Took my car in for repairs get my car back and everything else starts acting up that wasn't messed up on my car ,called them back to take care of my problems and still today it's not fix. If you have any problems don't bring your car here.this review would never happen if my car was fix right and everything else is not messing up on it. They told me they would call me back never did.its like their trying to keep you coming back by messing up something else on your car. Find another ford dealer people to work on your cars.

Two weeks after originally quoted time to fix a bumper I get my car back with some scratches and some apoxy stuck on my hood.ANY good body shop will not set anything on your car or hit objects with your car. If they do they fix it and let you know.*Edit*After waiting to be able to wax my car I find a bunch of paint over spray... Now I have the pleasure of cleaning my glass and getting it off my outside c-pillar...DO NOT GO HERE FOR BODY REPAIR!!

Poor North Brothers they were my A1 for along time but they collision so is now like the service department no communication didn't do all the work requested part on backorder for 75 days

wait so lonnnnnnggggggggggggggggggg....My car still there since Dec. 23, 2019 until now......No update yet and no one update us even once's a week .. We called today but no answer... I brought my car here bec. im assuming they are better than others. Maybe i check reviews first before we decide to bring my car here.......Very disappointed... :(
