After speaking to somebody over the phone and texting in a few photos of the damage on my Toyota 4Runner rear bumper I was told they could fix it. They said they d give me a quote once they saw it in person and could take the bumper apart. I received a phone call once I dropped off my car and was told to fix it the proper way that I would need a new bumper and the bumper would have to be painted. I ended up turning down the offer to replace and repaint bumper only because I have a newborn that takes priority at this moment in time. That being said the quote was very reasonable at around $1k for a new bumper, paint and install .These guys could have just given me my 4Runner back how I dropped it off ..But they didn t. They called me and offered to try glueing it for free to make it less noticeable. I told them sure!Once the vehicle was ready and I received a phone call, I went and picked it up. I tell you what the damn bumper looked phenomenal! Despite them making it look awesome (in my opinion) they would not charge me! ..Ended up tipping them what I had in my wallet.I can t say enough about the good feelings and vibes I got from these guys. They truly are a down to earth crew and they treated me (a stranger) like family from the very beginning. I will only come to them for my future needs. Very happy with them and my experience!! 10/5 stars!!

You can look at body shops in several different ways. Referrals and or personal experience.My wife's car was hit in a parking lot at suburban show place. State farm was the at fault insurance companies insurance. They suggested Knudsens and another place. After reading reviews. I opted for Knudsens.Made the appointment and brought the car 2021 Blazer in. We had a mixed bag. The damage from the parking lot and a couple areas we wanted to repair from other incidents. Lance was on top of what we expected when it came to the insurance claim and what was needed for customer pay.We opted to go with them and brought the car in on a Monday.Knudsen's even assisted in getting me from their location to the rental company ( Hertz - which they suggested ) and that whole process was seamless !The vehicle went in on a Monday and was picked up on the following Monday. Five areas in total needing attention.The vehicle. Like one other review noted, was detailed and cleaned like when we drove it off the showroom floor.Now mind you body shop work is brutal. The conditions are harsh. So expect a " paint " smell for a couple hours or days after, just air the vehicle out, that's part of the business. The car is spit shine clean and all the areas of the vehicle are done very well. I am very pleased. What they stress, and I appreciated , is the warranty of the work they perform. Explained clearly and given to you with a personal walk around and explanation of each area completed before you leave.So far. I can say you can't go wrong here. The vehicle looks great ! I took my car to Knudsen Collision for the first time and had a great experience. They worked with my insurance flawlessly, gave me frequent updates, had no delays during the process, were polite and knowledgeable, did a beautiful job on my vehicle, and I swear they cleaned the inside of my car before giving it back.I previously had issues with another collision shop with the sensors not working on my vehicle after they fixed the front end. It was a hassle to get it fixed and they ended up having to take it to the Honda dealer for them to fix it. I didn't have any of those issues with Knudsen Collision. Everything worked and I was relieved. I'd definitely use them again.

The world of cars and collisions is not easy to navigate. Especially, when the process is new. I brought my car to Ford Road and was nervous beyond belief. However, I was greeted with an ineffable warmth.Although my vehicle was a LONG WAY OFF from repair, Lance and his team offered transparency. The Knudsen Bro. Collision shop is a business of honesty, integrity and knowledge.I will NEVER bring any of my vehicles to another automotive shop.Look no further if you re wondering where to bring your car for repairs -This is the place for you.

We were updated on progress of fix. The repair was timely. They exceeded my expectations. My car was detailed. I felt like I was driving the car off the dealership for the first time. . I will never take a car anywhere else.

Very professional service at this business. Took my car in for an estimate, they treated me well and respectful, the gentleman checking my car his name was Lance, I believe he is the owner, knows this business in and out, I would highly recommend having your body work done at this location. You will not go wrong here!! Just had another car done here at this location and was not disappointed. I even had the detailing of my car down here inside and out. My car look like new when it was done.

This shop is top notch. Lance helped me navigate the insurance claim process and had so many recommendations of additional people who could help. We didn t end up repairing the car, it was totaled, but I will be going here for any future repairs we need. Their pricing is very reasonable and the customer service was exceptional.

Coming from a recent former employee - This collision shop is 100% a place you can trust. Lance is the owner and he and the team genuinely care about doing a quality and professional job on every single vehicle that comes in. It s a very busy shop so they re not often able to fit in every job immediately but if you want high quality work, it s worth the wait. The front and back of the shop are very clean and well taken care of. I will always recommend this place very highly for anyone who want s quality work done!

My car was repaired at Knudsen's yesterday. I waited on my vehicle. They made me feel very welcomed. My vehicle looks like it's brand new. The owner is very hands on. The secretary is awesome and Simon explained everything to me and put my mind at ease.

I brought my Telluride to Knudsen Collision because I got rear ended and Kia of Canton recommended me to them. From start to finish the process was easy and informative! Knudsen kept me informed of what was happening and any delays along the way. Once I got my Telluride back, the work was amazing and you can t even tell! This place is incredible! From the moment I stopped in to get an estimate, to the moment I came to pick up my newly-repaired car, everything was done efficiently and professionally. Lance was fantastic and explained everything that was done/needed to be done, and Paige was very patient and helpful with scheduling and keeping me updated with the process. They were able to tell me exactly what to do regarding my auto insurance and did a very thorough and detailed estimate which made the claims process go much more smoothly. My car came back spotless, shiny and looking just like new (inside AND out). I would definitely recommend Knudsen Brothers to anyone needing any kind of collision repairs.

Great experience! Everything was done efficiently and professionally. They handled everything from insurance claim through the repair process. Everything needed was explained and Paige was helpful with scheduling and keeping us updated with where everything was at in the process. My SUV came back spotless inside and out. It was so shiny it looked just like new. I would definitely recommend Knudsen Brothers to anyone needing any kind of collision repairs. My wife and I have both had work done by Knudsen's Collision. Top shelf body and paint, very accommodating and professional. I would recommend them to anyone I know. They just finished my 2015 F150 which was damaged at a drive through car wash. Initially they quoted 2-3 weeks, but were done in a week.

AMAZING overall experience! Both of my driver's side doors were damaged in an accident and the people here were kind, helpful, and very approachable. They said it would take about two weeks to repair but they had it done in far less AND they cleaned my car! My car was hit with only 79 miles on it in an empty parking lot. No kidding. I found this amazing repair shop!! They inspected my car and set a repair date. From beginning to end, they were completely amazing!! My car was scheduled for two months out. They managed to get it in early. They stayed on schedule and completed it early. They kept me posted daily on the progress. When I went to pick it up. It was perfect. It was even cleaner than when I left it from outside to inside. Everyone there was totally amazing. They answered all my questions. It was hard enough to find a good repair shop. They went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you so much for making a difference. If you find that they are busy. It is definitely worth the wait.
