He finds the best vehicle for my needs and helps me get to a payment I can afford. Everyone at North Brothers is always friendly and helpful.

My mom took her escape in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. When I looked at the tires they were not rotated from the appearance. The rear tires look better than the front. She also asked them to look at the wipers and check them again routine maintenance. check. The service advisor casualty said that "oh, we can check them next time" makes me wonder if the oil change was completed. Boy, you need to watch to make sure they are doing their job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is solely about my service experience today. I bought my car in November. Great experience! Jason is a great salesman! BUT that service experience! NO! 3.5 hours and all I went in for is an oil change! They did a tire rotation and I asked them to check the tire pressure. All of my tires still show completely different pressure amounts. I got 3 complimentary oil changes, but if it s going to take 3.5 hours of my day I will be at Fastlane and Discount Tire from here on out! Fast lane in Canton has taken care of ALL my cars the last 20+ years and it takes 10 minutes. Discount will check and adjust tire pressure for free in 5 minutes! 3.5 hours is just unacceptable!

Hands down the best vehicle leasing experience I ve ever had. Tom found the exact truck I was looking for, clearly communicated all of my lease options, and was able to find multiple rebates that I qualified for. Don t waste your time or money going to other dealerships.

Buying or leasing a car can be quite stressful. Are you getting a good price. What options. Blah blah blah.I leased my 2021 F150 through North Brothers. Mark Mills. During that time. Choices were not much, but I ended up with a really good truck. Spring ahead to 12-23. Truck totalled while parked. Went back to North Brothers and again, I requested Mark. I ask allot of questions. Want multiple vehicle comparisons. And Mark never missed a beat. So. I have my new 2023 F150 with North Brothers Ford. Mark and Shannon and the crew are fun to talk to and have become friends more then just sales people. I refer my friends to them !Thanks Guys. I'll be back next time for sure !

Pretty fraudulent on their "moneyopoly"The advertisement would indicate that if you scratch the three I did, that you would win a TV.They have tons of people coming in for this thinking they won a prize, but add a key phrase that doesn't make much sense.Basically the scratch off part is worthless and you have to come in to see if your number on the flyer matches on the board. Which of course, it did not for the TV. Any code not matching 2 specific codes gets you "Airpods" , but they're not airpods. They're cheap headphones.In the mean time, they take 20+ minutes of your time trying to sell you a car.Absolutely dishonest advertising. Makes me wonder what other schemes they're up to when selling you a car.

Very disappointed with this dealership. I had to extend my lease 4 months due to production delays with my new vehicle. This extension also caused me to purchase four new tires. I asked my salesman if I could receive a discount on a satellite radio receiver for my new vehicle due to these inconveniences. He said no, and gave me a story on how that would violate my A Plan. While completing my lease paperwork, my salesman stopped, and proceeded to finalize a sale to a female. I felt humiliated,disrespected, and discriminated. He said we squeezed you in, she had an appointment. My salesman spent over a half an hour in an enclosed vehicle with this female while I sat and waited. I got the impression something inappropriate was occurring. My salesman was very indifferent toward me. He could have cared less if I leased a vehicle from him. All he kept saying was to make sure I gave him a five star rating. The supervisor of the business manager needs to lite a fire under him. I have never seen anyone work so slow. I would like North Brothers Ford to reimburse me some funds for the satellite radio I had installed in my new Ford Maverick.North Brothers Ford needs to reevaluate how its employees conduct themselves. Times have changed. Being alone with a member of the opposite gender can lead to unwanted accusations. Today, November 6, 2023, the owner of North Brothers Ford called me, and said I have caused chaos amongst his sales team. Ipolitely explained that times have changed, and it is not wise to be alone with a customer of the opposite gender. Any reasonable adult would be suspicious of two adults of the opposite sex alone in a vehicle for an extended period of time. The owner should be thankful I pointed out a potential problem, not irritated. Very appreciative that North Brothers Ford reimbursed me for the door edge guards that I didn t ask for.

Jason went beyond my expectations and took time out to recognize my birthday. He listened to what I wanted and made me feel special. He didn't try to just sell to me and fast talk. Definitely, it made me feel like family. I'm so appreciative because being a woman that goes unnoticed to many times.

Went to North Brothers Ford and got to work with Mark Mills on my new lease! He was amazing and super helpful. He helped me customize my new escape and made sure it came in perfect. He made the leasing process so easy and stress free. Definitely recommend going to see Mark for your car needs!

North Bros Ford scamming people by misleading ads. Their flyer appears to show a $1000 winner. You can call to confirm it's a win. However once you go in and they take your info they explain that there's no equal sign next to your scratch off logo that means you won that prize level. They claim it's not a scam because you get a power bank.I honestly expected a scam so I ignored the ad until my 10 yr old scratched it off. Figured I had time to burn to stop by and see.I made sure they shredded my info before I walked out too.I can promise you I will never do any business with them or recommend them to anyone. Buyer beware.

My recent experience with North Brothers Ford's Monopoly themed scratch-off promotion left much to be desired. After receiving a scratch-off card claiming a $1000 prize, I discovered that the promotion was misleading. The scratch-off seemed hastily produced, and attempts to claim the prize resulted in confusion and unhelpful responses from staff members. But by the end I was assured by the goofy son of a b that I had won a power bank..It appears that North Brothers Ford's marketing tactics are not as transparent as one would hope. I advise caution when engaging with their promotions, as they may not deliver on their promises.

