They've been taking of my truck for 9 years and I always have a great experience. They are very informative on what needs to be done and how long it will take. They take great pride in providing a great service.

Have now had problems with all three different pieces of this operation. Clearly needs new management. Took my truck here for the works package. Said they rotated my tires, they didn't. Not to mention, you have to schedule oil changes now? And they still cut corners?

The people are nice but $200/hr for labor is absolutely insane. They couldn't even diagnose what was wrong with my car within the first hour (supposedly) and wanted to go into a second hour, so $400 to even find out what was going on! Absolutely not.

Tried to say we agreed to repairs but we never did. Nothing wrong with vehicle..took it somewhere else and was told they were scamming us.

Initial service was great - honesty was not.I bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze back in December that came with 3 oil changes/tire rotation within 15,000 miles or 12 months of purchase - that all went great! The service was fast and timely.My complaint is that when I was given my invoice at the end of the service, I was verbally told everything was alright with the car and there was nothing to discuss. On my way home from the appointment (two hours away currently, I got it done while I happened to be in the area), I by chance noticed in the reflection of another car that I had a headlight out AND when I got back home and had a chance to read the invoice, it states that I have a slight oil leak somewhere and that they advise I get it looked at soon. I'm not sure why I'd be told one thing when that isn't the case and it says otherwise on the invoice. And for the full vehicle inspection, from my understanding, all lights should have been checked, at least that's what I've had done at every other place I've gotten oil changes from. Make sure you read your paperwork before leaving and that they are honest with what they are telling you!Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Devon was my repair guy and he was great!! I had to use my extended warranty which i never have before, he was awesome and explained everything to me! If I could leave 0 stars I would I got a monopoly flier in the mail with a scratch off game & was surprised when it revealed I won a 60 inch tv. I went to the dealership to collect my prize, and was sat down at a salesman s desk while he asked me 4 times if I was interested in a new car. After he verified my id he walked me over to a wall that had verification codes to tell me that even though the flier revealed I won the tv, the prize I won based on the verification code was some off brand ear buds.If the dealership is willing to use slimy marketing techniques to get people in the door I can t even imagine what they do to sell you a car. Completely disgusting.I ve cancelled my future service appointments and WILL NOT be going back to this GRIMEY business again.

When I purchased my 2022 Explorer Limited I had purchase Tire insurance along with Extended Warranties and even Maintenance Warranty. I called today (Wednesday) to inquire on getting my rear tire checked, it has a slow leak. I talked to Taylor and She informed me that they have NO walk in availabilty all this week. Hmm, why did I buy insurance when I can't even get Service done. The sign outside the building states Service Center that was determined to be a LIE. What a joke, not enough staffing to even look at a tire, that's sad. I will have to check and see if I can get a refund on my Tire Warranty. Over the years this is the third time they informed me they couldn't or wouldn't be able to repair a leaking tire and I only went there 3 times with a tire issue.*** Update: I called Village Ford in Dearborn, MI. what a difference. They said they could absolutely take care of my tire. (No staffing issues there) They said let me transfer you to Quick Lane so we can let you know when would be the best time to bring it in. I talked to Joe from Quick Lane, he said he would do his best to take care of it, bring it in. Now that s Customer Care!

Called before I got my car towed and asked when they could fix it, at first I was told there isn t a reason they couldn t do it the next day. Well the next day I get a call saying it would be 3 weeks so I went up to get it towed to another dealership. Then when I told them what happened and why I was taking my car somewhere else they told me they would push my car up and sorry for the inconvenience. Decided to leave my car there and it was a big mistake!!! My car had now been there for A MONTH! I went up there twice to check on it because no one will call me to give me an update and they told me 2 weeks in a row they will have it checked by Wednesday and it s not the third Wednesday and still no answer!! Don t lie and tell me you will push my car up and then ignore me and not even tell me an estimate of when it will be done or how much I ll have to pay!!!

Service was great, and faster than advertised. Fast enough guest wifi that I could work from the waiting room while they did the oil change. Staff was very friendly and professional.I was initially going to leave a three star review because the wait is always 3+ hours if you aren't there right when they open (and who wants to get up at 6:30 AM for an oil change), but it turns out the person on the phone who said they don't do appointments was wrong - they do, you just need to schedule a month out because they're very busy.Service: Oil change

Took my vehicle into Bill Brown Ford in late June 2021 to have rear brakes and rotors replaced because I could hear metal to metal grinding, work was done and noticed slight burning smell which is normal so I didn't think anything of it since I know that a coating has to burn off. Fast forward to September/October of 2021 and I'm hearing the same metal grinding noise. Finally had time to get into the shop again to have the truck looked at (this time went to North Brothers Ford) and found out the rear right side brake caliper is sticking, both brake pads are worn down after being replaced a few months prior. A complete waste of money and time. Bill Brown Ford knew something was wrong and decided not to say anything regarding the brake caliper. I will never go back to bill brown ford, and I'll make sure that anyone I know never goes to bill brown ford. Now for North Brothers, I was thoroughly impressed. They kept my truck for a total of 2 days, because a few parts needed to be ordered. Got my truck back promptly, there's no grinding, there's no burning smell, and there's no excessive heat coming from that rear passenger side wheel. North Brothers even made sure to give my truck a wash. Very personable, professional, and trustworthy group of people there. Everyone from the cashier to the phone operators were all friendly. From this point on, I will drive out of my way, and right past Bill Brown just to make sure I get to North Brothers Ford for any of my service needs. 5 stars!Service: Brakes

Came into for maintenance on vehicle. Husband called yesterday to see if he could ask for donations for poppys to help veterans and was approved now today a lady said we couldn't. We tried to tell her, she didn't want to hear, we said OK and apologized, while trying to put the supplies back into our vehicle she was very rude. While us apologizing she was still very rude.

Needed work done ,shopped at many other service places.Decided on North Brothers Ford .The service tech,Devin was really helpful.I trust the service techs at NorthBrothers because I know the job will be done right.Went ,afterwards to look at some vehicles in the showroom.Met the sales person Daniel Powers. He was exceptionally helpful.I plan on buying my next vehicle at North Brothers. If you plan on buying ,leasing or even have vehicle repairs I strongly recommend North Brothers for all your vehicles needs. See Devin in service he will get you squared away. Need not to say more, North Brothers!!!!.

Do not buy a car front this dealership. I bought a car used car here not even 3 months ago and have had it in the service department 4 times the car was supposed to have a blue certificate warranty but every time I come here they want to charge me at least 100 or 150 dollars. Spend your money somewhere else. Really the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. I wish I could give 0 stars.

I love their service center! They are friendly, no hassle, and take care of you. They are. Very thorough and personable staff. I bring even my cars I did not purchase from them up there for service.

Decent price friendly secretary staff. The tech I had though, wasn't that great. But overall they fixed the problem and not at my expense. I would still probably go back.Edit: Since I've been back, I received nothing but excellent service!

Very friendly staff! If you go to any Ford service center expect an hour or more wait for anything. But otherwise don't have any complaints. Shout out to my man Joe Tamborino in service!

Dropped off for a oil change and tire rotation and they forgot to do tire rotation. Also no car wash after this oil charge as they had done with previous. I think I'll head somewhere else next time.
