I went in to have my brakes done and I am completely satisfied with the level of excellence that I received during my visit.From the moment that I walked in the door the manager Seth greeted me with kindness. I informed him that I had an appointment and needed the repairs done before work. My brakes were inspected and replaced without delay. Seth also saved me a lot of money on my repairs by locating my warranty from a previous visit, which was awesome!! The repair is also fantastic, he my car ready to go in no time. These guys are amazing!!!Thank You!

This is a very efficient, Skilled and honest muffler shop. The manager Sherry Is very knowledgeable, Is friendly and caring. They were able to complete my Muffler repair in less than an hour For a very reasonable price. It's hard to find such a competent and.Efficient Auto shop these days! Congratulations to them they are the best!

I been coming here for 4 years now and they never disappoint, the customer service is always top notch and they take great care of my vehicle every time. Clean location and easy to get in and out from Wayne rd or the side street. The prices are the best so that s why I choose Midas over the dealer, I can t afford to be ripped off and they never do that here. They also offer credit card options to help you pay for repairs if needed. I ll always come back to these guys. Thanks for your help today!

After waiting at Belle tire for over 1 hour I was told it would be another hour plus just for them to inspect a tire that had gone flat. I then proceeded to Midas and not only did they inform me the tire could not be repaired they sold me 1 replacement tire (not 4) which shows me their integrity and honesty. They did all this in less than a half hour. I am very pleased and will give them my repeat business. Rest in peace to Shorty.

Most reliable and honest place to go. They don't give you the run around and do their best to make sure you get the best prices they can offer on top of doing a phenomenal job on your vehicle. Started at Monroe tire and I'm so glad I left. Found out Monroe charged me almost $100 more per tire than Midas would of. Regret going to Monroe first but happy I found Midas now.

10/10! They ordered the parts the same day and fixed my brakes fast and efficiently! They are priced fairly, imo! I would recommend them to anyone and will be returning here soon!

Seth Engelhardt, was a wonderful help for in my service today. He was able to move up in the line for my oil change. He also gave me a great recommendation and information in regards to a tune that my vehicle needs. I came away with more information about my vehicle and how to continually improve my maintenance.

Very trustworthy. Will go here for everything. As a Black woman, it is VERY hard to find a place that doesn't choose you to try to exploit. This Midas actually told me I DIDN'T need something I thought I needed and saved me a significant amount of money.They were also all friendly, fast and professional.

Top notch service! Seth and the guys took great care of my Durango. They took the time and talked me through everything needed with the individual costs. He gave great suggestions on what could wait and what couldn't. My truck is running better than ever and I'm super excited and greatful for all their help and hard work. Will definitely come back for any repairs and maintenance in the future.

The staff here is awesome, going above and beyond in many ways. I was a little short for the brake work I needed to drive safely and they actually worked out the financials to get me back on the road quickly! While I was waiting for my vehicle, I also witnessed the managers speaking with other customers with kindness and compassion. They've worked on my vehicles several times and I will continue to return.

I been to Midas in Westland a couple of times, both times the issues with my vehicle was fixed. I was given excellent car service and the employees were cool and helpful with any info I needed. I would recommend this Midas. Keep given great vehicle & customer service. Two Thumbs Up!

I had an emergency tire problem today and took it right to Midas. Sheri and the team took me right in and repaired my tire immediately.It was less than 30 minutes start to finish and I was back on the road again.Everyone was professional, courteous and the place was spotless.It seems these days, you can't buy service like this.Very grateful to the whole team.I will be back.

I went in today to get a battery replaced on my fusion,and even though i was just coming from work,Seth was an absolute Pro. He got me checked in immediately and my battery was switched out before I was able to get comfortable in the waiting area. I have a new place to take care of my auto needs,and uts close to where I stay. Thank You!!!

Went to Midas for the first time last week and I was blown away. First off, shout out to Sheri. Absolute all star, Sheri was kind, helpful, patient, and easy to talk to. She communicated with me promptly every step of the way. Found out I needed my battery replaced and everything went smoothly from first interaction to picking my car up. This will be my new go-to for car related issues. Thank you, Sheri and Midas, for a great experience.

I've never had a bad experience here and my vehicles have been quite challenging, of late. Friendly, honest and knowledgeable people. Having left behind an excellent auto repair shop when I had to move to Westland, I am so grateful to have found another shop that I trust to do right by me. I really can't say enough good things about them.

called first, all prices/services were clearly defined beforehand and executed well during my visit, my 2pm appointment put me right in line, at 2pm. Simple (oil change, tire rotation, TPMS reprogram), no problems, no surprises, expectations met.I was unique as (car under warranty), but warrenty does not cover brake pads, tire nails or tire wear bars, I need to talk to FORD.NO high pressure, just sound advice, we WILL do business again. ( I'll keep you posted LOL)

Went in for an oil change just to have an argument with the guy that I just want an oil change. Then had to have another argument about just filling me up with 5 quarts like I usually do with all of my oil changes instead of 6 quarts. After the oil change, they tried to say that 5 quarts of oil shows no oil on the dipstick as opposed to 6 quarts showing its full. You've gotta be the mist dumb individual to believe something as stupid as that. Which made me believe that they did not do my oil change, they more than likely just drained my oil. Never gave me a next service date sticker nor reset my oil life on the dashboard. Contacting Midas Coporate and of course, getting my money back from my back. Used my card specifically because I knew I was going to explain to my banker what was going on. Will never return to Midas for any type of service because ya know? First impressions matter and they left a nasty one. Only good thing about this location is that they had a receptionionist that clearly understood everything I was saying and was even looking at her coworkers like they were wrong. Baby girl, you should go somewhere where they value you, you're too good for this joke of an establishment. I believe her name was Sherri.

The best service I ve had so far since I ve had my truck . Seth and Yogi took great care of me . It s my first time here, the discount on my oil change was excellent and they even offered to check my tire signal for me . I m so happy I found this place

Hey everyone... I came to this auto shop to get my brakes done.. now let me put yall hip to this. For every different part of the ur car to get inspected is $60 each so for instance, I came because my brakes was BAD but I didn't kno which one so I paid $60 to get an inspection so I asked is the 60 for the whole car inspection or just specifically for the brakes & it's just for the brakes.. I needed ALL my brakes done but the price was gone be over 1k so Sherri helped me with some alternatives but I just decided to do the back.. They did a good job on my car far as the brakes so I will be coming back.. It took the guy about a hr and a half to replace the bad brakes, new pads & a few other things, they also had water for the wait..

The Midas in Westland is the best local mechanic that I've found! Been going there for 6 years and have never been disappointed. The staff and team are knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!
