I had new tires put on in January and had an excellent experience. I know I'm late reviewing but I went back today for a warning coming on regarding the tire monitoring system. The guy behind the counter on the first visit was there again today to help, I wish I had asked his name... but he was so helpful BOTH times. 1st visit he saved me money on something that Belle Tire said I needed but didn't and today he helped to service my car sooner instead of waiting. I appreciate that so much and hope he realizes it!! I would recommend Monro Tire anytime!!

I had a flat tire ,I was denied service from Midas rather they tried to rip me off advising to change all 4 tires.Frustrated, I found Monro and Alyssa, immediately helped me and was very friendly and got my tire repaired at a nominal standard charges. On assessment of tires she said they are in good condition and will last long. Excellent service.

Fast, friendly service and very reasonably priced! I ran over a nail and needed my tire replaced and thankfully this location was open on a Sunday. Alyssa and the staff there got me in and out with no problems!

Very professional personable they greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and very educational as I did not know the questions to ask pertaining to tires which I had to replace and their prices are competitive. When I need service again I will definitely go to Monroe

Quoted me over $700 water pump and thermostat issues.I brought my car to K&S Auto instead 1,!gbwere fine. I was just missing a radiator cap so the water was helping out and coughing my car to over heat

This is a sheisty place of business. After being paid upfront by finance company that shipped them my tires for installation. I was given 10am Sunday appointment by the manager and on that day I Sat in the parking of the place for an hour then left for 25min to come back and see the manager the same guy that scheduled my appointment going thru the side door and ignoring me as I blow my horn. I banged on the door and called with no answer. Had to go back the next day and pick my tires up for someone else to install. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Great experience! I got a flat tire last night driving on the highway. Was so angry, because my car is brand new, just a year old. My tire wasn t fixable so had to get a new one. Price wasn t bad at all! I was expecting more actually. Was able to get me out in a hour, and I have to drive back home to another state today. Can t even tell it s a different tire. Can t remember the name of the man that helped me the whole time, but he was great and funny

This place changed ownership . Then Alex Bellovary, now William aka Bill. Very condescending guy, rude, and no customer care. This franchise has taken a down turn. Avoid if possible. Their work is questionable. The guy in pic. Has a chip on his shoulder.

Made an appointment for 2pm, they said we'll get it right in and look at it, should take 30-45 minutes tops.... 2:45pm rolls around, car hasn't moved. The front desk man is nowhere to be found for 30 minutes. Plus he left my car keys on the desk unattended, I was able to go up to the desk and grab my keys and leave....that could've been anyone that just walked up and grabbed my keys and car.... So I took my car directly across the street to Midas they met me at the door and immediately took my car in it is now 2:50 p.m. and I am leaving with a free tire repair. Save your time go across the street to Midas.

I don't post reviews usually and that too a negative review. But this time i think i need to post this if it could help others heading to this store.My review is strictly regarding their tire puncture service and nothing else since I haven't used them for other services.I had a screw stuck to my tire (almost close to the center) and I called them and made an appointment with them for the next day at 9am. I dropped my car the previous day after they closed and called them the next day at 9am to remind them that I've dropped my car off and that i had an appointment. After a while, i called them at 11.30am to check on the status and they said that they were going to look at my car next. I was not happy with it especially when i had an appointment at 9am. But i let it go because there are some stores that do this as well. Then i got a call back and they said that the screw was close to the sidewall and that it couldn't be fixed and immediately started quoting me prices to buy a new set of tires. I knew that they were trying to scam and sell me a new set of tires especially since i knew very well that the screw was nowhere near the sidewall. I told them that i do not want to change tires and that i will pick it up as it is and get it fixed somewhere else. They were ok with it and never charged me anything since they didnt do any work on it which i do really appreciate.I went to my local guy and he fixed it up in 20 mins. They've lost a potential customer and I'm never going back to that store.

Lace has gone downhill a long ways from being Harlow tire, tech couldn t get my lug nuts off two tires and butchered the others. Then told me they could do the services I paid for, bring it back later after I swapped the lugs. Did that came back now they have no time and won t refund me my money told me to contact corporate.SO UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TOLD CALL CORPORATE WHEN PROBLEM ARRISES I SUGGEST GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Got 4 brand new tires from this location, asked specifically for them to check my brakes. I was told they always do this in routine inspections. Asked again once they were done and they said everything looked fine. I got work done at a different location a couple days later and was told my rear brakes were in desperate need of replacement. When I spend nearly a grand on services, I expect a thorough job to be done. On top of that, a valve stem leak was needed to be repaired after services, and they did not put the valve caps back on the tire. Go to a location that will perform proper inspections. I will not go to Monro tire again

