Ameristar good except they took off my auto start when time uninstall the system they only put my keyless entry not remote start .intoxalock system junk kept saying I was violating it when I wasn't when I updated it to five stars because when is the representative give me a call and we resolved all our problems and I want to give a big shout out to Isaiah for helping me thank you

Horrible customer service. While writing this review im currently on hold for 42 minutes and counting , the first half hour I waited for customer support just for them to tell me I have the wrong location. I was transfered to this person after giving my information to the person that answered the phone initially! No one chimes in while waiting to inform you they are working on your account or anything. The problem I am having is I swapped my equipment from one vehicle to another and while doing this they deactivated my account when they removed the equipment from my old vehicle. Since they deactivated my account the new vehicle could not be transferred or whatever til the account was activated. I contact all necessary parties before having the work performed and everything was set but somehow intoxilock screwed up and I've been waiting over an hour for the problem to be resolved. At this point I am on hold for 49 minutes and still no answer.
