I contacted the collision shop about getting an estimate. They responded same day with what Patrick thoughts were on the job. I asked for a written estimate and the shop said it would be a day or two. Which is understandable, there were others before me. Granted I didn t have any work done by them. The customer service was really amazing. It really makes sense why their the first to show up in a Google search. Thank you again the Patrick.

Patrick went and looked at my Jeep while I was in the hospital (too expensive to fix) but I want that thing to work. I loved it. Some things are priceless. I'd love to know how much it is but so busy recovering, I haven't had a chance to call.The day, I got my stuff out.. so happy go get my beach chairs, I was headed to my favorite escape and life took some unexpected turns.

I had some insurance issues. I have been very nice to Pat and Ron and Ron was extremely rude. The car had issues with insurance paying and I have been informing them about the status.Today they tell me that it will be 60 per day for storage which they never said before. Charged me 200 and then would not give me the estimate for the car. I would not recommend them at all. Please go to Knudsen right across. This is not the way you conduct business.Service: Body & Trim

They towed my car for me, worked with my insurance company, and a week and a half later I was able to pick up my car & it was vacuumed, cleaned and washed! They were very timely, gave me updates when I called to ask and I was able to get my car back way faster than I thought. Would definitely recommend Thank you!!

Omg!!! Ron was a pure blessing to me today! I banged up my bumper over the weekend and Ron was so considerate helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed and what he can do to help me, He made sure he could help me however he could and thank God for him because he worked it out for me! Read the fine print. After saying they would pay my deductible, I had to pay a part of it to get my vehicle. Then they left overspray on the windshield, also the inside of my vehicle had some sort of residue on the seats and handles, lastly the inner front wheel wells doesn't match the other side you can see the screws. Not a very professional job at all. Im taking it back and hope they dont give me any push back. I was promised a good job. Their advertisement says you get it back better than you left it. SMH

Their sign on the front of the their building states either FREE rental car or Deductible waived.When it came down to it & they found out I had rental coverage, they were only willing to waive $500 of my $1,000 deductible on around an $7,000.00-$8,0000.00 job.Not impressed by the poor service. Will definitely go elsewhere from here on out.Their response when I asked why isn't my deductible being waived like the sign states was, "restrictions apply".Beware!!

If anything else ever happens to my car that necessitates body-work, I'll be sure to take it to Pat. The work was flawless, and they went the extra mile too. I had three estimates, Pat's was the lowest, fastest return time, AND the rental/loaner was included. The rental car process was smooth too, the team at Enterprise was very friendly and professional as well. There is even an adorable little dog, Lola, to greet Collision Shop customers. Thank you, Collision Shop for making this a positive experience.

This place did amazing work in making things right for me when another shop didn't do the work correctly on my car. I was sent to these guys by the corporate office after another location had only really repaired my car less than half way. Pat was very good at making sure I was taken care of with a loaner and made sure I understood what was done to my car. When I arrived to pick up my car I could already see a huge improvement in the work right away! Thank you guys for making this right!

My car was hit and damaged pretty badly. Got a quote from The Collision Shop and was impressed with the amazing price they gave me. ( the paint for my car is very expensive) The Collision Shop had my car for less than 72 hours and when i got it back it was BRAND NEW. They even fixed a couple of other dents and scratches, Free of charge.This is my new go to place.Very Reliable, Trustworthy, and friendly :)

Friendly and professional service. Fixed hinges on my back window, seat belt replacement and rear door panels. Handled my little job quickly and made me feel as important as the big dollar customers. Saved me a TON of money over the dealership and did the job well. Thank you!

These people are really unprofessional. They fixed the back of our car and the color did not match. We went back there to get it fixed so the color was similar to the original color but they did not fix it and the color was the same. Now my car does not look good at all because because of the different shade of color. One of the guys is really nice there but the other guy is really rude.Service: Painting

Ron and Pat did work on my 2018 compass, and you can't tell that the vehicle has ever been in an accident. Excellent work!

They think everyone is an idiot and will try to charge you to replace parts that aren't even related to the damage. They act snobby and have ridiculous prices. They wanted over $1000 to replace my bumper.

These people who work here are very BIAS! They will charge you more if you pay out of pocket for your damages and charge the insurance company less. They don't deserve one star!

Closed on Saturdays, owners are too lazy to take down the sign 9am-1pm.. even the business next door said they dont care about customers needs. I came twice during the week 30 mins before the shop closed. Still closed. Poor customer service

Got the service at the price I was quoted, got the car back a day sooner than expected, and they took care of a few little things for me that weren't quoted.
