Great service! I always get nervous taking my car to any auto shop because I fear getting taken advantage of. Rest assured the team was awesome this morning- seen me right away, personal, understanding, very reasonable, and a huge help with my needs! Even took the extra step to fix the hanging wire from my car. Extra thanks to the immediate assitance at the customer service desk and service techs! You've gained a new loyal customer and I will highly recommend anyone to come here!!

Adam and his staff were professional and caring a rare quality these days. I couldn't get a ride back home, right away they offered to give me a ride home but I was not local. Instead they got me in right away and my Van now drives as good as when it was new. I will recommend them to everyone, great people and great craftsmanship!. I wrenched when I was young and I know the difference.

Needed water pump replaced on 2018 explorer which is a big job, got several estimates and was told would be without car for 3-4 days(ford dealership said 2 weeks)Got an estimate from Adam which saved me a lot of money and after having the job explained in detail I was confident having him do the repair. Vehicle was fixed in less than 24 hours and I have had no issues since the repair! I will take all future repairs to Adam s shop without a doubt!!

My nephew's car got a dead battery on a snowy day. He jump started the vehicle and took the car to the shop. After 20 minutes check, 5 things needed to be replaced including water pump, thermostat and sensors, plus 4 hours labor. The cost is over $1k. He bought the car 4 years ago for $8k. I think he's been taken advantage of to say the least.

So this place services the work vans for the company I work for and over all this place does pretty darn good work and are honest and fast. However it isn't without hick ups.A couple of years ago I took my van in to get the blower replaced and went to pick it up and my fuel door (transit stupid design) that was fine was broken, I went back in and confronted them politely about how it wasn't broken before and they said they didn't break it. Wasn't going to argue and left and now I have it secured on with some ingenuity.Had my van in this week for two days where they busted out a new wheel, battery, alternator, wiper control arm thing and a general over haul. However I noticed when driving today that my blower was sounding weird, like harder wind was gusting through it and my van would hardly defrost my windows even at full blast all day.I get home and took a look under the hood and sure enough they forgot or lost the drain diverter that keeps water off the air filter so all the snow melt was going right on top of the filter cover and soaking my air filter! If I didn't notice and pull out my filter to dry over the weekend it would of iced over and my car wouldn't start on monday like when this happened to me last year and had it towed to THEM where THEY installed a NEW water diverter! A quick fix of making my own hand made diverter will fix this problem as fords part never fit right and always fell off, again stupid design!Also the battery cover under the driver seat wasn't put on correctly (STUPID FORDS) so I couldn't re position my seat until I forced it enough (likely broke the cover but who cares) and lastly on this review they for some reason did an oil change even though I just got one last week from another place. They used normal instead of semi synthetic so now I need an oil change sooner *shrugs* they prolly didn't notice until it was already done and no big deal as I need to go in to get my back door fixed eventually.SO all in all this place is professional and generally quick to service, I feel like since my experiences are from a work related view perhaps they miss finer details on trying to rush out the job to get it done in a day which is great though because without our vans we are working one handed without our tools. Bill and Steve are great and I do recommend this place highly, I just gave an honest review of the good and bad but don't stress the bad on this review because my van is a work vehicle so in rushing things these things happen. I still give 5 stars!

Great shop. Had some exhaust issues, and ended up needing a new muffler. The mechanics did a great job and it wasn't too expensive!

Im like a month late on this review but I had to leave it. These guys rule. On thanksgiving I had a tire blow out about a mile from the shop. I had the vehicle towed and left it over night. I called them first thing snd they just put a tire on in the parking lot. Had it done before I could even get up there. Price wasnt too bad either but I dont remember what it was.

Brought my prized Mercedes to these guys after a different place quoted a very high estimate for brakes and alignment. Adam and his crew did an OUTSTANDING job for half the other place price. Highly recommend REPAIR ONCE!!

Repair once is awesome! i have been taking my cars both personal and fleet to him for years. Adam the owner is awesome and is up front and honest with you. Never has he gave me any doubt in a repair. Adam even goes as far as setting up uber if you can't wait for your repair. I drive past more then 25 repair shops and travel across 5 different cities to go to his shop. I needed an emergency oil change, not only did adam help get me in asap, but him and paul were friendly and very easy to ask about mechanical issues, while changing my oil Paul noticed that my tires were not correctly gauged and informed me that they were 10 psi over what they should have been and that this is why my tires were losing tread so fast, After my oil change and tires were fixed . My car drives so much better almost like that brand new car vibe !!!!!

I needed a new battery and some tires and we all know tires aren t cheap! But they were able to to beat prices for tires and a battery. Extremely satisfied with the job and the folks were super polite! Would recommend taking your business here. I had Repair Once do a complete brake job on my car along with shocks and struts. I spent THOUSANDS of dollars. The brakes squealed when I got the car back. I thought it was simply "break-in" but the noise did not go away. I had to to go back and they did fix the problem. Now the car vibrates badly when the brakes are applied at 50+ mph. Repair Once did not replace the shock mounts when they did the shocks and that caused massive rattling. If they had used OEM shocks, the shock mount plate comes with the OEM version. Instead a different shock was used and I was forced to have the shocks redone at the dealership to get the mounts plates. Now the struts are rattling and clunking. I took the vehicle back to Adam and they looked at it. They indicated that they warrantied/replaced the struts but the noise is still there and getting louder by the day. I'm at the end with Repair Once. 3 different tasks and problems with each. Adam is SUPER nice and accommodating but clearly some issues here. Definitely dissatisfied especially spending thousand of dollars.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

This place is awesome! I have been having non stop electrical issues with my jeep to the point it was not safe to drive when it rains or snows. It has been in the Jeep dealership multiple times and they continued to misdiagnose my vehicle. I brought my Compass in 2 weeks ago and Matt worked on it and fixed all the issues These guys know what they are doing and the owner is really nice! Highly recommend! I recently started taking my vehicles to Repair Once and have had great experiences every time. Adam is the guy that I normally deal with, hes explained issues completely and the made sure I knew the costs before hand. Never any last minute Surprises here. Glad to have a shop I trust right around the corner.
