and that didn't fix the problem. Then they tell me they called in a tech and the transmission is bad. They totally ripped me off doing repairs that didn't need to be done and left me with no money to fix the actual problem. What kind of mechanic has to call in a tech to diagnose a problem? Not a very good one. I want my money back and I will tell anyone who will listen not to go there. Apparently they like scamming poor, single mothers.Service: General repairs & maintenance

It hurts me to leave this review because I've been dealing with Casey and Sam for almost 15 years, but it has to done. I took my truck to them last month to have my rear brakes and rotors changed (I bought the parts). When Sam took off my rear, passenger side tire, he dropped it and put a hole in it, but he didn't tell me. I saw Casey put my tire in his car and leave, so I asked Sam what happened, but he gave me a vague answer. Casey came back an hour later with a tire that didn't have the same tread pattern as the other three, and after a brief back and forth, he decided to actually charge me for the tire! The main issue is that when you put a tire with a different tread pattern on a vehicle, you risk damaging the transmission, differential, etc...I took my truck (2017 Laramie) into the dealership because my wheel is shaking when I accelerate, and they confirmed that having the wrong tire on my vehicle is causing damage to my transmission.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto A/C recharge, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Brakes, Auto tire replacement, Air conditioning, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

BEST AUTO REPAIR IN THE AREA! These guys are awesome! They are honest and hard working and they do the job the right way the first time. Casey is one of the mechanics there and he has taken great care of me and my vehicle on multiple occasions. They do excellent work at a very reasonable price. They will not cheat you or steer you wrong or over charge you like other places in the area do. They also let you provide your own replacement parts. I always recommend this place to anyone who mentions needing auto repair. They have treated me very well and in return they now have a customer for life.

Purchased 2010 Mercury Mariner from them February 2022, the car lasted 10 months. I paid 8000 for it and now it's needs $2000 worth of electrical repairs in order for the vehicle to run.Do not purchase cars here, very questionable and they lie about the work they've done on the car.

I will never go to another mechanic ever again. These guys are the best and cheapest available anywhere. Will even find you parts from a junkyard if your car is old like mine, and they discontinue things, such as wiper blade assembly, AND a Jack shaft (discontinued, same junkyard pulled the parts for me and all), my wipers got frozen to the windshield and the bracket broke.. sure enough they found a used part from a junkyard FOR ME... and put it on all for less than $150... amazingly helpful! Fixed my entire front end, EVERYTHING for $900 final cost.. every other shop wanted over $3,000!!... If you cant fix your car at a mechanic/shop, because it is not worth it, come here first before you give up.. They will find a way to fix your car, for a great price too!! Highly recommend them, been going there for 2 years now! Never dissapoint!

when you come here. They will always help you. Casey and Sam are always willing to help the community, even if it means breaking even on mechanic work. Sometimes things pop up that were unexpected. Unfortunately that s what happens when you have a old car that needs fixing. I ve always been treated with respect and I ve spent countless hours waiting for my car to be finished because I needed it same day and never have I seen more professional mechanics than Sam and Casey. Support local. Westland proud.

Great customer service. How come everyone is saying they'll steal your money?? Thats not true! Casey is very quick to work and charges less than the ones around him. Fixed my car very quickly and i was able to drive around again safely.

i originally bought my car from the 2 brothers and have had all my work done it by them since. have had no problems with the work they do and they charge reasonable prices. they also allow you to purchase your own parts which they install for you at a reasonable rate. over all they do excellent work. i would reccomend them to anyone that wants work done on their car.

Owner is a grade A scam artist. The only reason you would come here is if you feel like flushing your money down the drain. My mother brought her Dodge Grand Caravan in with an ESP light on and the mechanic there automatically diagnosed it saying it needed new hub barrings without scanning or properly inspecting the vehicle. Charged her over $500 for something that wasn t even wrong with the car. When we went back the next day he couldn t even make eye contact with us when he was confronted! Go to GREENS AUTO if you want an ethical mechanic that s not taking advantage of hard working Americans!

The three brothers Casey, Sam and David are all very competent and friendly mechanics. We usually deal with CAsey and Sam mostly. We have been their customers for well over 10yrs and we wouldn't go anywhere else. These guys are honest unlike many auto shops that gouge you for things you don't need. Many times, they have told us not to bother repairing something that can wait a while. They could've easily told us it was urgent and made money off of us. I couldn't say enough good things about these guys who are always smiling and pleasant and treat us with respect and honesty. We trust them and have recommended them to all our friends.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I have a 2016 Chevy Cruze that needed a valve cover replacement - common issue for these cars and was a recalled part (didn't get the recall letter until after I did the repair which is why I didn't go.to the dealership). I had them replace it, they charged me $350 which is overpriced. I got it back and after driving for about 20 miles my oil pressure light went off, I pulled over, and there was NO oil in my car. I took it back and they told me it was probably a faulty part, they replaced it for free, but THEN told me I had a coolant leak from my water pump. I didn't trust them so I left, and my coolant was emptying a full reservoir in just a 25 mile drive. Mind you, I never had a coolant problem prior to taking it for the valve cover replacement, never even had to top it off and it always was at the same level. The guy told me he'd do it for $300 which is lower than anywhere else, so due to finances being tight, I went here again. Since the water pump repair I've STILL had both an oil and coolant leak. My new mechanic discovered that the oil leak, at least part of it, is due to the fact that these mechanics didn't use silicone when they replaced the valve cover to seal it. Guys, this is absolutely ridiculous that they did not do this. My new mechanic is continuing to try to fix what these guys messed up 3 months later. So, pleeeease take my word for it and do not trust these guys with your vehicle. I went in for one simple fix and ever since I've had problem after problem.

Unbelievably immaculate quality for amazing prices. My whole life I thought I had a better chance of winning the lottery before finding a good mechanic. This place proved me wrong. This shop is one of a kind. 100% satisfied

I live right down the street so I've brought my car in a few times for different issues. The positive about this shop is that they're almost always quick to work on a car. If I bring it in the morning the vehicle is ready before work at 5. The staff is friendly enough I guess although that sort of thing really doesn't matter to me.The negative is that the work they do seems half arsed. They've worked on my backfiring problem twice now and it still isn't fully resolved. Bought a used tire and it leaks (i suppose because he didn't put bead sealer). This last instance I brought it in to repair my automatic shifter linkage which would have cost me 270.. after some quick googling I found out that the bearing could be replaced with a $10 kit which he did after I ran up to get it.2/5 stars for fast service but poor work

They will steal your money. I brought my car in to be diagnosed. The owner looked at my car on startup before scanning, test driving and told me I need a transmission. I told him I am not slipping any gears and he laughed it off like he was joking. He could not figure out what was wrong with my car and pulled off my maf sensor and told me it was damaged and told me to replace that. I asked him would he like to do the job he told me do it yourself save some money. He stole $100 from me for a diagnosis and I simply went to autozone to test my sensor it was perfectly fine. I went to an actual auto repair shop that informed me the truth I had a head gasket problem within 20 mins and paid over $800 for the job. If these guys would have been honest I would have happily spent the money with them. Do not trust this place reporting to BBB and Fox News.

They offer fair pricing. Will tell what is wrong with your vehicle and won't tell you so.ethi g needs to be fixed if it doesn't. Quick, friendly customer service