My salesman Jamie K. Went above and beyond to get me the car that wanted. I wanted the showroom car. Was all set to pick it up but a recall was sent down on it and I couldn t take it. Jamie was very patient and diligently found me one exactly like it that day. I picked it up the next day. I appreciate Jamie and North Bros Ford for accommodating me. Thank you Jamie and North Bros. Ford!!!

My hubby went in there the other day to get an oil change. Dropped the vehicle off and was called shortly after to pick up the vehicle, paid $97 dollars and some change to have an oil change done. Not only did they NOT put air in his tires, when he went to turn the vehicle on. His dash still said low washer fluid. They didn t even top off anything in the car. I mean that is absolutely ridiculous. We have been customers there for years, will not be coming back. When mentioned to the workers that nothing was topped off or the air in the tires was not filled they didn t even know what to say. Didn t even apologize, just stated we can top it off for you. Makes you think that the oil wasn t even changed. Un expectable when you re paying for a FULL service and not receiving it. Please check your vehicles before leaving this location.

For the most part, we have had great experiences. I believe there is one bad apple in the repair garage who may not be qualified. He gave us conflicting information when we tried to add the cluster panel to our mustang, and we were trying to get this done by Ford so we were still covered under the bumper to bumper, but were told this could not be done. (Later found this this to my untrue) Additionally, we have very squeaky breaks and took it to Ford to be repaired twice, however we were told this is normal. The squeaking is constant and very loud giving the false sense that the brakes need repair. This is still unresolved.Aside from those experiences, we have always had great interactions with staff. We are loyal to Jamie, who always caters to our needs when purchasing or re-leasing a new vehicle.Thank you to Jamie and the tech that came out and repaired a recall in my driveway in 15 minutes. We won't let one bad apple affect our opinion on North brother Ford because the rest of them are great!

They somehow charged my aging folks $35,000 with 18k miles for a car that is $28,000 BRAND NEW MSRP. The KBB for that exact VIN is 16-17k. They will pretty much scam you if you let them.

Husband, 1pm appointment! Oil change. Done at 4:30. Not scheduling check in fault. Gave him a paid receipt. No charge. Thank you. But not enough to return. Maybe the tickets should be clicked thru a timer, clock.

They ran our credit NINE times and significantly dinged our credit when we told them we were buying a new house and going to sell this vehicle within a few months (just needed it to move across the country) this cost us over $3K on our new home loan. They told us the vehicle we were buying was Certified Used, but then said it wasn t. Tried to sell us an Extended Warranty for $5K when the truck already had one paid for by a previous owner, that we could transfer for $75. But they never gave us that info. Had the 2020 truck for 4 months and less than 5K miles when it needed an entirely new engine at 75K miles. They were completely unsympathetic. There were metallic fragments in the oil pan, and they may have even seen this. Do NOT buy from here and I wouldn t get a Ford anywhere after this experience.

I walked to the shop on a Thursday night when the shop was about to close and I was able to get the vehicle of my choice at a better interest rate than my bank. The process was so very quicker than I was expected. I got the car for my family and I can see that they are enjoying it. I highly recommend North Bros. Ford, Inc. I am planning to get a truck (F-150) there in about a year.

I have no more nerves dealing with this place. First, past experiences with oil changes and other basic service appointments have had mixed results.Today was the icing on the cake. I had an appointment to diagnose/fix low idle and stalling issues. I get there and the service advisor stated that the vehicle probably won t be looked at until end of day if at all because their engine tech wasn t in (What was the point of having an appointment then? That s not the customer s problem to figure out your staffing.) I asked to speak with a supervisor. After complaining to that supervisor, things were moved around to get the vehicle back. The initial service advisor called to explain what was going on and it was stated that a part would have to be ordered. I told the advisor that I needed to check the paperwork from the technician first and go from there with scheduling. I get back to the dealership for the repair to be scheduled and the first advisor wasn t there because he left for the day. So when I had asked the scheduler how much time will it take to get this done. They didn t know and took me back to the same supervisor to ask, he said that it would be about a half-day. I remembered when I got home that the first advisor stated that a part would need to be ordered and would take two days to arrive. I tried calling and I was transferred back to the initial call taker and I left a message the second time (they never answer there). I called back and I get transferred to the same supervisor and asked if the part would be there for my Monday appointment? He said no, it would be in on Wednesday. He also stated that he was glad that I called because that would have been bad.I don t expect them to clear their schedule for me. I expect them to be organized and communicative with each other to improve the guests experience. This has been a nightmare so far and I do not recommend anyone go here even to purchase a care. I ve had issues with that as well. Oh and their diagnostic fee is very high compared to other shops in the area.

My husband and I went into North Brothers Ford looking to purchase new vehicles recently. Ray Nabozny (Sales Manager) & David Johnson (Salesman) completely exceeded ALL our expectations! From the moment we walked through the door we felt we were very well taken care of! We both purchased new vehicles within 24 hours. When we arrived to pick up our vehicles they were washed, waxed and ready to go! With 5 children we have busy lives, and we don't have tons of times to sit in a dealership which seems to usually happen when you start looking at buying a vehicle. Signing our paperwork was smooth and seamless also! We'd also like to thank Kamal Miller in the finance department as well! Everyone at North Brothers Ford was professional, kind and courteous. This will be our #1 Dealership and we will continue to recommend them to ALL our family and friends in the future!

The quick lane is the worst . Called in to get a tire fixed in my 2023 F-150 had to make an appointment 3 hours from the time I called to speak to a service advisor. All this for just a tire repair