On two different occasions I had a bad experienceThe first time they fixed my brakes and when I left my brake light wouldn't go offWhen I called them back I spoke with Dean and he saidThat it wasn't anything that they did since then I've been pulled over twice and told that my brake light stays on while driving so I went back to Monroe against my better judgement so they could take a look at brake light issue. Once again Dean was the person assisting me. I told him I would be using my Warranty. The kept my car 2 days and. told me i could pick it upWhen i picked it up Dean took my portion of the payment and told me my car was fixed. After driving 2 days. I realize my car still was not fixed. I called and spoke with Dean. He said the warranty pple never answer the phone so therefore the repair wasnt done! So why didDean take my Money...and when i ask for my refund he said take it up wih Coporate..which refund woud take 7 weeks! Customer Service was horrible

I am simply blown away. By the service, yes - it was very efficient, and high quality - but especially by the people. I only caught Kennedy and Jessica's names, but every single person we met today showed kindness and generosity to the point of leaving myself and my family speechless. I couldn't possibly recommend these folks enough and will never hesitate to return if needed.

I ve gone to them off and on over the years. So I first was taken by surprise when I was told that I had to pay for a patch repair on a tire that I purchased from them. I was later told the tire couldn t be repaired and I needed four new tires. Fortunately I know how to check my own tires and I knew that I only needed three. I was told by the tech he measured it from the wrong spot. I ended up buying, one new tire at a price much higher than the last tire I purchased from them, and a lesser brand tire, at that. Times change

Took my car in to get a patch for my tire because it had been punctured the night before - so I go in already aware that I had one open puncture and a screw both in the center of my tire. After about 30 minutes, they come back saying that my tire is not repairable because there are "two more punctures along the outer edge of the tire" and that a new tire would be around $80 but the total out the door cost would be $290...Went to the dealership because I drive a lease and figured it would be the best bet after that outrageous quote. They told me not only is there nothing wrong with the tire and they can patch the TWO holes just fine, but that the place I took it to 20 minutes prior to the dealership (Monro) broke my tire sensor. So not only did they lie to me in an attempt to make some extra money, but they damaged my car as well. Avoid this place at all costs.

I have to choose another Monro Tire location because the Westland location has declined in my opinion. Besides the mechanics screwing me over and giving me false information in January of this year which cost me unnecessary coins $$, I attempt to give them business again today and is let down. Communication sucks. I am waiting for the location to open. I'm sitting in the parking lot and it's way past the listed open time, tried calling multiple times to see what is going on, all to have a mechanic then tape a "drop off only" sign in the window. Smh. Won't be doing back to this location anymore. That sign should've been in the window the night before. Poor customer service.

I always appreciate it when an auto shop takes measures to keep the car clean such as placing a plastic on the chair or placing a paper mat. Monro unlike the Midas across are okay with installing a used tire (of course with the criteria of having enough tread). My one and only issue was that one of my lug nuts lost its cap and I believe that's very likely due to overtightening. I had my tire mounted and balanced at an affordable price.

The price was fare but that the last good word that I can offer. On average it takes about 45 minutes to replace 4 tires, but it took them an hour ans 45 minutes. Mike and his associates spent most of their time in the office with some woman laughing and joking around. After about 45 minutes I ask, how much longer and the said they were almost done, but, when I looked in all of the old tires were still on the vehicle. If I owned the business, I would fire all of them and especially Mike as it seemed he was in charge.

Wow. What a joke with pricing.Front breaks - pads, rotors, Labor, $650 Literally the dealership quoted me $50 less.The guys are nice enough, the technician even told me that their prices were way too high. no way in hell should anyone pay that price. I went to Midas across the street more than 1/2 the price.

This guy lied to me telling me my tire was irreparable and told me I'd need a new tire. Also apparently they don't have used tires, so he tried to sell me a new tire for $185.I went to Akron tire and they repaired my tire and charged ne $10 and I'm still driving on it. Shame on this guy from Monro Auto Service for deceiving people out of money that many of us do not have. Sleep well at night, do ya?

Best tire experience I've ever had. It's Sunday at 9am and this place was open. Greeted at the door by a guy and got my truck in quick. The tech came out, was friendly and knowledgeable and had my flat tire back to normal in 30 minutes. The phones were ringing and the lobby had multiple customers but the guys were perfessional, attentive and quick. These types of employees are hard to come by now a days. I'm done with discount and Belle tire. Thanks Monro for getting me back on the road quick.

Monro Tire is the only place we trust with our vehicles. When the dealership told us we needed a new tire, Monro was able to repair it instead of paying hundred of dollars. We are so lucky to have a place to take our cars that is local. Thank you Monro for always going above and beyond!

Amazing service from start to finish. Fixed and repaired the problem with my car in less than an hour. Dealerships all around the area said it would take 1-2 days for diagnostics and another 3-5 days to fix. Monro guys lifted the car, found the problem instantly, and fixed it for a fair price.
