Monty is a great mechanic, I admire how he takes time to explain the issue with vehicle and what he offers to resolve it. He does excellent job with his team. Best part about this shop, if you feel the issue is not been resolved after their service, then they will work that out without charging extra hefty sum.Since I moved to Michigan these guys are go to place for any issue with my car from oil change to any mechanical issueHighly recommended.Services: Brake service & repair, Oil change

This is the worst experience I ever had with an auto care service. I wanted to buy a used tire in good condition. Once he finished the replacement, I realize that his tire is worst than mine. And the guy said it's too late, I paid already, so he won't change it or give me back my money. And he added that if I am not happy with that I can't bring him to court. This is exactly what a professional crook would have respond. We had to call the police, and they told to us it's civil, just the court is able to decide. So be careful. There are plenty of auto repair services around. Forget this one, He will foul you for sure.

The mechanics are good, honest people. Cant say the same about the owner. He tried charging us more than double what his mechanic did for the exact same repair on the same vehicle just a month prior. When we told him we were leaving, THEN he decided it would cost the original price. When he saw that wasn't going to change our minds, he suddenly remembered that there was a $50 fee for looking at the vehicle. That fee had not been asked for the previous times we had been there, nor did he disclose this as his policy before looking at the vehicle. All in all he wanted $1200 parts and labor for our issues. Immediately after we left, we found a mechanic that charged us $120 labor and we spent only $300 for parts. In summary, good, honest service as long as you are not dealing with the owner. Shady as they come and its shameful.

Monty and crew are kind and professional auto techs,,,,they fixed my fuel issue without robbing me like some auto shops,,,they treat me like family still after not having to come back for years because car not needing work and Monty came to my home to charge my dead battery free of charge, great above and beyond team 6 s

This place is such A scam!!!!!! Rip you off in everything they do. Every time I had something done to my car something bad would happen and It would happen again and again . I lost so much $ in my car my engine ended up going bad, I ended up selling my car for such a cheap price. Never again Going there. I wish you guys luck but when you do the job Do it right and stop scamming people there money. And man you guys over price like crazy. I deff don t recommend this place. I lost almost 4k because of this. I checked the oil before all was fine something with the engine and they did my timing chail a week before they deff didnt do something right and he said i had one year warrenty he didnt even open the engine up to see if it was the timing chain. i can tell when i looked.

Monty and the crew seen what the problem was in a short amount of time. Monty told me what needed to be fix at a good price, and then he gave me a ride home. When the car was fixed Monty came and picked me up. But, he had to run me back home because I forgot my credit card, he thought it was funny. So I say good attitude, good service and a good price.

Best service I could ever imagine. I got a flat tire warning while driving on ford rd. Pulled into ford and Walton and received honest, ethical, and outstanding service. They pulled a huge screw out of my tire and had it plugged in 15 minutes.

Anyone that has any kind of car trouble understands how difficult it is to find an honest mechanic shop in the Westland area. There are lots of shops competing with each other and they cut corners to try and win the customer. Monty s shop is above all that. They are a honest group of people who will always try to give the customer a fair price and experience, as well as actually fixing the problem without compromising on quality. I have been going there for years and I cant imagine going anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and take all your mechanic needs to Ford and Walton. They will take care of you.

Outstanding service! Monty went out of his way to ensure that he obtained a higher quality part. He worked late, even on a holiday, and came in early to ensure I had my vehicle back so that I could get to work on time. Thanks for the help!

Within seconds Monte figured out what the problem was, dropped me off at home, picked me up in a few hours, and finished the work at a relatively reasonable price. I was absolutely thrilled by the level of service and professionalism, down to the offer for a hot cup of coffee. I went there today, as my vehicle was been worked on. I was browsing thru the reviews. Just bored, I was surprised to see a review, that the shop was dirty. Unfortunately that is not true. If you need your car repaired by great mechanics for a fair price, this is the place to go!!....Monty and his team are the best and treat you like family!!... My son took his car here after another local repair shop had it for a month and told him his car wasn't worth fixing because the motor was bad... Monty had the problem figured out and fixed within a day.. Car drives like brand new now and it didn't cost an outrageous amount like it would've at a lot of places... Monty even called a few times after it was fixed to make sure it was driving well...Honestly I'll never go anywhere else....Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

Hard to believe this place has 5 stars. My daughter took her car there to be diagnosed. They found some issues and even mentioned the engine was good FIRST DAY. But insisted second day the car needed more work then what was discussed and insisted on trading her car in for one of there s!! When she decided to take it somewhere else for a second opinion. The car is now not driveable. And the engine that was fine when brought in is needing to be replaced. And they have a 5 star rating. Well not no more! And I will continue to write reviews on updates because they seen a young lady/ single mother come in a take full advantage of her! And now she is completely without a car because they did something to it.Service: Exhaust

They did a great job fixing my car they told me what was my problem with my windshield fluid they had pull out a lot of soils when I took it to Lube Cube Complete Auto Care on ford rd in Westland I paid them 260 they didn t fix anything but today I took it to the ford and Walton auto care they took care of my car they are friendly up here check them out.
