I highly do not recommend going to this pep boys. I brought my car in a for a flat and was told that the tire needed to be replaced, fine no problem. I was told it would be ready the next day at 11-11:30ish. I had work that day so I made it apparent that I would need the car before 1pm. I arrive at 11:45 and they haven t even started my car yet! No phone call to let me know?? I wouldn t have wasted my time finding a way up there if it wasn t gonna be ready for another hour. But I let it go and just waited for the text that the car was done but upon arrival and going to go get in my car I realized that I couldn t open my drivers side door all the way! It was dented inwards to a degree that it was obstructing my car door from opening. When I tried to talk to the employees about it everyone shrugged their shoulders like they had no idea how it happened. My car was not like this before it was dropped off at pep boys, and with employees that don t know how to take accountability I would think twice about dropping your car off here. Clearly they don t care about the condition you get it back in. It seemed like no one in the building cared that my car was more messed up after paying them for a service then it was before I brought it to them. Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere, any place that damages your car and feels comfortable lying to you about it should not be open.

I brought my car in for tires and was greeted and assisted by Austen. Great guy. About as helpful as he could be. My vehicle was done in a timely fashion and Austen kept me updated on progress. Kudos to Austen and his professionalism and costumer care!

I brought in my SUV to get my headlights changed and Austin and Mike took great care of me. They weren't able to get the headlights in that night but they were concerned about me driving with a blown light and were willing to send me out with an estimate in case I was to get pulled over by the police. I had brought some lights earlier and left them on the front seat and they put them in with no problem. Excellent customer service and I will be coming back to see them. Highly recommend this location!

Very impressed with friendly, knowledgeable, informative on duty manager Austen Szymanski My 2019 Jeep Cherokee was serviced to my utmost satisfaction. I will definitely return for my future automobile maintenance.

Fast yet through service! Got 4 tires replaced and an oil change! The front desk guys were so helpful and kept checking on me to make sure I was comfortable and well. Service guy chatted with me and I thanked him for his work today, very pleasant and knew Great job to all! Will never go anywhere else! I came from Dundee Mi to this location and will do it again and again! Thank you!

Booked an appointment 5-6 days in advance for 4 tires. The morning of, they had to see if they had the tires in stock. They said this was an "on going issue" with online appointments. They didn't have the tires and offered a lower quality tire instead. I researched tires and there was a great deal on these tires. Why would I want something lesser quality (and on the spot?) If this was an ongoing issue, why not start checking appointments and confirming inventory? Just frustrating overall

Great staff, fast service, knowledgeable guys. I had a mail in my tire, Mike and Austin said come on in fixed or right away! Looked over my breaks n tires- told they were in great shape. I was so happy with the service and kindness. I will always go here

My experience was nothing but professional informational and helpful those guys work together to get the work done to explain to me what needed to be done and supported me on how important it was to get done they gave me many options to choose from when it came to brake pads for my vehicle they told me each one and the life and which I would be using for each one the manager Mike did a phenomenal job and I forgot the gentleman s name that that did the work on my vehicle these gentlemen were so professional I brought lunch heck Even had a piece with them thank you Pep boys you made my experience very comfortable.

Austin did a great job for us, the car is also running well. One thing, the "dropbox" has been broken for weeks (the lock is broken or missing)... seems like an easy fix to have down for multiple weeks. Thank you!

Took my car up there to have a part changed, Spoke with austin on the phone and he told me that the part was a new part. upon reviewing the receipt, the part was listed as remanufactured. Also was told that the part was the only one available at the time, yet i found one a couple cities away being made by the oem factory. Was scammed out of 600 more dollars than i should have paid for the part. Also was promised my car would be done on one day, and it wasn t done until 2 days after that date. Will not be returning.

Stay away. They will take your online order, schedule an appointment but will not tell you that they don't have the tires until you show up for the appointment and on top of that they have no foresight on when they will have the tires. I had booked an appt couple of weeks in advance and now I have to do my tire research all over again.

I love Pep Boys, but today I came back to have my back windshield wiper put on because they had to order it on Saturday. I was told to come on Monday, well I forgot and yesterday I was working all day. Came in at 8:15am today and turned out they never order the part. I feel like as soon as I walk out the door they closed out my file and continued on. Now because I have to work the rest of the week and going out of town for the weekend it will be next week. Hmm I wonder if the girl will remember to order the wiper blade?

