OkHow I am going to start the review is with this car my 2006 porsche cayenne that I bought for my wife 2 years ago from a porsche dealership in Washington. Living in my area we don't have a porsche dealership close by and my wife only put maybe 5000 a year since we got it and I had it at the porsche dealership in ann arbor for a recall and oilchange one time. 2 weeks ago we noticed that the car needed some attention and service and I knew about nas services as he looked at the car one time and cleared some codes on the car. NAS setup an oppointment for the car and did a complete diagnostic test and kept me updated on repairs and service on car and the type of original good OEM parts he uses but most importantly is the knowledge and fluidity of the process there was no question I had that I didn't get an answer he is knowledgeable honest and most importantly fair. We got the vehicle back and it drives way better than before even if it is not a newer car..The point is that I got the same experience as being at the dealership but more personal and more honest than dealership it is great that we have a shop like that in our area thank you nas for all your help.

Mr. Nas is a very Respectful Business Man. He Did not charge me for the computer Diagnostic Time. I took my 2015 BMW i8 to 3 different shops over 5 months time and recieved no solution.Mr. Nas Diagnosed and located the electrical issue in 20min and repaired it the same day! I highly recommend NAS Auto for your auto repairs. Mr Nas is a very honest gentleman. He has worked on my vehicle several times, the work has always been exceptional! My experience with Nas Auto was great! I took my vehicle in after not driving it for 4-5 years. Nas took his time and checked the car out thoroughly. He communicated with me every step of the way. He really wanted to make sure the car was fixed properly and I really appreciated that. Very professional and the price was more than reasonable.

I will never go to a different mechanic. NAs is very honest and very Very fair in pricing he also does an excellent job as well as his partner. If your looking for a good mechanic with a reasonable time frame and who is honest and has fair pricing go here I highly recommend, they treat you like family ,

I will only bring my 2006 Audi A4 to Nas because of his excellent customer care, quality work, with the best price. He really cares for people and doesn t drain you for money. Very honest man let s you know in detail what s wrong, showing you the issue explaining step by step so your never have to question anything ever. Very grateful for him!

You've worked on my 1995 Integra Acura in the past. You've been honest, fair, reasonably priced, however my last visit you removed my catalytic converter without my permission and now my car is extremely loud. So whether you took this part, or someone stole it while on your property you should fix the problem without being physical. You threatened my husband with a bat.

This is the most humble shop there is. If it's old new or foreign this shop can do it. I've come in here with my 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee to my 17 Ford edge. I only come here can best the price or the quality of work. Never going anywhere else again.

I went to get my BMW serviced here. They took me in quick and very friendly. Not always near the phone so you may need to call a few times to get threw. But over all got my 5 Stars !

Starts off good then they damaged my car played like i didnt want to pay till he saw the damage done stated he would repair it then renege leaving my damaged ...will not recommended!!!!!
