5 stars, this store continues to exceed my expectations and ALWAYS has what I need. One of the few stores that carries Motorcraft fluids on the shelf. I love stopping by this store and is my go to location. Thank you to everyone that's helped me here and keep up the great work!

I dont know what this means but open business hours shouldnt mean i gotta go somewhere else cause you are having human resource issues. If a guy can answer the phones then the doors should be open. The gentleman said hed open back up in 30 minutes....its almost 8pm after a full day of work i don't need to wait 30mins i need yall to be open when you say you are open.

Not really this locations fault but maybe this will get their attention.I was shopping here back in july 2022 and noticed they were advertising some deals on products I actually came in to buy. These were .ail in rebates for in store credits. Both products were marked up in price well over the usual cost, but with the rebate they would be slightly cheaper so i decided to go for it.As soon as i got home I filled out the paperwork and mailed the forms out along with my receipt to get my rebate.I am just now (mid august) getting a response, I got 2 letters in the mail saying that these items are not eligible for the offer and they had to deny my request for a rebate.I specifically purchased these items based off the rebate slips in the store. I matched the photos and the exact item description so there is absolutely no question they are the correct items. It seems they just dont want to honor their advertised deals. Its a really big rip off and I hope this reaches more people before they go and make the same mistake I did. I wish i could go back and return this stuff.

Every time my husband and I come to this location there is one woman who is so completely rude we walk out. I will no longer be coming to this location all because one person is miserable that they are working here. We ordered parts last night and when coming in to pick up she threw a fit when she had to look for them. My husband was deflated by the whole experience. Customer service is hard some days, but we were polite and there was absolutely no need to be treated this way. I hope you find a job you're happy in.

I was greeted by a very friendly lady. She looked up a part number for me and even went to out to the floor and retrieved two different styles of the product. I had a very easy and pleasant experience.

I buy all of my aftermarket auto parts here. They have always had the parts I needed. The most obscure part I ever needed was a windshield wiper transmission for my wife's 2007 Saturn Vue!Not only did they have it available but they had it in stock at the store I go to.That's awesome!

Zelda was not very niceLike I was bothering her dropping off Oil & Filters for recycling.Telling me they don't take Oil Filters to recycle. I assured her they always have and it's on their recycle sign off sheet. A fellow worker finally corrected her.Today's workers are so worthlessI would NEVER open a business these days...

I don t know why I went there again because every time I go there I say never again. I always seem to get the sane lady to help me. Unfortunately and she is just so miserable and rude. She seriously gets irritated if I ask a question. She clearly hates her job. I ended up walking out and going down the street to Auto Zone to buy my stuff. I will never go back there My neighbor warned me about her to. He s a mechanic and he won t go back either. Someone should should let the owner know how his manager Linda is treating people. Definitely lost my business because of her!

3 objectives going to Oriley's 1-Get a starter checked out (Grand Cherokee 3.6L they don't have any ref and cannot check it) 2-Pinch bolt for 2010 focus lower ball joint (don't carry) 3-rent a bearing/hub press (they don't have one there because of the cost and sent me to Garden City. They already had it rented out). So, I decided to buy some brake Kleen since I had a $10 off coupon. After paying realized they didn't take the $10 off even though I handed them my phone with the coupon. This is why I started buying from Amazon and for example, bought a starter from Amazon for $120, Oriley's wants $420. I can deal with close...Come on Oriley's - you used to be my go-to!

Worst customer service I've ever had , been going to this location for 30 years. Walk in and first thing the employee says " hope you don't think your getting those rotors turned today " with nothing but an attitude. Yes I called ahead before bringing them in to see if they could , but he had no idea if I was dropping them off either. The young lady who did the work was professional but the tall guy with brown hair was the worst I've ever come across. I don't ever leave negative reviews but this is ridiculous that this guy works in customer service. I will not return to this store and I will pass it on to my friends and family.

Very disappointed with how one of the employees handled the situation with my dad. His English is not very good so he asked the employee to repeat what he said and the employee yelled back at him saying he had other costumers to take care off etc. We have been regular costumers there for so long for him to be treated that way was upsetting. I m happy that a different employee stepped in and helped him out.

So i use to like this O'Reilly's. i been living in the area 4 years and have never went to any other auto store but this O'Reilly's since moving here. it's close home and they are always so helpful and have what i need. Well about 2 to 3 years ago i bought A battery for my car there and it was a great experience. They really helped me out that day. I had been there close to about five times that day because i also bought tools to get the battery out of my car, and they checked my old battery found out it was bad. So i bought a new battery.Fast forward to present day. I've been having trouble with the battery keeping a charge. So i took the battery back to O'Reilly's. So it's my husband and me. he was also having car battery issues. unrelated to my issue, he want to make sure his problem was the battery and not something wrong with his car. ( he was right, it was the battery and plans to buy one later this week). so we both brought our batteries up to the store. My husband talks to the guy at the counter first and tells him he wants to check a battery and the price of a new one. He then tells the guy he has no idea what going on with my situation and that i could handle that. I tell him i bought this battery a couple years back I'm have an issue with it keeping a charge. He then rudely begins talking to my husband ( who knows nothing about my issue because i actually do work on my own car) instead of me (wouldn't even look at me) about what i could do. In fact the whole time it seemed like us walking into the store just ruined his day, even though we were polite and friendly. We were both confused ( I'm going to assume he was just having a bad day).So i initially just wanted to get it checked and charged, i didn't think it was going to be a bad battery. So i stop by to pick the battery back up the second guy was very friendly A much better experience than earlier. i explain that i don't have my receipt and the battery is still in warranty and i had already spoken to someone over the phone who said they should be able to pull up the receipt in store. Well turns out when i got the battery our number for our rewards account didn't get add. So it wasn't linked to the account. After scanning the battery ( which was an O'Reilly's brand battery) the first employee i talked came to the counter and rudely said they would honor the warranty, but i could not get another warranty on it. I said okay ( which was kind considering how unfriendly and rude he was ). I hope your day got better if that was the issue. That's is still no excuse. I've worked in customer service since i was 15.

I had no problems while shopping at O'Reilly Auto Parts. There was no line so the transaction was fast.I was looking for air filter for my car. I'd say they are average price.

Lack of trained staff . I was forced to go elsewhere after trying to order the proper parts for my car two days in a row. Manager why not pay a actual living wage ? Keep an employee . This is the problem .

I really like O Reillys I d recommend going to the store on 6 mile. I m not a fan of this store in particular. Employees are very rude. I called for a part and whoever picked up the phone was very rude about me calling a part never going to this store again but 6 mile is great. I said I m calling for a part and he replied with yeah that s why you call a part store . I mean he s not wrong but it doesn t hurt to check if they re busy.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Was helped by Linda total worst attuide I have ever seen in a retail employee! In for a bad windshield wiper replacement and she acted with total disrespect, acted like she would of rather been 10 different places, told me the customer that she saw nothing wrong with it after I went to the Ford dealership for an oil change and they told me it was bad. I only had the wipers two weeks they where making a streak right in my view. Linda didn't even say thank you nothing just walked away. Never coming here again!!