Pep Boys did a fantastic Job. they kept me informed every step of the way. They dealt with the warranty issues themselves. They were courteous, polite, professional and took care of all of my concerns! It is extremely comforting, finding a mechanic and shop that you don t have to worry about them taking you for a ride. I found my new auto repair shop! Mariah and Andrew are the reasons I will be going to back to PEP BOYS for all my auto repairs!!!!!

I am blown away by the outstanding above and beyond service I received from Pepboys! I will be a lifelong customer! While in Michigan I found myself in a situation where I needed 4 tires for my trailer in order to get back home to Mississippi. Pepboys did not have what I needed Austin and Jordan listened to my needs when I called them a few minutes before close time they found the tires and installed them the next day! If I could give more stars I would they deserve it! Thank you so much austin and Jordan!

Just drove 40 minutes one way for my appointment for my truck to get 4 new tires. Just to be told my tires where not at the store and couldn't be put on today. Why the hell don't you call and let people know you won't be able to work on their vehicles??

I went into have a bolt checked on my battery cuz it was loose, they found the problem right away, got it fixed, super happy with it. The guys were really nice, very polite, and ready to go to work. I appreciate them for all their work. They get an a+ today.

Just got great service from Moriah and crew at this location! Fixed what I came in for, plus a couple of things I wasn't aware could be fixed. All in a very timely manner. Keep up the great work!

I had a great experience at this location! I made an appointment online because I noticed a nail in my tire. I wasn t sure if I was going to need a new tire, or just a puncture fix. The front desk employee (can t remember her name) was very friendly, and she helped assess that I just needed it patched. They were on time, straight forward, and didn t over charge me. I am considering bringing my other vehicle back for an oil change when it s time because I enjoyed my overall experience here.

Had a tire go full flat at 3 pm. on a Sunday out here in Westland. Finding out my Kona does not come equipped with a spare and only a pump I was in a quandary.I did a quick Google search of open tire places in the area and started going down the list. All of them have the same story of either being closed or being booked out. That sucked. Then the wife came outside and told me she had contacted Pep Boys and that I could get right in, so I hustled it over there. I am so glad I did.They got me right in, had an excellent replacement tire (mine was pretty bad off), and fantastic pricing in line with all their competitors. I was in and out in under thirty minutes and got to enjoy the rest of my afternoon and evening.I highly recommend it.

My appointment was 0900AM, there was only one person in the store, he was not aware of my tires replacement appointment and has to locate the tires for my vehicle. It took until 10:00 until couple more workers come in. I was done at 11:15 Am. then it took about ten minutes to process out due to computer issues. I don't blame the person who was in early, he did his best. I blame lack of management coordination and not sure who is in charge of the place.

Love this place. We have had two major repairs done there and the cost is way less expensive than the Ford dealership and they re just so much more pleasant. We will definitely be back.

I went for an oil change at 10a received my car back @ 130p and my car was overheating. Something it wasn't doing before. I called the store no answer. I took the vehicle back to the same location for them to tell me I can't get it looked at or serviced to see what they done until two days later when a manager was available but the assistant manager was the one to check me in. The quality of service at this location is not worth the trouble.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACEWent there to get my fiance's oil changed on her 2021 Volkswagen gti a day or two after visiting her light came on saying check oil level we check the oil level and it was on the very end of the oil dipstick there was also oil on the ground at our apartment we went back up there they allegedly cleaned off the oil underneath put more oil in it and made sure that it wasn't leaking allegedly but yet here we are again about to go up there for a second time because her oil is still leaking and the oil is just barely on the tip of the dipstick I have 5 years of automotive experience this is unacceptable the only reason I didn't change it myself is because she got a coupon because she's an Instacart driver so I don't know maybe that's just the way that they treat people that have coupons or discounts or instacart drivers because last that I heard they're supposed to do a full inspection on your car per instacart's request but apparently they can't even put the right amount of oil in or even tighten the drain plug to the correct torque specs let alone they didn't even use European oil in the car when the car requires European oil we mentioned that multiple times so I guess they just wanna buy use a new engine DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE
