Excellent service and knowledge of the components and systems that they sell and service. Also easy to talk to and answered all my technical questions. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have a problem resolved, a component added or a complete new system purchased and installed!

I requested for the tint across the top windshield and the two front windows on my truck to match the back. Perfectly done, very quick and reasonably priced. I ve been here for the last my last truck and it was excellent then so I didn t except anything less.

Customer service was awesome. I went in to set up an appointment and someone had canceled, so I was ssked if I wanted to take that slot. The projected time stated to pick up my car when the installation was to be completed was on point. I love being able to unlock and start my car and from a distance in addition to using the feature in finding my car in case I forget where I parked. Kudos to all the people involved in giving great customer satisfaction.

Great service! I feel good about the installation and so far the product (pioneer head unit) is great. I felt a tiny bit of pressure from up sale for my sub, but he misunderstood me. I wanted it to sound good to me and not everyone around me. For what I was looking for, my amplified sub had ample projection for great in cabin sound. I can't blame him for trying. I really wasnt looking for king Kong to reside in my trunk tho.All that being said. If your willing to pay? You will feel great about your products, install, and warranties.

Adam and his crew have done a few installs for me over the years. Very happy with the service and quality that they offer. Highly recommended. Watching Mad Max to get ready for the day today. They did a super clean job.I ll be back soon for a whole new speaker system throughout my car. Thanks again.

The people that run this and work here are very caring.They listen to your individual needs and questions and are very professional.My son and I both got new stereos and mine was an older car that I had detailed.I stressed to keep things clean and asked where the usb port was going etc. And could not even tell they were in it when they were done.They gave us a great deal and explained how everything worked afterwards.Highly recommend.

Went in to purchase a new Alpine system for my 2010 Camaro SS and the manager Adam was the most knowledgeable person on car stereos I ve ever met. He took his time with me to make sure I understood everything I was buying. The installation was just great, looks great in my car, and sounds just as good. If anyone needs a new system for their car just call Adam, he will do you right.

I love the work that they did on my window tint and stereo system. ALL of the people I encountered were very friendly, courteous and didn't hesitate to give me the information that I needed. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and Brian(Manager) was A1.

Love to get my tints done here. And used to get my subs installed here, until they overcharged me to install my last system, and spliced into a speaker wire instead of connecting to the head unit. So i paid thousands for them to do what anyone couldve done. And a shiitt job at that.

Juggling a bunch of boxes and bags out of the car, I dropped my car keys and sure enough, the remote start fob hit the drive, opened up and the little circuit board sailed off into the twilight zone. Bad timing heading into winter. I called Car Tunes and Brian said to come on up. He got me sorted out in no time. Great service, great pricing - hard to find these days. I definitely recommend!

I had a good experience here. I purchased the Linkr mobile app for my vehicles. I love the app. It s great to have an app like this for those cold winter months. It allows you to start your vehicle from very far away distances. You can be in Florida and still remote start your vehicle while it s in Michigan. It also has a tracker on the vehicle in case it gets stolen. You can use the LinkR app on your phone to track your vehicle, it s a good device to have.

Great customer service!! Took our vehicle in for remote start and instead of installing one, he chose to let us know I already have one and it just works a little differently. I am tech challenged to say the least and he saved us a few hundred dollars. We will be back for sure.

My wife's Honda Civic needed a remote starter. I was calling around, the delearship in Ypsilanti wanted $870, Best Buy in Ann Arbor wanted $507 to $700 depending on the unit, Mickey Shorr in Canton wanted $376...I was about to go there, but my wife also was looking and found Car Tunes. Wives always find the better stuff than us hubbies.... Anyhow... Car Tunes Westland said they can work us in on a Sat. Got there at 09:26 hung around... BTW the installer is a lady. Woman Power!!! At 11:33 vehicle was done!!! Thank you Car Tunes Westland!!!! We will take our other vehicle installs here. Also am an Yelper already reviewed there as well.
