After three of us struggled for about 4 hours trying to reinstall my 66 Beetle windshield, I gave up and called Glass Unlimited. The gentleman had it installed promptly. It looks perfect.

Go elsewhere. I beg you. They replaced a rear window in my truck that constantly leaks. I noticed the leak a few days after installation but they told me that it's from the light above my window and not the window itself. Which is wild since it NEVER leaked before. Now, mold has started to grow on my constantly wet seats and throughout the entire cab. With a newborn baby, this is ABSOLUTELY DEVASTATING. I can't even drive my child to the pediatrician since there's NO WAY I'm putting a carseat in a vehicle that is full of mold. I'm without a vehicle at this point because of the incompetence of this place. I'm absolutely devastated I put my trust in a business that clearly doesn't care about quality. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. PLEASE.

I called to get my windshield replaced 2 days ago and was greeted by Kathy. She was super friendly and very helpful. Kathy made sure I knew exactly how long it would take and the service they would do before I even came in. They didn't have the glass for my car in that day so we set up an appointment for the following day at 8 AM.The pricing was good. Their service was quick (my windshield was replaced by 11 AM and I was able to pick my car up by noon (which matched what Kathy had told me the previous day). They also have a 5 year warranty on their work and an unlimited warranty on the glass itself.My windshield has never looked better! I would definitely recommend them to a friend.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Everyone there was so helpful and did a professional job. They even shuttled my son to work in Livonia while his car shield was being fixed. I would recommend their work for sure .

The new owners, Erin and Natasha were so accommodating and kind and their receptionist talked to me like we were family. She made me coffee and kept me company while I waited. I had a very good experience here. A few days ago I walked in to Glass unlimited to have a windshield replaced on a 2014 Infiniti. I was greeted very professionally. Staff was knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way. Not realizing I had so much rust on the roof top, staff notified me right away and told me what was going on. They even recommended me to a body shop for further repairs. Overall my windshield looks great! I will definitely recommend Glass unlimited to everyone!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Great local company. They came out and installed new replacement glass in the picture window in the front of my house. Joe was great.Work was done in a timely manner, professional service and the price was very fair.Highly recommend this company for all your glass services needs.

Great place for glass needs when building a Streetrod with a chopped top. The business did a great job cutting the glass from my patterns, they used my tinted glass that was given to me for my car and I was just charged for labor only. Very happy with the service and when they called to say the job was done they also lowered the fee because the job was easier than thought. I will definitely recommend to all Streetrodders.

I went in to get a chip in my windshield fixed. I was able to get in the next day and it took less than an hour to get through the whole process. It sure beat looking for the guys in parking lots willing to fill in the cracks. I would definitely recommend this company and keep it local.

Not only did the Glass Unlimited team did a great job on my car window, they are hands down the nicest bunch of people to work with. Professional, and they above and beyond. Their prices are very reasonable. Would definitely recommend them!

I have taken my truck here for chips and to have the windshield replaced. Every time I come the employees are really nice, the work done is great, and the time it takes to complete the work is quick. Highly recommend.

Once again this business comes through. They came out and gave me a free quote.They did the job when they said they would. The job was done correctly. They cleaned up and left.I highly recommended them. Thanks again Glass Unlimited !

Very good experience. I had a crack from a rock that was growing daily. Alicia the manager (or mother hen), was very helpful. She talked with my insurance company and worked the details. The owner and his crew did a excellent job. If you looked at my windshield now, you would think it is original. Highly recommend Glass Unlimited....just dont ask Alicia for compass directions..lol.

A week after purchasing my new car, a large bird crashed into the windshield on the highway. The shop was recommended by my salesman, and they had the glass replaced within 5 hours. The office walls are covered with recent awards and recognition for great service.

I had a small chip in the middle of my windshield and took the car to Glass Unlimited to stop the crack from spreading. I wasn't expecting much and was delighted with the result. You cannot tell that there was a crack unless you look for it. They also fixed my moon roof for $5.00! Two body shops had given me estimates of around $700. for the moon roof. Glass Unlimited gave excellent service at a very reasonable price. My total bill was $45.00.

Had a late 60's car windshield repaired and replaced. Pleasantly surprised installation took less than 2 hours. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I needed a piece of for a back-splash shelf for a kitchen remodel I was completing. The original piece I ordered from Glass unlimited was the wrong shade to match the back-splash tile. I needed to completed the job the following day. Therefore, I needed a new piece of glass glass cut and polished that very day. When I showed up at the shop, it was near closing. The team there helped me find the right colored glass, cut it to size, ground the edges and sent me on my way.....the owner actually jumped in and helped.......They finished the job twenty minutes after closing. The shelf was installed the next day and the job completed to my customers extreme satisfaction! This is my new and only glass shop.

The people here are amazing and they don't take advantage of you ...I had my windshield replaced and they were very quick and courteous I would have my kids go here
