Phenomenal work done. They fixed everything fast, broke it all down what work was needed, why it was needed, and even looked around a bit more to triple check. Price was fair and communication was great.What really floored me was when I picked up my car they had taken videos and pictures of how they diagnosed the issues. I've never had a mechanic do that before and it was great to see what was broken or why something needed to be replaced.Very happy first time customer. As much as I hope to never need car repairs, you can bet that if I do I will 110% be coming back here.

Unfortunately our grandson was having trouble with his car. We called tp make an appointment. They checked it out the same day. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Great customer service.

VIP did a great job with the alignment on my truck. It was pulling left and after a few adjustments the truck is driving straight. Great pricing and the staff were very friendly. I was in and out of the shop within 30 minutes. I'll be bringing it back for brakes and rotors in a few months.

I have had two repairs done that were done perfectly. They are very honest and the prices are very reasonable. Eric is Fantastic and He is the most straightforward and honest person I have met. He is a pleasure to work with. I am now sending my daughter there.

I've been going to VIP for several years now and have always had a great experience. They're up front with pricing and generally have a quick turn around. As a woman I've never felt uncomfortable or ripped off, they're happy to explain what's going on in detail and there's no judgement or pressure if you choose not to do certain repairs or services. Communication is ongoing throughout repairs and overall they have a great business, I really appreciate them.

Had my front pads and rotors done on my14 F150. Very reasonable price, very friendly/polite atmosphere. Done the same day. Excellent work! I will be using this company for all my auto needs from now on! I highly recommend them for auto repair. I ll be returning soon for my rear brakes and anything else I need. I ve been to a lot of auto shops for various things and these guys are the right ones!Thank you for your excellent service!

I love these guys. This my go-to auto shop. A female friend suggested me to them. I have been many times for repairs.One-time they evaluated my car, sid there best and point blank told me, they have no idea what is wrong but gave me options and recommended another shop to figure out the problem. Honesty in this day and age priceless.

All the work I ve ever had done there has been great, but what I appreciate most of all is when I called about an electrical issue with my Volkswagen they didn t service, they were able to refer me to a great mechanic instead of just saying they don t do that.

I've been going to VIP Auto for about 3 years now. I don't ever trust mechanics with my cars but Mark, the owner, has proven time and time again that he is here to fix my car and provide safety at the best rate possible. The workers here are always friendly and nice and instead of waiting for an hour to get an oil change or a simple five-minute job done, I've only ever waited the minimal amount of time. I would give VIP Auto a 10 if it would let me. I definitely recommend this place to anyone needing any car work done. Very great people and always gets the job done at the cheapest price.

Fuel pump. Was replaced on my vehicle and two days later the gas Guage didn't work. Asked the manager if he could check it out to see what it could be an I was told it would be several days to get back in and also a charge for looking at it. Wow. Really. Ok no worries. My advice is if you go here make sure you know or have some type of idea of what's going on with your vehicle before you leave it here.

After my first experience with this shop, I feel confident I ve found my go-to mechanic from this point forward. They spent an hour inspecting my Jeep and diagnosing my reported issues, outlined my options, which included recommending a different mechanic that might offer a cheaper solution, and then attempted to waive their due fee. They tried to get me to leave, without giving them any money, after giving me at least an hour of their time. Since we live in a society, I of course refused, and they begrudgingly agreed to charge me 25 whole dollars. TWENY-FIVE DOLLARS! They test drove it. Lifted it, lowered it, lifted it again! You make no sense VIP auto repair!Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair

The owner is a very trustworthy, honest, cool person. I have been going to this shop for 4+ years. He has worked on two of my cars and I have been more than satisfied with the work. This is the most honest place I have done business with. Parts are quality and the labor is priced very fairly. This is a solid and reliable gem of a place. I have referred this place to many family and friends. Great experiences and work. Life long customer here.

The owner is wonderful. They do good work and have great competitive prices. This is the only place I'll take my car for inspections, oil changes, and fixes. They have never let me down.

Awesome care for new customers. My mother took her car in to get her front brakes replaced. They were very busy but still stopped to explain time and cost of repairs to her and eased her nerves. After repairs she noticed a problem with her tires on her drive home, she took the car back and they generously fixed the issue right away. Thank you for being so kind and prompt even on your busiest days!

These guys are awesome!!!!! I'm always fearful of going to car repair places by myself because I am a woman in my early 20's and I believe we typically are the easiest to take advantage of in this regard. The people here are friendly, helpful and informative! And their prices are reasonable. They are willing to tell you what can wait to be repaired on your car, and what needs to be fixed now. I took my Wrangler here to have my brakes done. All I can say is that the service here is top notch, the prices were way cheaper than other places and I never felt like he was trying to talk me into a bunch of unnecessary repairs. He is straight forward and even worked within my crazy schedule. Would recommend to anyone!

Highly recommended!! This place is by far the best auto shop that I've ever visited. Their prices are fair and reasonable, customer service is excellent, and they get the work done as fast as possible. I've come to VIP Auto a few times now, and I'm never disappointed.

I generally don't write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience with others so that people can make an educated decision before going to this place.I took my car here as there was a tiny bit of noise coming from the steering wheel when rotating. The mechanic advised that the control arms be replaced and it would cost around $1500, which I authorized. Upon picking up the car the problem was still there, in fact the vehicle was worse than before. I took my vehicle back to this place again. This time the mechanic said it needs new parts in the shocks, which cost $300. I authorized again. I picked up the vehicle and the problem was still there. I took my vehicle again to this place and this time he said that one of the control arms needs a replacement and that would cost $700. I lost trust in this place and took my car to a dealership and they fixed the issue for a smaller amount. I'm happy with my car now, but regret going to this place. Do yourself a big favor and take your car elsewhere.

I absolutely love this place!! The mechanic is very knowledge and he always gives me a good price. I lost faith in auto repair shops after them trying to rip me off time and time again, but VIP auto service has since changed that for me! I will never go to another repair shop period! Buying a lemon impala from Benson's so called "quality used cars" on Michigan ave. And Wayne, VIP has saved me on many occasions giving me the best price to help with a bad situation and has gained my trust by being honest and giving me all of my options. I highly recommend this place to everyone! You won't be disappointed!

I don't normally write reviews but I had the best experience ever at a auto repair shop! I ended up having a loose part which they quickly fixed and sent me on my way, they did not charge me for lifting my car or the quick fix, I was in and out in less than ten minutes. I will be going back for any and all of my car needs. Thanks, you guys are amazing!!

This is a local business that fulfill your auto needs, from oil change to tires, balancing and alignment and everything at the correct/affordable price.For almost four years, I trust VIP with all my cars (3) and the best part is that VIP always provide me with the best price for the job.For this reason, I feel very competent to recommend VIP Auto Repair for all your auto maintenance and repairs.

I have been going here for years and the owner is very professional and all ways does an outstanding job on my van. I will not going anywhere else. I highly recommend this place. He will not fix something on your car if he wouldn't fix it on his car. And for the guy that thought he was hitting on your girlfriend he wasn't. You were just mad bout something. Him and all his workers are friendly to all the people that come in.

I will never take my car anywhere else again. They don't rip you off, and he tells you what can wait and what shouldn't wait to be fixed. Cheapest prices you'll ever find from a repair shop and quick. They can fix anything, and quick. THEY FIX THINGS THE RIGHT WAY. This place deserves 6 out 5 stars.

Great place to get work done. They told me my car would be done by end of day and they stayed after close to finish it. That's some seriously great customer service guys I really appreciate it. Will be bringing my fusions back for more work.

Fantastic Service!!! I was visiting Michigan for a lacrosse tournament and I had a bad vibration on the way. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and my vehicle was taken back immediately. They rebalanced my tires and had me back on the road in less than a hour. It was a smooth ride home. Thanks VIP!!!!!

Very friendly and give you helpful advice with affordable price!Now I feel like I have a friend who works in professional way about the cars. Easy appointment, or walk-ins are okay if there is open one. My only favorite place for engine oil changes since having new car.
