I ve had multiple vehicles in this shop for repairs/service. I ve had nothing but good experiences with Mike and Ray. They were the only ones able to fix a very difficult AC leak that other shops could not figure out. I ve had brake jobs, alignments, tire changes, oil changes, oil leaks, and other misc. repairs done here. They were also the only shop who would fix my exhaust leak in my crossover pipe. They have went out of their way for me. Highly recommend.

Outstanding mechanic shop! Mike patiently explained all details before making repairs. I felt completely at ease and confident in the service. The staff is friendly, and they provide a quick turnaround time!

Been coming here for years! Just recently came in to get my oil and tire changed. Very fast and efficient work, was in and out. Always greeted with great customer service.

I have been to this shop four times for the same problem. Paid $1000, my car having the same issue... Now Mike want more money to fix the original problem.. Please lady's be careful who you let work on your car..

My husband and I have great experience with taking our vechiles here. We've been coming here for a long time now and he knows we have two young kids so safety is highly important. Monty always takes good care of us. He fixed all of our vehicle issues at reasonable prices. He's a good guy who looks out for his customers! You won't be disappointed

Had an axle replaced and two months later it broke on me while driving. They did not take responsibility, even though the technician who fixed it (different shop) told me my axle was not put all the way in. Very lucky I was on a residential street when my tire disconnected

They are simply the best (reasonably priced and honest). They take good care of you and are hospitable.Ford & Wayne will show you every step of their work and if you have a complaint they will work on the issue right away.

First time in, Mike and Michael offered great service. Great reception. Second time in, Monty took care of the front desk paperwork. He was very offish and a little pushy. Started off friendly but flipped fast. I noticed he offered the person ahead of me in the line to pay after the work was done to his car but was demanding I pay every last cent at the time of drop off! It wasn't such a big repair done. Went from asking for coolant repair and ended up with a270 plus some bill, which ihadnt prepared to pay at drop off! He was very pushy and inconsiderate to customer needs. This is not a bad shop to visit but the reception I got from Monty would not have me go there again. Ask for a Mike or a Michael. & Good luck!

My experience here has been the best. I've been coming here for 5 years and I can truly say they play no games when it comes to all repairs. The mechanics have a great sense of urgency and I will continue to come. Always ask for Monty, Mike, or Ray.

Did not flush my coolant system when I changed the radiator which caused my new 1 to crack still charged me labor to replace it again 5 months later. Then told me they repair my exhaust for $130 bucks an of course when I came to drop it off they tell me $250 be careful these guys only care about making money off you and not the quality or there work lasting

They are unethical manipulated me into paying them for unauthorized storage fees after they offered financing that never went through. I will be filing a claim for funds lost and issuing a complaint through the state, I towed my car from them because they increased the price in the beginning and didn't have faith going forward that they would repair my vehicle for a fair price. Steer clear not worth it.

My husband tried to fix my broken driver side window regulator. In the process we broke a wire so my power window switch stopped working(and my window regulator was still broke). So I was driving around with my door panel off and my window taped up with gorilla tape. I didn t know where to take my vehicle I ve never had a good mechanic. Used to go to Harlo s, Belle tire, or the dealership. I found the Ford and Wayne auto clinic online. I called and talked to Mike. I dropped my vehicle off the next morning and it was fixed the same day. Best decision ever. Thank you Mike!Services: Electrical repair, Auto glass repair, Electrical

The crew here are unprofessional, took 3 weeks to replace a gas cap sensor, and a bumper. Every time they would give a deadline when I called to be sure so I could pick up my vehicle they had a new reason as to why it s not ready. Monte is rude and dismissive, no one else acts as if they can help you. You always have to wait for him to get in or call you back.Service: General repairs & maintenance

ONE STOP SHOP... Had my vehicle checked another shop ,was told needed transmission, would cost 2800.00 brought it to monty, charged 150. Found that it was a module. Honest and Fair.

