Quick and professional. Came in for an oil change and general maintenance inspection. Technician explained each recommendation and why he was recommending it, rather than just going "you need new brakes" like other shops will. Will return to this location for the recommended maintenance!

Changed Tire...and put a dirty used Tire on my new Truck. Overcharged me...$200 for this Tire (Bridgestone Tire). Looks as bad as the Tire it replaced. Inventory wasn't done properly. Hours are different than what is posted on Google. Too exhausted and stressed to deal with this, but definitely going to management regarding my experience.

My jeep was down and I needed someone to fix it and get me back on the rode without playing around, coming up with excuses, or doing halfass work. Firestone got me right in and kept me informed the entire time, from price estimates and ordering parts all the way to finishing up and explaining their discoveries. They even made sure that I knew what to do for follow up care before I left the building. They were kind and treated me with respect. As far as I can tell, they did exactly what they were supposed to do and was down to earth and real about it.

My appointment at 10:00 to have my tires rotated tuned into an hour and 15 minute stay. My tire pressures we all over the board. I did not go back to tell them because who knows how long that would take. Going back to rotating the tires myself, even though this is a free service with tire purchase.

The coldest day ever after an INCREDIBLE Detroit Lions game last night my tires were a little low.I don't trust myself so I went to Firestone on Wayne.They took great care!!!

Sam took care of replacing my brakes with no notice. Asked if I was leaving the car or if I wanted to wait. A couple of other places in town wanted me to make an appointment a week out and I needed my truck that day. Work was completed in a couple of hours. Thanks Sam and Kasey.

Gary was the one who set up my appointment, but unfortunately I did not catch the name of the woman who was working on my car. They did a fabulous job on my car and I'm so thankful to them for providing such professional, fast, and efficient service.

Dave at this location specifically was amazing. I had a flat tire on my way up to Michigan with my oldest son and needed it fixed immediately since I was riding on my spare. He immediately, not only got me in right away but he also let me know my other tire was also on its last limb and helped me get it fixed too. Customer service 100 stars definitely if I were closer this shop would get my business every time would definitely recommend to anyine in the area this shop

I came in right now because my tire had a nail in it and it completely went flat so I took it real quick to get it repaired and at least filled up with air and one of the workers told me he ll repair it and the other kept saying no we re not helping you terrible place don t recommend

Had an appointment to get my air conditioner fixed on Friday 3/10/23. Granted it was snowing. Went to drop off my Dodge van that has been serviced there since 2013. Seemed totally disinterested in trying to fix the air conditioner and told me it was hard to fix in this kind of weather. Didn't ask how long I could leave it for just gave me the impression you better take yourself, your van and find someone else to maintain your vehicles. I will never go back to them or any other Firestone again!Lost a loyal customer that had been doing business with Firestone since 2010.Service: Air conditioning

I called to ask about getting the starter repaired. The representative found my service history and acknowledged that the repair was under warranty. He told me that they probably couldn't get to my car until Wednesday due to staff being out on vacation and because of the 4th of July holiday. The rep then readily referred me to check both the Canton or Livonia locations. I really appreciated their honesty and assistance.

I had an appt with Pep Boys. I drove all the way from Ypsilanti just for them to tell me they are backed up and won t be able to get me in today! Even though I had an appt. I googled the next closest tire place.This Firestone fit me in and not only got me in but I was in and out faster than I have ever been at ANY tire shop.I had a warranty on my tires with Pep Boys and that is why I went there. And even though I had to pay for a new tire at Firestone, I would do it over again! I have not received this kind of service in years. Made arrangements to meet my friend to get a ride home as they are going to work to drop off my car. Imagine my surprise when they don't open until 8am, unlike what the website provides and Google provides. So I didn't get to drop my car off and my friend was late to work. I had a great experience getting my tires rotated and getting an alignment. Morgan was nice and professional. My only complaint is that this is the second time I have had my hubcaps not put on properly after service! The first time I lost them going home, but luckily this last time I noticed before I drove off. Word of caution for future clients!

I usually feel stupid when I call for car maintenance because I know nothing about cars. I called and spoke with Will on the phone and then also when I went in for my appointment worked with him. Will was awesome! He did not at all make me feel stupid. He took the time to go over everything with me and explain what was going on. TWO thumbs up for Will. Great service! Great customer service! I will definitely be recommending and coming back for car maintenance!

I had a flat tire on a Sunday. They told me it would take two hours as others were ahead of me. It took two hours as promised. On Monday a tire was flat again. They had rotated my tires, so I didn't know if it was the same tire. They were honest and stated the tire was leaking air where they patched it yesterday. I was waiting and now late for work. They couldn't repair it, so they put on a new tire at no charge. They were kind, friendly, honest and efficient. They went way above and beyond. Thank you Firestone. You are my new care care center.

Very nice Associates and Manager. Place was clean and safe. Although I did give them 4 stars, I did have to wait for one hour and forty five minutes for an oilchange and tire rotation with an appointment. I'm hoping it was because of a thorough inspection and a job well done. Will return.

Claimed they couldn't find my wheel lock for a tire repair... I found it seconds after getting in my 2022 equinox (it was in my glove box, EXACTLY where it's supposed to be. Labeled and everything.) They called asking to cut off the bolts since there was no lock & I refused, obviously. So I essentially dropped my car off for hours for NO work to be done. Careless. I will take any vehicle there again.

Excellent customer service. Had a staple in my sidewall, and needed to replace my tire quickly. They fit me in between appointments and had my back up and rolling in a few hours.During our wait, we went to the mall, worked out, and got some shopping done that we still needed to do anyways.Thank you for taking care of me and my car so quickly AND on the same day.I originally had it at the dealership, and they didn't have the tires in stock. But Firestone did!

Fast efficient service but took a star off due to argument over appointment time. I was informed I had missed my appointment and would likely have a lengthy wait for my alignment. I had made the appointment via the app and received email confirmation- once I showed him the email with the white lettering against the dark red background confirming my appointment he reversed course and said I would have my service rendered ASAP. He never apologized.

Took my CAR to them this past Sunday. Finally at 4:45 I called to see if they had a diagnosis. Oh yeah it's the battery. I NEVER APPROVED to do work on my vehicle. I work at COSTCO. Probably would have gotten the battery cheaper. Feel like because I was a female. They thought they could get over on me. Not cool. NOT COOL.

I don't review places all that much, but I have to give some major props to Michelle and her staff. My tire got a piece of random metal lodged through it down the street. I was able to get to Firestone where Michelle not only had the perfect replacement for me, but said they could do it right away, no wait. Twenty minutes later, I was able to drive out of the place with a brand new tire. Michelle was very knowledgeable and gets extra credit for showing me her write up of the cost of everything on her computer screen. It's good to see what everything costs visually before just committing to whatever the rep says. Keep up the good work!
