Top notch staff. I needed a specific coolant that was out of stock everywhere (including in their system), but one of the employees checked in the back anyway and actually found it. Got me out of a serious pinch, a big thank you to everyone working that day (2/3/24 early afternoon)

Prompt, Polite service in and out(Note* the item I sought was deemed in stock at Plymouth/Starkweather but when I arrived there the rather terse clerk was grudgingly helpful while showing me a dissimilar item then only checking when pressed that the item was at another location several miles away in Westland)

I brought a c Compressor that did not work. So I took it back. I paid labor and Brought a new one from Napait was no good. I paid four hundred dollars for the labor and total. Napa did not reimburse for the labor. My family and friends. will never do business with them again until they straighten this up.

Good place to get auto parts. Although the older gentleman at the counter looked at me like I was just some dumb girl because I needed ATF for my car. After telling him the kind I needed, he insisted on looking it up just to find out it was the kind I told him. He then proceeded to tell me all the fluid types and quantities my car took, as if i didn't know.

Visited this store earlier today. I needed a new headlight and front turn signal lights. When I walked in I was greeted right away. The gentleman behind the counter helped me right away. He looked up what type of lights I needed and went and found exactly what was needed. The whole visit took only a few minutes. Fast and courteous service. I will definitely come back for auto parts in the future.

No one is perfect, and sometimes it's not about if a place messes up, but rather, how they handle it when they do. I am fully satisfied with their resolution to a problem. 5 stars.

TERRIBLE. I walked in at 3pm on a Tuesday, completely empty store, 3 employees at their computers doing NOTHING. I stood right in front of them and none even acknowledged my presence. Then when I asked if they could help me, "no sorry we are busy". Doing what? they looked like they were checking their emails, none were even on the phone. I walked out WITHOUT my purchase. You have lost my business forever, please hire people who actually do their job.

After waitong 20 min and talking to the nice gentleman that works the stock side for the store, i decided to leave. Apparently the manager was in the back on hild on a phone call. When the gentleman let her know she had a couple customers she rudely exclaimed im on hold, i dont care their just going to have to wait. At that point i left the store and will NEVER return to this location. If i could contact the company i would suggest firing her as i watched her aimlessy walking around in the back prior to her comments.

Friendly staff. They tell what you need straight up. They treat you like a customer, and not a child/a person who is the top expert in cars. My purchase was also way less than I was expecting. Thank you for helping keep my car healthy.

I went in there to buy some paint and some sanding paper and I was completely ignored by the staff that was a lady and an older gentleman and a younger man. After about 10 minutes waiting at the counter with no acknowledgment whatsoever no I'll be right with you sir anything of that nature I put that stuff back on the shelf and walked out. So Mr owner if your business is failing maybe you ought to look into your staff and your management. Have a nice day

Went into the store on August 24th to get some parts for 2 cars. I always went to Napa for my parts,, passing 3 different auto parts stores to go to them. I walked in and didn't have a mask on. Manager John Romero from behind the counter says that I need a mask. I tell him I have a condition and cannot wear one. At this point there was no other customer in the store. He walks out from behind the counter to escort me out. I tell him that if he's got the mask on and we are more than 6 feet apart it's per CDC guidelines. He still tells me to leave, or I can order from outside the door and I do. At this point 2 other customers walk in, get what they needed and walk back out. I wait for him to return with the parts or totals for the parts I need. He comes back with my total cost, I say I want them. He goes back in and does my paperwork and gets the parts ready. He comes back out with a invoice and asked how I'm paying. I said card, he wanted the card, I said if we're doing everything outside bring the card reader, he went back in and came back saying that the reader is not working. At this point the sneaky virus must of left the store because he wanted me to walk up to the counter without my mask and pay for it. I say what do you mean, I wasn't allowed in for the whole process, but when it comes time to pay, it's now allowed to be in without a mask. I told John Romero that he's treating me like a second class citizen by keeping me outside, except when it's time to get my money, it's all good. If Nick or the girl that works behind the counter would have been there they would understand that if someone has a condition and would have been distancing it would be per governor rules. I just told him to cancel the order, went to Advance and ended up spending my money there. He needs to read the Americans with disabilities act to see how he's discriminating. I normally don't do reviews but wanted people to know before they go in if they have a disability. I'll take my business elsewhere...Why would you want me to contact you for? I wrote a detailed review.... has your policy changed?

The customer service was something I feel you don t get these days anymore, although the store did not have what I was looking for Keith went out of his way to help me find what I needed, I will definitely return anytime I need something for my car for the customer service alone, excellent to say the least!!!

Awesome staff, great prices. Super clean and very well stocked.Some photos posted may be misleading as too what the store actually looks like. The pictures that show the location as a temporary Halloween USA are accurate as to the structure of the store. NAPA has thier signage prominently displayed. Some of the pictures posted are not actually the store but maybe of authorized service centers.

Recently stopped in to get parts for my car and was immediately greeted by friendly knowledgeable staff who went above and beyond to get me the correct parts for my vehicle! This is going to be my new first stop for any automotive parts needs, I was so tired of getting VERY inexperienced staff and sub-par service from the other guys around the corner. The slogan is true NAPA KNOWS HOW!!

I was so fed up of the other guys, AutoZone, O'Reilly, Advance etc. and decided to give these guys a go. I don't care about the warranties on parts when the quality isn't up to par, heck, who wants to change an alternator out every year? That's what I was going through with the other guys.So I go in for a couple of calipers for my Dodge Caliber at their grand opening, was immediately greeted as I walked in and was in line for not as long as expected in all honesty. Good prices, knowledgeable staff who really cared. Not trying to sell me stuff I didn't need.Seriously, break the habit of going to the other guys, I have found my store of choice.

I was having trouble installing my new windshield wipers on my 2012 Cheve Cruz and an employee named Andrea came outside to help me. She must have seen me struggling and stopped what she was doing to show me how to take off my old wipers off and put the new ones on. She was so sweet. I would have been out there for another 20 minutes on YouTube. Lol.

I will never shop at this store again. Ordered something online that said it was in stock and available for same day delivery. When I called to check on my order I was basically accused of being a liar and that they never have those in stock. Then was rudely hung up on when I asked them to cancel and refund my order. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Great place and knowledgeable people. They also now carry 9 types of Amsoil diesel oils. Plus a dozen or so other Amsoil items.

We came to shop at this new store for their Grand Opening Sale. Their website states the store was open till 8:30 PM. we arrived at 7:20 PM and the store was closed. Horrible first impression!

Terrible people in this store i got yelled at for forgetting my mask like i was a child .mind you i did forget it but it was not on purpose and a simple reminder would have been appropriate i will never visit this store again i also have a commercial account and i promise ypu napa will never get a dollar from me again

Napa carries my favorite brake pads and rotors for daily drivers. Their chassis parts are also top notch, most of the time better than moog.