We came here to get our exhaust pipes replaced and welded and we got a piss-poor job the first time went back the next day to have them redo it completely and got a second replace and repair job equally as bad if not worse would not recommend this place for anything we asked for our money back or a discount on the service provided and they refused said the job was already done and there was nothing that they could do about it told them we were going to leave a review for them and they asked us not to. I had work done on my rack and Pinon, and steering. Well these guys do not put the car back the way it was. I have my steering fluid check about 7 months out and the guy ask where is your engine cover. I call up to this shop he goes that was a year ago..smh. he says you just not notice it was missing.. so as a woman and I don't know any man that will say let me look in the hood to see if any parts are missing. They did not put my original tire lugs back on my tires. I had to return multiple times for the work and each time over $1000.00 of work. Bottom line check to make sure they put on the parts. They do not replace everything. The engine should have went back when they were putting my car back together very careless work.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I simply wanted an oil change, and a tune up.He came out with a long, long list of repairs.I spent over 600$.. needless to say I really didnt want to spend that. And gave me a longer list of things that were needed supposedly..Now when I press the gas after a stop. The car jerks.Never ever did that before..I am absolutely never going back.I am going to file in small claims court.I refuse to let them touch my car again..

First they Charged me 220 to "fix"my no start issue, then 2 starts later the car doesn't start again. Then he Wants me to pay for tow back in but I refuse as the car is doing what was supposed to be fixed. Then tried to charge me 245 for a new starter, I refuse and we get down to 150. Get my car back and it starts worse then ever... Every start I pray cranks all the way. I thought they were fair from previous small fixes but that's before they had me in a situation I couldn't get out of. Now I have to pay more to go somewhere else to actually get the problem fixed.

I have been getting my oil changed here for many years. They are efficient and always friendly. A pleasant young man named Moe changed the oil on my Focus today, 5/27/20.

I brought my car in to Ford & Wayne Auto because I had an oil leak. The worst service I've ever had! They did nothing right. They hit on me.They don't keep receipts. They don't call you back, they hang up on you, they keep your car past warranty and try to upsell you. They put on the wrong oil filter! Are you kidding me!? I had to take my car up there 3 times and they had it for months, I would call and nobody knew anything about my car either. Isn't this odd??? So Finally I went up there and got my car and told them off! My car wasn't fixed and my motor blew because of them. I wouldn't take my car there if I was you.

I appreciate the good service@ Ford Wayne Auto service and I appreciate Monty working with me and being honest about what was needed for my car. Monty is a good person with a great personality and a wonderful sense of humor. I enjoy laughter and he makes me laugh and that's a good thing... Yes 5 stars for Ford Wayne Auto service and a Star for Monty.

Quoted a price on front brakes,the price went up by 80$. Brakes were squeaking for weeks afterwards. Also asked them to recharge freon was told they would have to take the whole system apart, repairs would be around $300.00. instead I bought a $40 can of a.c.pro and recharged it myself.never going back again.

Had a major tune up did before they did an intake manifold and from them doing the intake manifold ford and wayne had my car miss firing and they ripped wires lose and did did not fix had to take my car to someone else because of the bad service they did for 700 dollars never again using them.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil changeServices: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I was recommended by a family member that goes there all of the time. My fuel tank was rusting out and leaking and I needed new shocks. They needed my car over night and charged me over $900. Now I have a P0453 error indicating the fuel pressure gauge problem. Now I need to shell out another couple hundred to have that fixed when it wasn't a problem before taking it in.On top of that Michael said that I have I "serious coolant leak" but there's never any coolant in the ground and my reservoir was fine when I had the oil changed a month prior. No idea what he was talking about but they couldn't give specifics because they said to find out where the leak was coming from it would require a 5 to 6 hour job. Nope! Never going to happen. My garage floor is dry and my car engine is running cool. I'll be going elsewhere for a second opinion when I take it to get the pressure sensor fixed (that they broke.)

Belt tensioner pulley for 2002 Chevy Malibu needing repair with less than one hour of shop closing on Sunday if at all possible due to Memorial Day holiday closures. Call was made, Mike said yes but hurry! Parts in hand and Mike had it done by closing. Very appreciative.
