Shady unorganized lying thievesThey couldn't keep their stories straight they couldn't figure out what needed to be done they wouldn't email me any estimate they just wanted me to sign random paperwork and then they applied for an abandoned vehicle title and sold my vehicle after they had me drop it off to get Groupon work done. They stole property for my vehicle I had to pay to buy my own car back and then take him to small claims court. Did I mention they're shady Did I mention they're thieves? They told three different stories I have a phone recording app so I got to play the stories that they told me and then they told the officers that the police station a third story. Did I mention their liars?

Thank you so much for the excellent service. As a woman I always feel a little intimidated when I go to the auto shop. I felt super comfortable and the customer service from Jerry was excellent. Also had water pop and coffee for free. The waiting area was so nice as well and the bathroom was clean! I definitely will return and I didn t wait long even though it s first come first serve!! Thanks again for the great deal!!

Definitely one of the best auto care experiences I have had. Professional, friendly, quality work And they even made me aware that I didn't need a repair I had anticipated. Jerry at the front desk was outstanding. This is my new auto care source.

Took 2019 Equinox in for check engine light. Car wouldn't go over 25 mph! Diagnosed the problem as the turbocharger. Told me to take it to the dealership where this should still be warranted. Didn't charge me a dime to look at it! Now that's a place where I'd go back to in a heartbeat. Very honest friendly respectable business. Thanks again.

As a woman, it's hard to trust auto-repair shops. Alot not all They seem to take advantage of of women. But this place when I walked in the first thing that caught my eye. Was the big screen that showed all the Mechanics working on the cars in the garage.. Which made me feel A little more secure. I like that they had the coffee and fridge to accommodate their customers Nice comfortable seating area. Customer service was great Jerry was great Answered all of my questions. Didn't feel rushed out of there after service. I would recommend this place .

The entire process was great my only reason for not giving five stars is due to the length of time I waited was not the quoted time and a prior engagement that I missed due to this. Other than that it was great. Customer e service the knowledge of the mechanic etc .

NOT TRUSTWORTHY BAD O-W OIL AND DIDN'T HONOR WORD. Went to another shop had no issues. I PAID for oil change and wrong or bad oil was used so had to BUY my own oil. NO REFUND OR DISCOUNT GIVEN. Said to return with own oil and next change on house but didn't honor that.

I was treated like royalty! Starting at the front desk , everyone was very nice and smiling and helpful. The front desk personwent out his way to make my visit pleasant he also gave me directions to avoid all of that construction which helped me to get home very quickly. He was absolutely amazing! The supervisor came in with a smile and was so pleasant. I would definitely return for future services and recommend Pioneer Auto to family and friends. Service with a smile sums it up!I went to Pioneer Auto again 3/7/24They are so nice starting at the front. They do amazing work without the hassle. They are quick but professional . Very rude arrogant and a place you should not visit. He fix my car and used it for his personal things. He is a racist and things he got connections with the police. He intimidates people and does very bad job. I don t recommend this man s should be serving the public.

This is the worst place. Made me replace my outer tie rods / sway links for alignment and buy new tires just for me to have to go get a inner tie rod ANOTHER alignment/ wheel balance at a whole different place they said nothing about. I feel goofy dealing with them. All this off a 35$ Groupon for alignment. Just go to Firestone

Bought a Groupon for wheel alignment and had great service, no extra fees plus they printed out a diagram of the wheel positions to show what was wrong on.

They were very kind and patient even with my ADHD over talking self.The mechanic let me come in the bay and thoroughly explained to, and showed, me what need to be done in order to get the alignment I originally came in for. And their pricing is more than fair! The original price for the alignment was $80 but I found a coupon on Groupon for $45!!!Since I was unable to get the alignment, I did have to pay $20 for the inspection but I feel that is more than fair.I did not opt to get a quote for the work needed but it was offered.I also need to mention that they had the cleanest bathroom I have ever seen in a shop with nothing but men!I will definitely be back and would definitely recommend them to family and friends. Or anyone just asking.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

They didn't check my air pressure and the wait was 2 hours just for an oil change and tire rotation. It wasn't crowded

My electronic ignition light kept coming on in my Jeep I called the guys at pioneer Auto Care they let me drop it off that evening and my vehicle was done and fixed and running beautifully the next day. Their prices were Fair and right around the same price I was quoted from other shops. I chose to go to pioneer because they were able to get me in the quickest!
